For CALS environment, sharing information among business processes within the enterprise and between enterprises have been increased through common database. To support integrated data environment, data of the local legacy system must coincide with data of the global system to guarantee data integrity and transparency. This study is concerned with the implementation of this distributed database system under CALS environment. Based on existing IDEF methods, we developed a modified method which newly includes concepts of the enterprise structure, the integration of legacy databases, the distribution of data, and the distributed applications .

The purpose of this study is to investigate the Chinese investment environment and analyze the actual investment condition of Korean enterprises in China and examine the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in China shows satisfactory progress. China has a multiple and regional extension policy in investment. And the environment for investment changes to insufficiency of company profit, extension of service market, maintenance of legislative system, and insufficiency of preference about foreign company. There are situations of inclining to manufacturing, inclining of region, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, difficulty of financial assistance, excess of logistic cost, delay of logistic term, difficulty of settlement of legal dispute and difficulty of taking a relative information in investment of Korean enterprise in China. The results of the study indicate mostly that the investment of Korean enterprise into China needs turnover of service trade-tertiary industry, portfolio of investment territory, cooperation with Chinese enterprise through joint venture investment and a large-scale investment for extension of Chinese domestic market.

Nowadays, more and more organizations are implementing the USE' of emerging enterprise 2.0 applications consciously or unconsciously such as Blogs, Wikis, Social Networks, etc. However, as the end users, employee's attitude toward adoption of enterprise 2.0 applications still lacks theoretical support. On the other hand, many organizations which have implemented enterprise2.0 applications are confused about how to promote employees' use of enterprise 2.0 applications. The purpose of this study aims to provide a conceptual examination the determinants that affect employee's adoption of these enterprise2.0 applications using the revised UTAUT model. To test the model, structural equation modeling will be employed to analyze data collected from two organizations in which experimental tests of enterprise social network platforms are conducted. The findings of this research will show effective and reasonable ways of promoting employees' participations in an enterprise 2.0 environment so as to maximize the benefits generated from implementing enterprise 2.0 applications. This research will also provide a theoretical foundation for academics and practical implications for development of enterprise 2.0 applications.

우리나라 지방자치단체의 정보화사업은 1995년 건설교통부에서 국가지리정보체계 구축사업으로 대축척의 수치지도를 구축하고, 이와 관련 GIS 업무시스템들이 구축되면서 본격화되었다. 그러나 GIS업무시스템별 정보화의 추진은 데이터의 중복 구축, 표준기술의 중복현상으로 이들을 체계적으로 관리하며 효율적으로 활용할수 있는 기틀마련에 대한 요구가 증대하였고, 이러한 요구에 따라 Enterprise GIS도입에 대한 필요성이 논의되었다. 서울시도 Enterprise GIS 개념을 토대로 한 공간데이타웨어하우스를 구축 및 운영하여 여러 가지 결실을 보았지만 활용성의 부족, 정보화 환경의 급격한 변화등은 Enterprise GIS를 고도화해야 할 필요성을 제기하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울시를 사례로 데이터중심의 아키텍처에서 서비스중심 아키텍처로 지방자치단체의 Enterprise GIS를 고도화하기 위한 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

As Real Time Enterprise (RTE) has been spotlighted since the year of 2002, some advanced companies have been implementing the paradigm of RTE to its legacy systems and the number of the companies has been growing. However, the network infrastructures mainly based on fixed telecommunications network make the results of the RTE implementations fall short of their expectations. In this paper, we propose to construct the fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) environment to achieve RTE. The convergence infrastructure will improve user accessibility to all kinds of data and will encourage the users to interact with the systems.

The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.

2007년 사회적기업육성법이 제정된 이후 사회적기업 육성이 본격화되고 있는 현시점에서 사회적 기업의 성공요인이 사회적기업의 성과와 지속가능성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위해 사회적기업의 성공요인을 독립변수로 하고, 성과를 매개변수로 하며, 지속가능성을 종속변수로 하는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 통해 사회적기업의 성과와 지속가능성의 성공요인에 관해 검증하고자 가설을 세웠다. 연구 결과 경제적 성과는 전략, 경영역량, 사업 환경, 사회적기업가정신이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향에 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 성과는 전략, 경영역량, 사회적기업가정신이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향에 부분 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적기업의 지속가능성을 위해서는 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과를 동시에 추구할 때 가능하다. 즉, 사회적기업이 지속가능하기 위해서는 전략, 경영역량, 사회적기업가정신이 핵심요인이라 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to find out main factors affecting public enterprise's environment , which improves the performance of public enterprise. In detail, under the premises of keeping publicity in Korea Electricity Industry, the main target of this study is to seek after factors enhancing entrepreneurship and deals with publicity which is related with entrepreneurship. Questionnaires are distributed to the employee of public enterprise, public servants, and civil corps. A total of 553 copies are collected. The main contents of questionnaires are related with the effect of publicity and entrepreneurship by government control, competitive environment and shareholding structure in Korea Electricity Power Corporation(KEPCO). The results of this survey are as follows : First government control is negatively related to the entrepreneurship while it is positively related to the Publicity. Second, this suey shows that competitive environment has a Positive influence on promoting both publicity and entrepreneurship. Third this survey in connection with shareholding structure indicates that present structure in KEPCO has a positive effect on publicity but negative effect on entrepreneurship. According to this empirical results, it is verified that the main issues on the performance of KEPCO ue related with the level of government control and competitive environment in its industry.

It is important to integrate an enterprise application for automating of the business profess, which is responded by a flow of market environment. There are two categories of method that integrate enterprise applications. One is Synchronous Integration, and the other is Asynchronous Integration. EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and Web service which of the asynchronous integration is focused in the automating method of the business process. After we construct the application integration for automating of the business process, we have to concern about managing of the business transaction. Many Organizations have proposed the process method of business transaction based on 2-phase commit protocol. But this method can′t supply the phase that classify the transaction by transaction weight. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transaction process for business transactions, which is composed by ′Classify Phase′ that classify transactions. We called this model "3-Phase Commit Method Applied by Classify Phase", we design this model to manage an resource of enterprise efficiently. The proposed method is compared by the method based on 2-Phase commit that could be a problem of management the resource of enterprise, and the advantage of this method is certified to propose the solution of that problem.
