조직문화와 변화개방성의 인과모형 (Causality Between Organizational Culture and Openness for Change)

  • This investigation was carried out in Liaoning, Shandong, and Shaanxi where classified most of their geological organizations into profit organizations, which means they must implement enterprise-oriented reform immediately. The valid 311 questionnaires were collected and used to verify the serial mediating model by AMOS 23.0. Results verified the crucial mediating effects of structural and psychological empowerment between external-focused organizational culture and openness for change. Adhocracy culture positively affects employees' openness for change through three indirect paths, including one mediator and two mediators. Market culture impacts individuals' openness for change through two indirect paths, one is through structural empowerment and another one is through two mediators. The findings provide managers in geological organizations with an empowering management practice model which could promote geological industry reform effectively.

전문건설업 안전문화 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Safety Culture in Specialty Contractor)

  • Specialty contractor facilities, which involve a combination of welding and commissioning, face a high risk of serious accidents such as fire, explosion, and suffocation associated with welding work, nitrogen, and argon use. In such facilities, the organizational safety culture has considerable impact on the frequency of accidents. In this study, a safety culture evaluation was conducted on specialty contractors. NOSACQ-50, a standardized survey method on safety culture, was selected as an assessment tool to evaluate the safety culture in specialized construction companies that could not afford to invest heavily in safety. The self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with 201 workers of four construction companies and the results were analyzed. It was found that in companies with low safety culture, the occurrence of irrationality was 66.0%, while in companies with high safety culture, the occurrence of irrationality was 42.6%. Thus, the difference in the occurrence of irrationality by safety culture was statistically significant. The difference in safety culture level according to the experience of occurrence of irrationality was also significant. It was also found that the higher the belief in safety management authorization, safety responsibilities of managers, worker safety priorities, and safety system effects, the lower the probability of irrationality.

국내 건설기업의 규모별 안전분위기 인식 수준 비교 연구 (Comparison Analysis for the Safety Climate Level of Construction Company According to Business Size in South Korea)

  • 정부 및 산하기관들은 건설업의 산업재해율을 감소시키기 위해 안전문화를 정착하고자 하였지만 한계에 도달하였다. 이에, 많은 연구자들은 안전분위기라는 개념을 도입하고 있으며 안전분위기가 안전성과에 영향을 미친다고 보고하였다. 하지만, 기업 규모에 따라 조직문화, 기업유형이 다름에도 불구하고 하나의 규모만으로 안전 분위기 수준을 일반화 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 기업 규모별 안전 분위기 인식 수준을 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 개별문항 평가 분석과 조직이론, 기업유형, 한국 건설업의 실태를 고찰하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 건설 기업 규모별 안전 분위기와 안전행동의 상관관계에 대한 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

RFID/USN 기반 농업분야 u-IT 적용을 위한 u-Farm 정보 아키텍처 및 정보 관리기술 개발 (Development of u-Farm Information Architecture and Information Management Technology based on RFID/USN for the Agricultural Sector)

  • Generally, because individual agricultural product possesses its own distinctive characteristics and shows different characteristics at each stage of the agricultural supply chain, it is necessary to develop a proper enterprise architecture for managing information system. In this paper, we propose an enterprise architecture based on RFID/USN technology that can be used as a reference enterprise architecture for u-IT application in the agriculture sectors, which is called the u-Farm enterprise architecture with taking heterogeneous characteristics of agricultural products into account for. In addition, we also developed the RFID/USN middleware platform as a core infrastructure technology. Fo evaluation of the performance of the proposed u-Farm architecture and the RFID/USN middleware platform, the field-trial evaluation at the apple Agricultural Processing Center (APC) has been executed and the results shows that the proposed architecture and platform perform well in terms of information integration over the whole SCM process from the farming stage to delivering statge to the customers. It is expected that the proposed u-Farm enterprise architecture can be utilized as a standard information architecture, and the RFID/USN middleware platform can be a infrastructure platform for future u-IT based information technology applications and services in the agricultural environment.

조직요인은 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는가? (Do Organizational Factors Influence the Outcome of Social Enterprise?)

  • 최근 사회적 기업의 양적확대가 계속되고 있어 사회적 기업들의 지속가능한 성과창출을 위한 효과적인 운영방안 제시가 매우 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 조직요인을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 다양한 조직 운영요인으로 전략적 요인, 경영지원시스템, 외부환경, 조직문화를 살펴보았으며 객관적 요인인 조직형태, 목적유형, 수익업종, 기업경로를 통제하여 그 영향을 살펴보았다. 조직의 전략적 요인은 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과 모두에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 인사관리 지원과 혁신지향문화가 경제적 성과에 영향을 미쳤으며, 외부환경 요인 중 지역사회지원은 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과에 근거하여, 사회적 기업의 효과적 운영방안과 향후연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

남녀 청소년 소비자의 생활양식 유형과 의복소비성향 (Lifestyle Types and Clothing Consumption Orientations of Male and Female Adolescent Consumer)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between lifestyle types, demographic variables, and clothing consumption orientations of male and female adolescents. The method of this study was a survey research by using questionnaires. Subjects were 393 high school students in Seoul. Four lifestyle types of adolescents were derived by cluster analysis: 'digital orientation type', 'material orientation type', 'positive enterprise type', and 'achievement orientation type'. The material oriented students spent high expense on clothes, had higher preference of imported products, had more sensuous consumption orientations, did more impulsive buying, and were more influenced by advertisements than other types of students. Digital oriented students had mothers with low educational background, low academic records, spent small expense on clothes, and had less sensuous consumption orientation. There were more male students than female students in positive enterprise type and the students of this type had upper middle academic records, had higher sensuous consumption orientation and did less impulsive buying. There were more female students than male students in achievement oriented type and this type had high academic records, had mothers with high educational background, and spent small expense on clothes. They had low level on most of the clothing consumption orientation and were especially less influenced by advertisement. This research confirms that the clothing consumption orientations are associated with the lifestyle of adolescent.

공기업의 지식관리 영향요인과 성과 간의 구조적 관계: 한국철도공사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Structural Relationships between the Antecedents of Knowledge Management and Performance in Public Enterprise: Focus on the KORAIL)

  • 본 연구에서는 공기업의 지식관리 영향요인, 지식관리 활동과 그 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 정부기관 중 지식관리를 최초로 도입한 기관이자 공공부문 지식관리의 선도기관으로 평가받고 있는 한국철도공사 직원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 실증분석을 시도하였다. 가설검증 결과, 지식관리 영향요인으로는 학습지향문화와 지식품질, KMS 품질 등이 지식창출 및 공유 활동 모두에 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증되었으며, 개인태도는 지식창출 활동에만 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식창출은 지식공유 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지식창출과 지식공유 모두 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식창출 및 공유 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

사회적 경제 지원을 통한 산촌생태마을 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mountain Eco-Village Revitalization through Social Economic Promotion)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop promotion strategies for revitalizing mountain eco-villages through social economic support. In order to fulfill this purpose, this study analyzed operation conditions, income creation structures of 240 mountain eco-villages formed by Korea Forest Service, and reviewed systems for social economic support. As summarized in research outputs, this study confirmed that the activities of organizations for joint projects had not been properly implemented due to the absence of supporting systems following the construction of mountain eco-villages. In addition, 159 villages formed as experience villages could not be qualified for enterprise systems due to aging population and absence of network systems. As for income creation, as indicated by comparing net incomes for joint projects calculated based on the classification of village management evaluation, the average net income of 51 highly-rated villages was 22 million Won and that of 128 moderately-rated villages was 3.5 million Won. Experience-based projects and the sales of processed forestry products made by young adult associations or women's societies were major sources of income, and the absence of inner economic bases or villages' jobs caused young adults and returned farmers to focus on working for outside economic activities. Finally, this study developed strategies for mountain eco-village's social economic promotion and suggested four stages of social economic revitalization provisions.

공예분야 사회적기업의 성공요인 분석: 인도 인더스트리 크래프트의 사례를 중심으로 (A Success Factors Analysis on Social Enterprise in the Field of Crafts: Focused on the Case of Industree Crafts in India)

  • 이 논문은 인도의 공예분야 사회적기업 인더스트리 크래프트가 정부 보조금 의존에서 벗어나 지난 30년간 어떻게 수익을 창출하고 글로벌 사회적기업으로 지속가능한 성장이 가능했는지를 분석한 논문이다. 분석을 통해 도출한 성공요인들은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 요인은 이해관계자들의 가치 창출로서 사회적 미션을 목표로 각 이해관계자들의 가치를 최우선 고려하였으며 가치를 상호간 공유했다는 점이다. 두 번째 요인은 독특한 내부경영방식으로서 더 많은 부가가치 창출을 위해 조직체계에 독특한 비즈니스 모형과 4P전략을 도입하고 생산자집단의 자립을 돕는 경영방식을 도입했다는 것이다. 세 번째 요인은 학습 및 혁신문화 조성으로서 변화를 두려워하지 않고 끊임 없이 새로운 디자인 전략을 세워 도전하고 시행착오를 조직학습으로 이끈 학습문화를 구축했다는 점이다. 마지막 네 번째 요인은 시의적절한 재정 및 자원의 확보로서 규모 확대 시기 때마다 민간기업과의 제휴 및 투자 유치, 충분한 기술인력자원 확보 등 적절한 재정 및 자원을 확보했던 점을 들 수 있다.
