FUZZY ERROR MATRIX IN CLSSIFICATION PROBLEMS

  • This paper concerns a new method called Fuzzy Supervised Method for error matrix, the method has developed based on Adoptive Neuro- Fuzzy Inference Systems(ANFIS). For the performance point of view initially the new method tested with trial data and then this paper applies the proposed method with real world problems. So that this paper generated 1000 random error matrices in programming language [R] and then it tests the new proposed method for the error matrices. The results of Fuzzy Supervised Method given in terms of Kappa Index and Congalton Accuracy Indexes, and performance of Fuzzy Supervised Method has evaluated by using Pearson's test.

대한침구학회지 논문의 통계적 오류에 관한 연구 (An Assessment of Statistical Validity of Articles Published in the Journal of Korean Acupuncture & Moxibusition Society - from 1984 to 2002 -)

  • This study was carried out to investigate statistical validity of medical articles that used various statistical techniques such as t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and chi-square test. For study 429 original articles using those statistical methods were selected from Journal of Korean Acupuncture & Moxibusition Society published from 1984 to 2002. 429 original articles were reviewed to analyzed the statistical procedures. Results are summarized as follows : 1. In this study 93 articles(21.68%) of 429 ones didn't report statement of statistical method in detail. 2. 53 articles(12.53%) didn't report p-value in correctly, and 245 articles(57.11 %) used mean${\pm}$standard error (Mean${\pm}$SEM.) and 109 articles used mean${\pm}$standard deviation(Mean${\pm}$SD.). All of 23 articles using nonparametric statistical techniques made an error to central tendency or dispersion. 3. 175 articles(59.93%) and 14 articles(4.79%) of 292 ones made an error to description of equal variances and normal distribution. 4. 99 articles(50%) of 185 ones misused t-test and 4 articles of 5 ones misused chi-square test. 5. 28 articles(73.68%) of 38 ones using discrete variable misused parametric technique such as t-test or ANOVA. 2 articles and 1 article of 125 ones choosing paired samples misused independent t-test and Mann-Whitney U test. 6. 20 articles using analysis of variance didn't use multiple comparison.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and human error, and the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error in maintenance personnel. Based on the responses from 450 maintenance personnels, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.

항공기 전기체 정적구조시험의 반력 분석 (Analysis on Reactions of Full-Scale Airframe Static Structural Test)

  • 본 논문은 항공기 전기체 구조시험에서 6개 자유도를 구속하는 자세구속시스템에서 발생하는 반력들 분석에 대해 다루고 있다. 반력에는 시험의 모든 오차(제어오차와 기타시험오차)를 포함하고 있으므로 반력분석을 통한 시험오차를 평가하는 연구가 의미가 있고 이를 위해서는 우선 바른 반력산출이 우선되어야 하고 바른 반력산출이 본 연구의 초점이다. 본 연구에서 반력을 공칭반력(Rn)과 시험오차반력(Rce, Rerr)의 합으로 표시할 것을 제시하였고 초기상태(0%DLL)에서 이미 내포한 시험오차특성과 하중증분에 따라 발생하는 시험오차특성을 구분하기 위해 반력을 초기상태반력과 상대 반력으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 선미익기 전기체 구조시험 데이터를 활용하여 정량적 반력분석 결과 제어오차로 인한 반력(Rce)값은 전 하중레벨에서 크기변화가 크지 않으며, 합성력 크기가 82.8N 이내로 유지되었고, 이는 하중부가 전체널에 대한 제어오차(TMF)가 -30~40N 범위 내에서 큰 변화 없이 유지되기 때문이다. 상대반력분석을 통해 산출된 기타시험오차(Rerr_r)의 합성력 크기는 하중 증분에 따라 증대되며, 그 크기도 Rce_r보다는 매우 크게 증대됨(최대치808N)을 보여주었고 바른 상대반력 산출을 위해서는 시험체 변형을 고려해야 함을 각 성분별(X0, Y0, Z0) Rerr_r 분석을 통해 보였다. 시험체 변형을 고려한 반력산출은 시험체에 가해지는 힘들의 작용점 이동을 산출할 수 있는 시험체 변형특성식을 요구한다는 것을 보였다.

  • 소프트웨어 테스팅의 궁극적인 목표는 소프트웨어의 에러를 찾아내고 수정하는 것이다. 소프트웨어 에러를 발견하기 어렵게 만드는 요인 중에는 소프트웨어의 에러가 출력에 도달하기 전에 내부에서 마스킹 되어 사라지는 것이다. 이 논문의 목적은 소프트웨어 테스팅을 어렵게 만드는 에러 마스킹의 원인 및 특성을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 3개의 소프트웨어를 대상으로 인위적인 에러를 주입하여 그 에러가 다양한 테스트 케이스들에 의해서 얼마만큼 마스킹 되는지, 그리고 그 원인은 무엇인지를 조사하였다. 실험 결과 4가지 주요 발견이 도출 되었다. 첫째, 약 50% 정도의 에러 마스킹은 에러가 실행되지 않았기 때문에 발생하였다. 둘째, 여러 연산자들 중에서 논리연산자와 산술연산자는 에러를 상대적으로 적게 마스킹하고, 관계연산자와 시간 연산자는 에러를 상대적으로 많이 마스킹하였다. 셋째, 테스트 케이스들 중에 에러를 출력까지 전파시키는데 특별한 성능을 보이는 테스트 케이스의 존재를 확인할 수 있었다. 넷째, 주입한 에러의 종류에 따라서 마스킹 효과가 다르다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

롤 회전하는 3축 초음파 풍속계를 활용한 풍향 풍속 측정기법(II) (Technique of Measuring Wind Speed and Direction by Using a Roll-rotating Three-Axis Ultrasonic Anemometer (II))

  • In a previous study, a technique for measuring wind speed and direction by using a roll-rotating three-axis ultrasonic anemometer was proposed and verified by wind tunnel tests. In the tests, instead of a roll sensor, roll angle was trimmed to make no up flow in the transformed wind speeds. Verification was done in point of the residual error of the rotation effect treatment. In this study, roll angle was measured from the roll motor encoder and the transformed wind speed and direction on the test section axis were compared with the ones provided to the test section. As a result, up to yaw $20^{\circ}$ at a wind speed of 12 m/sec or over, the RMS error of wind speed was within the double of the ultrasonic anemometer error. But at yaw $30^{\circ}$, it was over the double of the ultrasonic anemometer error. Regardless of wind speed, at yaw $20^{\circ}$ and $30^{\circ}$, the direction error was within the double of the ultrasonic anemometer error. But at yaw $10^{\circ}$ or less, it was within the error of the ultrasonic anemometer itself. This is a very favorable characteristic to be used for wind turbine yaw control.

Investigation of their sensitivity to deflections is one of the most important aspects of their design and optimization procedures. The deflection test is performed in the actual gear mounting using completely processed gear. This test should cover the fun operating range of gear loads from no load to peak load. Under peak load the contact pattern should extend to the tooth boundaries without showing a concentration of the contact pattern at any point on the tooth surface. Transmission error is tested on an axle assembly triaxial real car load condition.

  • This paper presents an efficient method for the identification of motion error sources in NC machine tools by making use of the circular interpolation test, which is often used in estimating the motion accuracy of NC machine tools. Mathematical formulae are described for motion errors due to various kinds of error sources. Two identification formulae are proposed: one is based on the frequency analysis and the other is formulated with the weithted residual method. Motion error signal is classified into two patterns, mean errors(mean of CW and CCW test signals from mean errors). The sources of the mean errors are identified by using the frequency analysis technique and the sources of the deviation errors by the weighted residual formulaltion. A menu driven, user oriented, computer program is written to realize the full steps of the proposed identificationprocedure. Then, the identification method is applied to two NC machine tools.
