Customers expect to make a long-term relationship with customers more efficiently, marketing developed gradually. With the help of Internet of Telecommunication, communication with customers and the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. Recently customers expect more and more personal contact with companies. CRM system called personal marketing and personalization can be a powerful tool for customer acquisition and support. This paper studied a brief introduction to the CRM system and go into the problems that should be considered which phase to emphasize what Enterprise Establishment evolvement.

Advancement in electronic technology has given office workers a new freedom, and a new meaning to workplace flexibility. Actually non territorial workplace has different space elements from general and conventional workplace in terns of interior design and architecture even organization management. The purpose of this study is on the establishment of an evaluation model for non territorial workplace that may be used, practically on the spot. For the establishment of non territorial workplace evaluation model, it is ahead of the study of the feature and the type of none territorial workplace and the research for existing office evaluation technique by Preiser and Vicher. And then the evaluation model for none territorial workplace which is composed three parts that is user's importance, provider's importance and user' satisfaction related fact of workplace. It is constructed by 6 factors which are physical, psychological, workplace environmental, communication, exterior environment, and space managing system therefore each factors has scrupulous elements therefore the total elements are 40. To make more confidence the evaluation model for non territorial workplace, it requires that study continually through the survey with the non territorial workplace evaluation model.

During last 30 years, Korea economy has grown so fast and many leading-edge technologies ware introduced from the advanced countries. but this fast growth inevitably produced imperfect completion of infrastructures and caused man-made catastrophes like Sungsu Bridge and Sampoong Department Store. After the incidents, Korea Government and National Assembly established "The Special Law for Safety Maintenance of Infrastructures". According to this law, most of infrastructures must be inspected periodically. During last 10 years after the establishment of the law, many infrastructures were improved and the quality of construction was upgraded. However, important and weak-to-disaster infrastructures need to be watched continuously. Many monitoring technologies were developed and tested in the field. In this paper, the new research project "Establishment of Testbed of Safety Management Network for Main Infrastructures", funded by government, was introduced.

The amount of Sea Casualty is increased by heavy sea traffic, increasing sea-borne cargoes, and superannuated vessels. This study analyzed the circumstance of ship salvage in Korean Salvage Units and management of Salvage Divers in Korea and other countries in order to make establishment of Ship Salvage Divers. This paper reputed the object, the necessity and the character of Ship Salvage Divers. For the purpose of study two parts are considered in order to analyze the environment of salvage divers(the circumstance of Sea Casulties and Ship Salvage). Under the present circumstance in Korea this development planning study may be restricted, but the effective planning to activate Korean Ship Salvage Diver is abstracted as follows; First, the political assistance of concerned government authority is needed. Second, establishment of new course, grade, certificate and licence for Salvage Diver is a Pre-requisite factor for the successful enactment. Third, establishment of Korean Ship Salvage Diving Center or School is strongly required.

The library of elementary schools, which plays a role in the basic education to grow a responsible social member in an information society and to develop ability for collection, selection, summary, and utilization of various information, could be considered as new educational center. It should be changed to the establishment of informational education for preparing the information society in 21st century through the functional extension of the conventional library as reading and bookstand. Furthermore, it is necessary of trials that converts to the support system for interchange between establishment and student, for preparing educational system of teaching or studying, and for opening establishment to local communities in the future.

This study focuses on the identity establishment of library and information science. It suggests, as a way of establishing the identity, the necessity of promoting of business environment in library and information science. For this purpose, the study examines Korean cases that have damaged the identity, and analyzes why such damage has been done and how it affects the fostering of business environment in library and information. It also diagnoses the possibility of identity establishment such as, for example, professionalism of the librarian and creation of jobs through the fostering of business environment in library and information science.

On facing the information society, the multi-faceted information utilization and the establishment of synthetic information management system in the overall industry and business administration have raised considerable attention. Thus, this study aims at the improvement of freight transport management through the establishment of pooling of the road freight transport information system as its effective information supporting system. Especially, it describes the freight transport information network, structure, function, and subject of the freight transport information center, as a basic planning design for the freight transport information system. Furthermore, it deals with the identification of the systems design requirements, working process, and S/W & H/W design specifications. Finally, we expect that this study will be contributed for the improvement of the road freight transport business to meet both the increase of freight transport demands due to the continuing economic growth and the social needs for the establishment of transport-order.

In this Paper, we present a novel authentication and key exchange(AKE) protocol for inter-NSP(provider) roaming in IEEE 802.16e networks. The proposed protocol allows performing both user and device authentication jointly by using two different authentication credentials and Provides user anonymity and session key establishment. Also, this protocol requires only two round number message exchange between foreign network and home network.

To achieve secure communication in current ZigBee networks, encrypted messages using security keys need to be shared among devices. A link key shared by two devices is used for unicast communications, where the master key is the starting point for establishing a link key. The ZigBee protocol has some limitations in end-to-end key establishment, which are discussed and an improved end-to-end key establishment scheme is presented.

The Abandoned Mine Geographic Information System(GIS) should be established in order to prevent and restore mine damages and to revitalize the economy in abandoned mine regions. The purpose of this paper is to develop and propose a pilot system and the Abandoned Mine GIS. The basic concept for the establishment of the Abandoned Mine GIS is embodied through case studies of various countries. Gosari region in Samcheok City is selected as a sample site for a pilot system. Through construction and operation of the pilot system, a rational method and some difficulties are identified. Based on tole result of the pilot system, directions and schedules for the establishment of the Abandoned Mine GIS are presented.
