Nowadays Viet Nam's energy supply which is mainly produced by fossil fuels energy such as coal, gas, and oil. However, the operation of fossil fuel power plants is one of the major causes of environmental pollution and climate change as well. It has a serious impact on the survival of human beings in general. As can be seen, the manufacturing industry is strongly invested, the demand for energy is also increasing. As traditional fossil fuels are being depleted and to minimize environmental pollution, renewable energy is the solution widely used by many countries in the world. Therefore, renewable energy has a significant role in maintaining the sustainability of world economy. Renewable energy sources such as solar energy, wind energy, biomass energy, geothermal energy can supply clean and nature-sourced energy to replace fossil fuels. Encouraging development of renewables is a general trend in the world today, which is also a common goal of COP21 commitment on global GHG reduction. The objective of this study is to assess the opportunities and challenges for renewable energy development in Vietnam, particularly for solar power. This study also discusses policies to promote the development of solar energy in Vietnam. While solar power provides ecological, economic and social benefits, it is exploited very modestly in Vietnam, where there are many barriers to slow down the development of renewable energy.

The development of computer graphics techniques came after development of various entertainment industry such as movies, game and so on, and techniques that make diverse objects in virtual space and control the action of objects are growing rapidly. Especially objects(characters) play an important role in encouraging virtual space at computer animation field. If lots of objects are animated in virtual space, undesired matters of fixed topography or collision between objects etc occur. In order to solve this problem, we need control techniques in detail. This paper presents and implements collision evasion with submarine topography in a virtual aquarium and control technique about collision evasion with other objects.

The stock market plays a crucial role in the growth of industry and trade, which eventually affects the economy. This paper studies the determinants of stock market development in Jordan using yearly time-series data (1978-2019). The autoregressive distributed lag approach is applied to examine co-integration, while the vector error correction model is employed to estimate (long-run and short-run) causal relationships. The results show that macroeconomic determinants such as gross domestic product, gross domestic savings, investment rate, credit to the private sector, broadest money supply, stock market liquidity, and inflation rate are important determinants of stock market development. These findings provide vital implications for policymakers in developed and emerging stock markets. First, economic development plays an imperative role in stock market development. Second, developing the banking sector is mandatory because it can significantly promote stock market development. Third, domestic investment is a significant determinant of stock market development, especially in emerging countries. However, it is vital to launch policies that lead to encourage investment and promote stock market development, and this could be done through (1) encouraging competition, (2) improving the institutional framework, and (3) removing trade blocks by establishing a mutual connection between foreign private investment entities and government authorities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions and educational needs of the university faculties in charge of capstone design courses. To achieve the purpose of this study, the 100 questionnaires collected from the faculties nationwide with teaching experience in capstone design courses were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis, the Borich needs assessment model, and the Locus for focus model. The faculties perceived the importance of their roles in the following order: coaching students, providing opportunities for students to show their abilities, motivating and encouraging, and building trusting relationships with students. The biggest challenges that the faculties perceived in capstone design classes were the lack of university-industry collaboration and project execution time. In the analysis of the needs for the capstone design process, the research results showed that team-building, core task development and analysis, deriving problem-solving ideas, building prototypes, and comprehensive reflection ranked the top priorities. This study is expected to help the design of the courses and the development of customized faculty support programs by analyzing the faculties' perceptions and needs for capstone design classes.

This paper examines South Korea's past developmental experience and its current strategy and policy initiatives to overcome global and domestic challenges and sustain economic growth in the twenty-first century, the digital and global era, to explain how the country became a high-income economy. The findings of this research highlight the following three factors: First, the most significant factor in rapid industrialization was the adoption of an outward-looking strategy, with the help of a highly skilled workforce and the development of high-tech manufacturing and services sectors, which was supported by the government plans. Second, the high R&D intensity helped South Korea become a global leader in information and communication technologies, which has emerged from a top-down innovation system that promotes close collaboration between government, industry, and the academic community. Third, according to the recently released Global Entrepreneurship Index, South Korea tops the region in entrepreneurship environment. Among the list of criteria, South Korea dominates in the ease of starting a business and enforcing contracts. They all play a significant role in encouraging investment, production, communication, and, eventually, economic growth. Finally, this paper suggests forward-looking developments promoting transformation and diversification into high-tech manufacturing and digital and green technologies.

Purpose: Environmental contamination has lately been seen as a consequence of the rise in environmental challenges brought on by rapid industrial expansion. At this point, the current research asks an important question about what the factors are to motivate employees' green performance, increasing corporate sustainability. Research design, data and methodology:The current author selected total 19 items to obtain real data and achieve the purpose of this research. For measuring of the causality between the worker's innovative capability and green performance, the current author used the multiple regression statistical tool using U.S. 215 responses in four industry. Results: The statistical finding definitely indicated that there exists the causal linkage between two key factors (Innovation capability and green performance) as well as the strong direction between two constructs. As a result, the current author could accept all hypotheses, checking no existing the multicollinearity of the present constructs with 'TOL' and 'VIF' values. Conclusions: The present research concluded that literature and business management scholars and practitioners will benefit from this study's statistical results. Furthermore, rewarding staff creativity, encouraging quick answers to market movements, and incorporating technology into everyday operations are all ways that companies may cultivate an environmental stewardship culture.

The ever-increasing amount of data generated by various industries and systems has led to the development of data mining techniques as a means to extract valuable insights and knowledge from such data. The electrical energy industry is no exception, with the large amounts of data generated by SCADA systems. This study focuses on the analysis of historical data recorded in the SCADA database of the Libyan Electricity Company. The database, spanned from January 1st, 2013, to December 31st, 2022, contains records of daily date and hour, energy production, temperature, humidity, wind speed, and energy consumption levels. The data was pre-processed and analyzed using the WEKA tool and the Apriori algorithm, a supervised machine learning technique. The aim of the study was to extract association rules that would assist decision-makers in making informed decisions with greater efficiency and reduced costs. The results obtained from the study were evaluated in terms of accuracy and production time, and the conclusion of the study shows that the results are promising and encouraging for future use in the Libyan Electricity Company. The study highlights the importance of data mining and the benefits of utilizing machine learning technology in decision-making processes.

This study investigated gender characteristics in contemporary virtual fashion design, focusing on avatars and genderless fashion in recent collections from Auroboros, Republiqe, Placebo Digital Fashion House, RTFKT, and Tribute. Employing content analysis within a theoretical framework of gender-related research, the study coded virtual avatars in terms of biological sex, appearance, and sociological perspectives. The results showed a preference for female-type avatars, through which androgynous aesthetics were embraced and traditional gender norms were challenged. Male-type avatars reflected experimentation with blending masculine elements, emphasizing inclusivity. Human-like avatars indicated a preference for designs that promoted inclusivity and, in the process, challenged binary classifications. The examined brands strategically capitalized on compromise, sensuality, and playfulness, thereby breaking away from traditional values to opt for more diverse styles. Genderless features combined elements from traditional men's and women's clothing, espousing sensuality and playful exaggeration. These findings signify a dynamic shift away from conventional gender standards to foster inclusivity and experimentation. They can serve as a reference for promoting creative strategies and design innovation, challenging the traditional gender perspective in the fashion industry. Implementing these strategies can lead to a more inclusive representation of fashion styles, encouraging critical thinking about gender norms.

The animation industries of Korea and China shares the effort for transition from work-for-hire Industry Into creative industry. In spite of similar industry background and characteristics, and the aggressive government policy to support this industry transition at the same point of time, the current status of animation industries in Korea and China are showing very different statistics as of the end of 2007. The production amount of Chinese original animation has grown rapidly since 2004, which has made China the top class country in the world in original animation production amount, and more than 600 million audience of Chinese TV animation has firmly established the Chinese domestic animation market basis. On the other hand, despite the Korean government support, original animation production of Korea has been showing a slow and sluggish growth, and Korean animations are losing the domestic market basis with only 1% TV ratings due to unfavourable Korean TV stations' programming practices against Korean animations. This different status of animation Industries of two countries are the result of different government policies and the fallacy of Korean government. While the Chinese government has focused its industry policy on the facilitating the domestic market by establishing the stable broadcasting TV distribution and encouraging the animation production through organic cooperation between related government agencies, Korean government spent lots of effort into facilitating the development of original animation projects, without cooperative structure In the government, and without sincere consideration on the importance of establishment of domestic market consumer basis.

Game have become a universal leisure culture for the world. However, not only did the development of the game industry have a positive impact on society, but it also brought about various social problems, such as adversely affecting youth and encouraging criminal acts. In order to minimize these effects, countries around the world operate a game rating system to provide games suitable for age and social values from children and young people to the general public. Since games are new digital content, the limitations of the rating system are still discussed in many studies. Therefore, this study investigates the current status of global game regulation by investigating game rating systems of various countries including Korea. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the game rating system in Korea and the system of other countries, this study suggests a direction to improve our system more appropriately. The results of this study will contribute to securing the effectiveness and standardization of domestic game classification system.
