Identification is the process automatically identify who is speaking on the basis of information obtained from speech waves. In training phase, each speaker models are trained using each speaker's speech data. GMMs (Gaussian Mixture Models), which have been successfully applied to speaker modeling in text-independent speaker identification, are not efficient in insufficient training data environment. This paper proposes speaker modeling method using MLLR (Maximum Likelihood Linear Regression) method which is used for speaker adaptation in speech recognition. We make SD-like model using MLLR adaptation method instead of speaker dependent model (SD). Proposed system outperforms the GMMs in small training data environment.

Recently, character motion have been used extensively in the entertainment business, and researchers have investigated algorithms of reproducing, editing, and simulating mimic human movements. Also, many recent researches have suggested how a character interacts with its surrounding environment in terms of motion. Specially, spatial relationships of the environment have been introduced for adapting and preserving character motion. In this paper, we propose a motion adaptation technique preserving a spatial property between a virtual character and the configuration of its surrounding space. Additionally, we report on experimental results of smoothly adapted motions in various environmental structures with original motions such as walk, jump, and tumbling.

This study provides a basis for the development of lesson plans and teaching programs associated with the appearance in the adaptation of interpersonal relationships. This study was analyzed adolescents' body comparison and body satisfaction related in the adaptation of interpersonal relationships, and the effectiveness of self-esteem mediation. The survey was conducted among 587 adolescents in Gwangju. The data was analyzed using SPSS ver. 19.0 for Windows: frequency, means, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results indicated that body comparison and body satisfaction effected the adaptation of interpersonal relationships among adolescents consequently, it is necessary to develop lesson plans and teaching programs related to awareness, and improve appearance. A body comparison with similar aged people did not affect self-esteem; however, it is necessary to improve body satisfaction because it affects self-esteem. Self-esteem was also the mediating role between the adaptation of body satisfaction and interpersonal relationships, sub-factors, adaptation of relationships with friends, adaptation of relationship with teachers, adaptation of relationships with parents. It is important that body satisfaction and self-esteem is key factor in planning training programs, and improving the capacity of adolescents adaptation of interpersonal relationships.

The actual clothing conditions were surveyed to diagnose clothing condition of Korean female in the view point of the adaptation to the thermal environment according to seasonal changes. Then, clothing microclimate, physiological responses, and subjective sensation were investigated through wearing trials on human body in climatic chamber based on the results from the survey. Factors to evaluate validity of clothing condition were clothing weight, clothing microclimate, physiological response of human body, and subjective sensation. The results were as follows: 1. Clothing weight per body surface area of the season was $856g/m^{2}$, $439g/m^{2}$ in summer, $630g/m^{2}$ in fall, and $1184g/m^{2}$ in winter. Cold - resistance of Korean female in office was superior to Japanese, inferior to residents of rural areas of Korea, and similar to male in office. However, in heat - resistance, female in office was inferior to residents of rural areas of Korea. 2. In spring, fall, winter, clothing microclimate temperature was a little higher than that in summer. Therefore, it was not a desirable wearing condition even though the clothing microclimate was comfortable zone. 3. Mean skin temperature of female in office was including within the range of Winslow's comfortable zone, but the range of comfortable zone in mean skin temperature of female was more narrow than Winslow's. Thus, it has problem for female to adaptation to thermal environment.

Purpose : This study aims to identify the factors influencing field adaptation among nurses who have undergone department transfers, by examining the levels of and the relationships between their nursing work environment, interpersonal skills, grit, and field adaptation. Methods : The study involved 137 nurses who had experienced at least one department transfer within the last three years across two hospitals. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 29.0, involving descriptive statistics, means, standard deviations, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé post-hoc tests, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis (enter method). Results : Factors affecting field adaptation included the nursing work environment (β=.37, p<.001), interpersonal skills (β=.19, p=.021) and grit (β=.18, p=.025), with a total explanatory power of 31% (F=12.16, p<.001). Conclusion : This study contributes insights into effective nursing personnel management, offers foundational data for managing department transfers, and aims to improve the overall quality of nursing care.

본 논문에서는 잡음 환경에서 취득된 음성 신호에서 잡음을 제거하기 위한 방법으로 사용되는 이진 마스크 분류 모델의 적응과정에 대해 다루고자 한다. 기존 연구결과에 의하면, 잡음 환경 데이터에 이진 마스크 기법을 적용하면 음성 명료도를 향상시킬 수 있다고 알려져 있다. 하지만 이진 마스크 분류 모델 학습 시 테스트 환경 데이터가 포함되어야 한다는 단점을 안고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 잡음 환경에서 이진 마스크 분류 모델을 적응하기 위해, 음성 인식에서 널리 사용되는 화자 적응 기법인 eigenvoice 방법을 적용하고자 한다. 실험결과에서는 모델 적응에 사용되는 데이터량에 따른 성능을 정검출율과 오검출율 관점에서 평가하였고, 그 결과 새로운 잡음 환경에서 데이터량을 증가시켜 모델을 적응함으로써 향상된 성능을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다.

중앙아시아지역의 기후변화적응 이슈를 유목문화의 역동성 측면에서 접근하고 있으며 이를 통해 중앙아시아 지역의 기후변화특성에 적응하는 개도국 기후변화 정책수립 이슈를 다루고 있다. 건조하면서도 혹한과 혹서가 반복되는 중앙아시아 지역의 기후특성은 지구촌 어떤 곳보다 기후변화로 인해 심각한 영향을 받고 있다는 문제의식에서 출발하고 있다. 기후변화 영향에 적응하는 유목문화적 역동성(dynamics) 요소를 수자원(water resource), 가축(livestock), 초원(pastureland)을 중심으로 살펴보고 있으며 유목민의 문화적, 기후적 특성에 기초한 적응정책을 탐색하고 있다. 아울러 기후변화 영향 및 적응에 있어서 중앙아시아 지역의 유목문화적 특성이 갖는 이중적 의미로, 오랜 기간 잦은 이동과 새로운 환경에 적응해온 유목민들의 라이프 스타일이 기후변화에 있어서도 우수한 적응 잠재 능력을 발휘할 수 있음에도 주목하고 있다.

Understanding climate change is not only complex but also extensive. Humanity has never embarked on such a huge challenge of trans-national scope: a problem that began in the past continues now and will be continuing for a long time in the future. Nepalese have also significantly felt the impact of global climate change. The scenarios of climate change indicate that the increased temperatures will cause snow-melt which will result in floods, droughts, and uneven weather patterns. The impact of such unexpected climate hazards and weather patterns have already been felt and will continue to be felt in Nepal. These climate change-induced hazards and risks particularly threaten the agriculture sector, which results in food insecurity and makes poor and vulnerable people face increasingly unanticipated impacts to their lives and wellbeing. This paper explores the climate vulnerability of the Nepalese in terms of their physical, social, economic and primarily agricultural losses due to the increasing impact of climate change. The paper argues the need for a timely adaptation of measures to maintain an environment suitable for agriculture and for the well-being of the population residing in the area.

본 연구는 기후변화의 영향평가와 경제학적 분석에 관한 국내 외 연구현황을 살펴봄으로써 우리나라의 효율적인 기후변화 적응대책 수립을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 기존연구들이 분석한 기후변화의 경제학적 비용 및 농업, 건강 등과 같은 부문별로 기후변화의 경제학적 분석을 수행하는데 이용된 지표들을 살펴보았다. 분석에 이용된 지표들과 결과들을 비교, 분석하는 데에 있어 국내연구를 중점적으로 살펴봄으로써 국내연구의 현주소와 나아가야 할 방향을 제시한다. 마지막으로 기후변화 적응정책에 대한 연구현황을 통하여 적응정책의 발전과정과 적응방안들을 살펴보고 적응정책의 연구에 대한 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

Even though there is an increasing recognition that "the disability comes from the ambient environment" and the increasing number of the disabled population, the housing environment for disabled people has not improved, though, having the existing inconvenient housing situation as it was before. Accordingly, have studied on the current situation of domestic housing adaptation projects to find out their problems and limits. Also studied on foreign housing support systems find out the operation system and organization factors which can be utilized when the housing adaptation support system is introduced. As this study has focused on the systematic support such as operation system in housing adaptation but not handled on the physical solutions such as the standard and method of housing adaptation, it has some limits as far as the comprehensive support system is concerned.
