Although Korea's fashion market has negative growth, it has been growing again since 2018. This phenomenon means that people are becoming more interested in fashion. As interest in fashion grows, people visit various community sites for reference to find a suitable coordination for themselves. Most community sites, however, are manually categorizing each garment. Not only do these tasks take a lot of time, but they also make it difficult to search for multiple clothing at the same time. In other words, I can't choose what I want at the same time, and if I choose what I want, I have to look at what the model is wearing and refer to it. The problem with this may not help because the coordination in which the model provided is worn is more likely to be the one that the user does not want. In this paper, when the image is uploaded to improve the problem, the clothing is analyzed with AI analysis model and automatically classified and stored. Therefore, not only can you search for one clothes in the existing way, but you can also search for multiple clothes at the same time. The service is expected to allow more people to easily find and refer to the code for themselves.

Recombinant baculoviruses are widely used to express heterologous genes in cultured insect cells. Recombinant baculoviruses can serve as gene-transfer vectors for expression of recombinant proteins in a wide range of mammalian cell types. Baculovirus system has significant benefits in view of safety, large-scale, and high level of gene expression. In this study, baculoviral vectors which were reconstructed from pOPINEneo-3C-GFP vector, were recombined with cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter, green fluorescent protein (GFP), and p53 with NcoI and XhoI. These recombinant vectors were infected with various cells and cell lines. The baculovirus vector thus developed was analyzed by comparing the metastasis and expression of the recombinant genes with conventional vectors. These results suggest that the baculovirus vector has higher efficiency in metastasis and expression than the control vector. Various types of re-bar splicing methods have been developed and applied to reinforced concrete (RC) structures in the field. According to previous studies, the coupler splice is relatively superior to the lap splice in terms of cost efficiency when the diameter or strength of the re-bar is larger or higher. This study was performed to develop a filler type mechanical splice for a high-strength re-bar (SD600) in reinforced concrete structures. The deformed re-bars were inserted into a circular steel tube coupler and high-strength epoxy filler was then injected into the coupler. The splice system was completed by hardened filler in a coupler. The epoxy filler was used as the manufactured production epoxy to conduct experiments of filler type mechanical splice specimens, and to observe the failure loads and failure aspects of the specimens. For this goal, the experiment of one-way tensile test was conducted for the epoxy filler type mechanical splices specimens according to the compressive strength of epoxy, length of coupler, and diameter of re-bar. The shape of failure of the re-bar coupler splice showed that the re-bars were pulled between the lugs of the re-bars as a result of the shear fracture of the hardened epoxy. The actual failure load of the experiment specimen was approximately 2 times higher than the expected failure load of the epoxy filler, which greatly improves the failure load of the hardening epoxy filler due to the restraint of the steel coupler.

Existing vulnerability analysis tools are prone to missed detections, incorrect detections, and over-detection, which reduces accuracy. In this paper, cross-checking based on a vulnerability detection method using static and dynamic analysis is proposed, which develops and manages safe applications and can resolve and analyze these problems. Risks due to vulnerabilities are computed, and an intelligent vulnerability detection technique is used to improve accuracy and evaluate risks under the final version of the application. This helps the development and execution of safe applications. Through incorporation of tools that use static analysis and dynamic analysis techniques, our proposed technique overcomes weak points at each stage, and improves the accuracy of vulnerability detection. Existing vulnerability risk-evaluation systems only evaluate self-risks, whereas our proposed vulnerability risk-evaluation system reflects the vulnerability of self-risk and the detection accuracy in a complex fashion to evaluate relative. Our proposed technique compares and analyzes existing analysis tools, such as lists for detections and detection accuracy based on the top 10 items of SANS at CWE. Quantitative evaluation systems for existing vulnerability risks and the proposed application's vulnerability risks are compared and analyzed. We developed a prototype analysis tool using our technique to test the application's vulnerability detection ability, and to show that our proposed technique is superior to existing ones.

This study has focused on analysis factors affecting safety monitoring system at tailings sites, and the evaluation equipment to monitor the factors. Twenty sites at eighteen mines with unsafe conditions were selected to examine the equipment. There were three main factors influenced safety in the sites including surface erosion, piping, and slope instability. In detail, the surface erosion was divided into three sub-factors (planting, soil-topping layer, and tailings), piping into three sub-factors (liner, rain protection facility and leachate), and slop instability was also divided into three sub-factors (slop, concrete wall, and reinforcing wall). As results of in-field measurement, a CCTV was the most effective facility, and electrical resistivity survey, acoustic sensing, thermal liner sensor, structure inclinometer, rainfall meter, and flowmeter were also highly effective. According to applications of the facilities in the unstable tailings, structural defects were mainly found in the piping, which was the most important monitoring factor for safety management of tailings sites.
Irregular workers, which have recently caused various socio-economic issues and conflicts, generally have low loyalty to the organization and job satisfaction due to anxiety about employment. As a way to improve this, this study attempted to analyze the effect of organizational communication satisfaction of irregular workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among the 7th Human Capital Companies panel survey data, irregular workers survey data were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: First, it was analyzed that organizational communication recognized by irregular workers had a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it was analyzed that job satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was analyzed that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study is significant in that it expanded the research subject to irregular workers from the existing service industry-oriented research, and that it included more diverse industries. The results of this study suggest that mission and vision sharing and communication activation system are needed to improve organizational effectiveness of irregular workers.

In the ocean, it is difficult to separate the effects of one cause due to the multiple causes, but the self-organizing map can be analyzed by adding other factors to the cluster result. Therefore, in this study, the results of the clustering of sea level data were applied to sea surface temperature. Sea level data was clustered into a total of 6 nodes. The difference between sea surface temperature and sea level height has a one-month delay, which applied sea surface temperature data a month ago to the clustered results. As a result of comparing the mean of sea surface temperature of 140 to 150°E, where the sea surface temperature was variously distributed, in the case of nodes 1, 3, and 5, it was possible to find a meandering sea surface temperature distribution that is clearly distinguished from the sea level data. While nodes 2, 4 and 6, the sea surface temperature distribution was smooth. In this study, sea surface temperature data were applied to the clustered results of sea level data, but later it is necessary to apply wind or geostrophic velocity data to compare.
Officially assessed land price has been the index of South Korea since 1989 throughout different sectors of tax and welfare. Officially assessed land price is used as a tax valuation for the tax on property holdings, and the equity of such is the most important factor in the fair taxation for the people of South Korea. On this wise, this research analyzed and verified the horizontal and vertical inequity of officially assessed land price in Seoul by using the real transaction data between 2016 and 2018. In fact, Seoul's assessment ratio for the entire three-year period was 60.64% and it showed to increase each year. Horizontal equity was found to be most favorable in 2017, and the horizontal equity of each borough of Seoul appeared to improve each year. Vertical inequity was found to have reverse inequality in most boroughs of Seoul, however, some parts of Gangnam districts such as Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, and Gangdong-gu presented progressive inequality. Such example showed the need for improvement in terms of balance by each borough. The use of quantile regression demonstrated reverse inequality in most quantile, but, the differences in the value of the coefficient by each quantile showed the need for improvement of officially assessed land price with the equity of each quantile. Through the equity verification of officially assessed land price, it was analyzed that the lack of equity was found by year, by borough, and by use district. In order to redeem the lack of equity, the government must systematically supplement the real-estate disclosure system by initiating ratio studies to verify horizontal and vertical equity.
In the oral cavity, there are hundreds of microbial species that exist as planktonic cells or are incorporated into biofilms. The accumulation and proliferation of pathogenic bacteria in the oral biofilm can lead to caries and periodontitis, which are typical oral diseases. The oral bacteria in the biofilm not only can resist environmental stress inside the oral cavity, but also have a 1,000 times higher resistance to antibiotics than planktonic cells by genes exchange through the interaction between cells in the oral biofilm. Therefore, if the formation of oral biofilm is suppressed or removed, oral diseases caused by bacterial infection can be more effectively prevented or treated. In particular, since oral biofilms have the characteristic of forming a biofilm by gathering several bacteria, quorum sensing, a signaling system between cells, can be a target for controlling the oral biofilm. In addition, a method of inhibiting biofilm formation by using arginine, an alkali-producing substrate of oral bacteria, is used to convert the distribution of oral microorganisms into an environment similar to that of healthy teeth or inhibit the secretion of glucosyltransferase by S. mutans to inhibit the formation of non-soluble glucans. It can be a target to control oral biofilm. This method of inhibiting or removing the oral biofilm formation rather than inducing the death of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity will be a new strategy that can selectively prevent or therapeutic avenues for oral diseases including dental caries.
In this paper, we propose health risk management using feature extraction and cluster analysis considering time flow. The proposed method proceeds in three steps. The first is the pre-processing and feature extraction step. It collects user's lifelog using a wearable device, removes incomplete data, errors, noise, and contradictory data, and processes missing values. Then, for feature extraction, important variables are selected through principal component analysis, and data similar to the relationship between the data are classified through correlation coefficient and covariance. In order to analyze the features extracted from the lifelog, dynamic clustering is performed through the K-means algorithm in consideration of the passage of time. The new data is clustered through the similarity distance measurement method based on the increment of the sum of squared errors. Next is to extract information about the cluster by considering the passage of time. Therefore, using the health decision-making system through feature clusters, risks able to managed through factors such as physical characteristics, lifestyle habits, disease status, health care event occurrence risk, and predictability. The performance evaluation compares the proposed method using Precision, Recall, and F-measure with the fuzzy and kernel-based clustering. As a result of the evaluation, the proposed method is excellently evaluated. Therefore, through the proposed method, it is possible to accurately predict and appropriately manage the user's potential health risk by using the similarity with the patient.
