A study on the corporate culture of Dianping

  • In recent years, with the development of IT technology and mobile communication, the powerful communication function of the Internet will gradually eliminate the information asymmetry between supply and demand, and the third-party review website emerges as The Times require. Dianping.com was founded in 2003. After a few years of development, it has become an independent third-party consumer review website worldwide. One of the reasons for such great success is corporate culture, which plays an important role in human resource management. The competition of enterprises is not only the competition of products and cost advantages, but also the superior enterprise culture presented to customers in the international environment. The competition between third-party review sites has been very fierce. In just a few years, many foreign third-party review websites went public and made profits, but some domestic start-ups went bankrupt due to the lack of a good business model and corporate culture. A good business model is particularly important. Taking dianping.com as the research object and combining with the business model of the company, this paper studies the unique corporate culture of dianping.com, hoping to help the company through the investigation and research of this paper, so as to improve the company in the future. And put forward a certain practical significance and value.

An Exploratory Study on the Balanced Scorecard Model of Social Enterprise

  • The purpose of this study is to develop BSC model of social enterprise. Performance analysis tool of BSC have been brought over from the business world, designed and created from the perspectives of profit-based businesses. The BSC is a strategic performance measurement and management tool designed for the private sector acting as a communication/information and learning system, to measure 'where we are now' and 'where to aim for next'. It prescribes a plan for translating 'vision' and 'strategy' into concrete action across four perspectives at different stages, depending on the business. These perspectives are 'financial', 'customer', 'internal processes' and 'learning and growth', each of which is connected by cause-and-effect relationships that reflect the firm's strategy. Social aims of social enterprise are to accomplish desired outcomes which are to employ vulnerable people and to provide social services. The measurement factors of financial perspective are stable funding, efficiency of budgeting, stakeholders' financial supports, and trade profit. The measurement factors of customer perspective are government, social service users, employees, local communities, sup plier, social activity company, and partnership with external organizations. The measurement factors of internal process perspective are organizational culture, organizational structure/management, internal/external communication, quality of products and services, information sharing. The measurement factors of learning and growth perspective are training and development, management participation, knowledge sharing, leadership of CEO and manager, and learning culture.

내부 및 외부 환경요인과 기업가정신이 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인: 네트워크 활동을 중심으로 (The Effects of Internal, External Environment and Entrepreneurship on the Performance of Social Enterprise: Focused on the Network Activity)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 내부 및 외부 환경요인과 기업가정신이 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인과 네트워크 활동의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 사회적 기업의 성과, 내부 및 외부 환경, 기업가정신과 네트워크 활동에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 연구모형을 사회적 기업가를 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 조직문화가 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경 불확실성이 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 기업가정신이 사회적 기업의 경영성과 및 사회적 성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 네트워크 활동에 따라 기업가정신에 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 네트워크 활동이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단 보다 조직문화가 기업가정신에 미치는 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 네트워크 활동이 낮은 집단이 높은 집단 보다 환경 불확실성이 기업가정신에 미치는 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

프로젝트 경영관점에서의 전사 6 시그마 성공요인 분석 (Project Management based Analysis for the Enterprise 6 Sigma Success Factors)

  • Six Sigma has been disseminated into a variety of areas. It is believed that a stepwise understanding of Six Sigma's DMAIC is required for successes of unit projects. Meanwhile, infra-structure factors, such as leadership, organization, personnel management, educational system, etc., are also important to safely implant the Six Sigma into the whole enterprise and to thoroughly create the culture of innovation and enterprise. Careful analysis of those elements makes it possible to draw common connection between Project Management and the Six Sigma. This study drives the success elements for the successful adoption of the Six Sigma in the Korea Western Power Co., Ltd., of which management was evaluated as one of the tops based on the results of 2007 Management Innovation Assessment and arranges the similarity of like this factor and Enterprise Project Management. The results of this study are expected to provide a useful guideline for the adoption of the Six Sigma in whole company level.

장애인기업의 연구개발 지원 방안 연구 (Research on the R&D Support Plan for Disabled Enterprise)

  • 본 연구는 장애인기업에 대한 현황과 연구개발활동을 살펴보고 연구개발 지원 방안을 찾는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 연구개발에 대한 기업의 수요와 연구개발활동이 활발한 기업의 특성을 도출하였으며, 이를 종합하여 연구개발지원 방안을 제안하였다. 중소기업과 장애인기업의 업종별 입지계수(LQ) 비교결과 장애인종사자수는 업종별 큰 특화를 보였다. 연구개발은 제조업을 비롯한 4개 업종의 매출액 20억원 이상 기업에서 활발하였다. 연구결과 장애인기업에 대한 연구개발 지원은 업종 및 기업의 규모에 따라 현장애로기술중심과 혁신기술중심으로 구분하여 지원할 필요가 있다.

  • 사회적 기업은 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있으며 경제 부문에 있어 중요한 경제적 사회적 기여를 하고 있다. 많은 실제적 노력과 학문적 연구를 통하여 그 영역을 넓히고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자들을 설정하였으며 (사회적 기업가정신, 관계지향형 조직문화, 정부지원정책) 사회적 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과 두가지 변수를 종속변수로, 그리고 사회적 기업의 규모 및 성숙도를 제어변수로 두었다. 107개의 사회적기업의 설문조사 데이터를 바탕으로 총 6개의 가설을 검증하여 실제 사회적 기업의 경제적 및 사회적 성과에 기여하는 변수들을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 지역밀착형 기업문화와 정부지원정책이 효율적이고 성공적인 사회적기업 성과 창출에 주요한 요소가 됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

교육훈련전이가 한국기업의 활성화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -사이버교육의 교육훈련프로그램 및 조직 특성을 중심으로- (The Effects of Transfer of Education Training on Korean Enterprise Revitalization -Focusing on Characteristics of Education Training Program and Organization Characteristics in Cyber Education-)

  • This article starts with a review of the organization characteristics and corporate education training program, especially in relation to the cyber education. In particular, we empirically analyzed the factors affecting the characteristics of education program (e.g., relatedness of the program contents, method of education and instructor's ability) and the organization characters (e.g., support of manager and coworker, education culture). Hence the main purpose of this article is to suggest an empirical model explaining how these factors affect the transfer of training and enterprise revitalization. Furthermore, we suggested an expanded model about cyber education training program, transfer of training, and corporate's facilitation. We founded that the contents and method of education significantly affect the transfer of training, while instructor's ability does not significantly affect. Supports from manager and coworkers, education culture, and transfer of training also affect the enteprize revitalization.

Transition of Corporate Designers' Perception for Social Impact Management

  • This is an era in which companies should realize sustainable management through business models that propose social values beyond financial benefits and solve social problems. Accordingly, the role of corporate designers should be extended to social value propositions and materializations, including corporate profit-seeking. Among the members and organizations of the company, design organization and designers have strengths in terms of humanities and creativity compared to other organizations and members. We should actively seek opportunities for corporate designers to find the context of connecting businesses and society on their own, actively seek opportunities to integrate them with corporate design, expand the role of corporate designers through creative ideas, and actively pursue sustainable and wide social career development that encompasses both inside and outside of the company. To this end, we suggested three transitions of thougths to change the perception of fixed and straight-line forms of enterprise organization, enterprise design approach and product development process so far to present useful insights through case studies, how enterprise designers can accommodate social impact through new communication and access.

전사적 자원 계획(ERP) 시스템의 구현을 위한 상황적 접근 (A Contigency Approach for Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning Systems)

  • This paper reports on a contingency framework for selecting the most appropriate strategy to implement the enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system in an organization. The two dimensions of our framework are information technology level and culture level of organization. For each of the four contingencies, we recommend a desirable implementation strategy, based on scope and pace of the implementation effort. ERP implementation data from ten organizations were analyzed to validate the proposed framework.
