외팔보 구조물의 진동감쇠를 위한 동흡진기의 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Vibration Absorber for Vibration Attenuation of Cantilever Beam Structure)

  • This study was carried out vibration attenuation of vibration absorber attached to the cantilever beam structure. Modern tank guns are stabilized to allow fire on the move while traversing uneven terrain. However, as the length of the barrel is extended, to meet required muzzle exit velocities, the terrain induced vibrations lead to increased muzzle pointing errors. Thus, reducing these vibrations should lead to increased accuracy. The vibration absorber includes a compliant energy storage device, such as a spring, and a mass secured to the energy storage device. In this study, it accomplished a research in about gun barrel vibration attenuation using tuned mass damper. The barrel was hung from a bungee cord for free-free condition. It accomplished a vibration experiment for verified attenuation efficiency.

  • We have reported about bipolar resistive switching effect on Poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene]:Graphene oxide composite films, which are sandwiched between aluminum and indium tin oxide electrodes. In this case, I-V sweep curve showed a hysteretic behavior, which varied according to the polarity of the applied voltage bias. The device exhibited excellent switching characteristics, with the ON/OFF ratio being approximately two orders in magnitude. The device had good endurance (105 cycles without degradation) and long retention time (5 × 103 s) at room temperature. The bistable switching behavior varied according to the trapping and de-trapping of charges on GO sites; the carrier transport was described using the space-charge-limited current (SCLC) model.

  • Novel series of electron-transporting hosts, pentavalent aluminum complexes containing 8 hydroxyquinoline ligands and various phenolato ligands were synthesized, and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were fabricated using these complexes as host materials of phosphorescent emitting device and the fabricated phosphorescent emitting device showed low driving voltage, high efficiency at high current density and good stability under conventional driving condition.

  • The switching noise in the power electronics of the power conversion equipment (Power Conditioning System) for large energy storage devices are generated. Since the burst-level transient noise from being generated in the power system at a higher power change process influences the control circuit of the low voltage driver circuit. Noise may cause the malfunction of the control device even if no dielectric breakdown leads to a control circuit. To overcome this, this paper proposes the installation of an additional nano-surge protection device on the power supply DC output circuit of the battery management unit.

Three-Phase PWM-Switched Autotransformer Voltage-Sag Compensator Based on Phase Angle Analysis

  • Many voltage sag compensators have been introduced, including the traditional dynamic voltage restorer (DVR), which requires an energy storage device but is inadequate for compensating deep and long-duration voltage sags. The AC-AC sag compensators introduced next do not require a storage device and they are capable of compensating voltage sags. This type of compensator needs an AC-AC converter to regulate the output voltage. Presented in this paper is a three-phase PWM-switched autotransformer voltage sag compensator based on an AC-AC converter that uses a proposed detection technique and PWM voltage control as a controller. Its effectiveness and capability in instantly detecting and compensating voltage sags were verified via MATLAB/Simulink simulations and further investigated through a laboratory prototype developed with a TMS320F2812 DSP as the main controller.

  • In the power system with an electric storage system that can increase utilization rate of the source of such new renewable energy, this paper introduces the approach on the daily unit commitment scheduling that determines simultaneously optimum operational condition and output of thermal generators and electric storage device. The unit commitment is one of the most important issues in economic operation and security of short-term operational plan of the power system. It is to determine on/off status of generator to minimize operational cost during the given period. The committed generator should satisfy various operational limitation such as estimated demand by system, spinning reserve condition within minimum operational cost. In order to determine on/off or charge/discharge/idle condition and output level of units and electric storage system, the MILP(Mixed Integer Linear Programming) is suggested. The proposed approach is the mixed method between LP(Linear Programming) and IP(integer programming) which seeks the value of real number and integer that maximize or minimize function objective within given condition. The daily unit commitment problem with the electric storage system is applied to MILP algorithm through linearization and formulation process. The proposed approach is applied to the test system.

  • 직류철도의 회생제동 시 발생되는 회생에너지는 급전선로의 직류가선전압의 상승에 의해 시스템의 오동작이나 차량 정류기의 파손, 또는 급전 시스템의 전력변환 장치의 고장을 일으키는 원인이 될 수 있다. 슈퍼 커패시터를 이용한 회생에너지 저장장치는 직류가선전압을 안정화 하게하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 슈퍼 커패시터 뱅크를 이용하여 직류철도 시스템의 에너지 저장장치를 구현하였고, 지하철 2호선 N역과 S역의 실측값을 이용하여 가선전압이 전동차에 의한 회생에너지 발생에 따른 동작 특성과 슈퍼 커패시터의 충 방전 특성을 확인하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 직류철도 시스템에 설치된 회생에너지 저장시스템용 슈퍼 커패시터 뱅크의 동작 특성을 알 수 있고, 향 후 직류철도 모든 변전소의 직류 가선전압 실측 데이터를 이용한다면, 특정 직류철도 운행 구간에 대한 회생에너지 저장장치의 운전특성과 슈퍼커패시터의 용량 및 수명 예측으로 가격을 절감 할 수 있고 전체 시스템의 안정도 와 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • 아연금속-공기전지는 기존의 이차전지보다 높은 중량당 에너지 밀도, 낮은 제조단가를 가짐과 동시에 소재적으로 친환경적이다. 소형 및 중대형 전력 저장 시스템, 전기자동차, 스마트 휴대기기의 상용화에 있어 최우선시 되고 있는 것은 배터리의 충 방전 능이다. 따라서 환원 촉매의 높은 과전압, 산화 전극의 불안정성 및 비가역성, 액체 전해질 사용에 따른 여러 문제점을 해결하여야 한다. 본 총설에서는 공기극 막의 손상 방지 기술, 아연금속 전극의 구조 개선을 통한 충전효율 저하 방지 기술, 부반응 및 부동태화를 막기 위한 하이브리드 전해질 도입 등의 최근 기술적 이슈와 연구동향을 소개하고자 한다.

  • ESS(Energy Storage System) for Improve the quality of the power grid, supply reliability, system stability and the efficient operation method of power is drawing attention. According to changes in the load of the power system frequency will be adjustable in real time in response to changes in the frequency of the grid, so thermal power output is mainly controlled in order to keep the grid frequency stable. ESS for adjusting the frequency of the grid when the frequency rises to grid and charge the energy storage device. If the frequency drops to discharge the battery power to the grid and the future is expected to replace the thermal power plant. This paper describes 4MW ESS for the frequency regulation and find out about the characteristics through the PSCAD/EMTDC.
