주부들의 식생활 라이프스타일이 된장 소비 행동에 미치는 영향 (Analysis on the Effect of Dietary Lifestyle on Consumption Pattern of Soybean Paste among Housewives)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 장류 소비문화에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 미래 장류 산업 발전에 유용한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 주부의 식생활 라이프스타일을 살펴보고 식생활 라이프스타일이 된장 소비 행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 조사 대상자의 식생활 라이프스타일을 유형화하기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과 건강추구형, 편의추구형, 안전추구형, 유행추구형, 미각추구형으로 분류되었다. 된장 제조 방법에 대한 인지도를 살펴보면 '확실히 알고 있다' 34.6%, '대략의 과정을 알고 있다' 28.4%, '약간만 알고 있다' 17.9%, 그리고 '모른다' 19.1%이었고, 건강추구형 라이프스타일, 편의추구형 라이프스타일, 안전추구형 라이프스타일, 유행추구형 라이프스타일에 따라 된장 제조 방법에 대한 인지도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 된장 조달 방법을 살펴보면 '시댁, 친정 등 가족, 친척으로부터 받는다'가 37.0%로 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로는 '시중에서 사 먹는다' 36.7%, '집에서 직접 담근다' 26.3% 순이었으며, 건강추구형 라이프스타일, 편의추구형 라이프스타일, 유행추구형 라이프스타일에 따라 된장 조달 방법에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 된장 조달 방법에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 살펴보기 위해 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, '집에서 된장을 담근다'라고 응답한 경우 '시중에서 사 먹는다'라고 응답한 경우에 비해 연령, 취업 여부, (시)부모 또는 기타 어르신과의 동거 여부, 주거 형태 및 편의추구형, 안전추구형 라이프스타일이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, '시중에서 사 먹는다'라고 응답한 집단에 비해 '시댁, 친정 등 가족, 친척으로부터 받는다'라고 응답한 경우에는 연령, 월가계 소득, 건강추구형 라이프스타일이 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

고령자 가구의 소비특성 및 소비패턴 결정요인 (The Determinants of Consumption Characteristics and Patterns of Elderly Households)

  • 고령에 대한 개념은 학자와 법령 등에 따라 다양하게 정의되고 있으나, 본 연구의 특성상 소비지출이 소득과 관련이 깊으므로, 고령자고용촉진법에서 기준으로 하고 있는 55세를 고령자의 기준연령으로 설정하였으며, 고령자 가구는 고령자 1인가구와 고령자부부가족만으로 제한하여 연구를 진행하였다. 소비특성은 욕구의 반영이라는 표출된 욕구로 파악될 수 있어 사회복지 측면에서도 의미 있는 분석 대상이라 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구는 고령자 가구의 소비형태를 유형화해서 소비특성을 파악하고, 소비패턴을 결정하는 요인을 찾아 고령자 가구의 표출된 욕구를 통해 관련 정책 수립에 기여하고자 하였다. 조사대상인 고령자 가구 소비 패턴의 내재적 구조 유형을 살펴보기 위해 고령자 가구의 소비지출 항목을 투입하여 군집분석(Cluster analysis)의 K-means법을 실시하였으며, 결과 4개의 군으로 유형화 되어 각각 '보건의료 중심형', '저축 중심형', '생계 중심형', '식비 중심형'으로 명칭을 부여하였다. 고령자 가구의 소비패턴 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 이항로지스틱 분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 고령자 가구는 서로 다른 욕구와 문제에 직면해 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 접근방법도 다양해야 할 필요성이 있었다. 특히 지금까지 노인하면 경제적 빈곤자로 인식되어 왔으나, 연구에서는 저축을 통해 준비된 가구들도 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 전반적으로 생계 중심형이 가장 많았으며, 이에 영향을 주는 요인으로 혼인여부와 가계소득이 중요한 역할을 하고 있었다. 따라서 고령자 가구의 소득확대에 대한 노력이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 또한 연령, 주택소유, 주관적 건강상태 등도 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 결론 부분에서는 보건의식에 대한 고령자 스스로의 인식 개선, 노년기의 건강 상태에 대한 표준화된 기준 제시, 고령자의 문화생활에 대한 접근성 확보, 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 재정관리 코디, 고령자에게 맞는 일자리 개발과 보급, 협동주거형태인 공동생활가정 보급 등을 제도적 과제로 제언하였다.

  • 다부문모형(多部門模型)은 산업련관자료(産業聯關資料)를 비롯한 산업정보자료(産業情報資料)를 이용하여 장기의 구조변화를 분석 전망하고 총생산성(總生産性)과 요소가격(要素價格)의 변동에 의한 산업경쟁력(産業競爭力)의 추이를 분석하여 중기의 성장전망(成長展望)을 시산(試算)하는 연간(年間) 계량모형(計量模型)으로 25개 산업부문(産業部門)의 1,300여개(餘個)의 구조식(構造式) 정의식(定義式)으로 구성된다. 국내가격과 국제가격(國際價格)의 차이가 산업 무역구조에 영향을 미치고 국내생산과 요소가격이 산업별 요소수요(要素需要)를 결정하며 요소수요와 요소가격에 의하여 소득(所得)이 결정되고 소득과 가격이 산업별 소비지출(消費支出)을 결정한다 ; 산업별 총생산성과 상대가격(相對價格)이 투입산출계수(投入産出係數)에 영향을 미치고 투입산출계수와 상대가격이 산업별 생산비용(生産費用)을 결정하며 생산비용과 경쟁수입가격(競爭輸入價格)을 고려하여 국내가격이 결정된다 ; 생산성증가(生産性增加)와 임금상승(賃金上昇)의 산업간(産業間) 차이가 상대가격(相對價格)을 변화시키고 이로 인하여 산업(産業) 무역(貿易) 고용구조(雇傭構造)가 선진국(先進國)과 동질화(同質化)되는 지식(知識) 기술집약화(技術集約化) 과정이 전개된다.

유휴간호사 재취업 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors influencing the intent to return to practice (work) of inactive RNs)

  • 본 연구는 유휴간호사의 재취업 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 2013년 대한간호협회와 한국보건사회연구원에서 실시한 '병원간호사 이직(사직)에 대한 조사' 연구를 위한 설문조사 자료 중 최종 381명의 자료를 활용한 이차자료 분석 연구이다. 재취업 의향이 있는 경우는 70.9%로 나타났고, 이들 중 선호하는 근무형태로는 시간선택제 47.8%, 낮번전담제 43.3%, 3교대제 6.3% 이었다. 대상자의 사직의 주된 이유는 '노동 강도가 높아서' (18.8%), '밤근무가 힘들어서' (16.7%), '임금 수준이 낮아서' (15.9%), '출산 및 육아 보육' (15.9%), '직장내 인간관계의 어려움' (11.1%)이었다. 재취업 의향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 기혼, 최종 근무직장이 종합병원 또는 요양병원인 경우, 선호하는 근무형태가 3교대제인 경우가 각 기준집단에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 '간호직무 자체에 대한 불만족'의 사직이유인 경우로 나타났다. 이에 재취업을 활성화하기 위해 다양한 형태의 근무방식 적용과 노동강도를 고려한 인력 배치와 간호전문직 사명감을 높일 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제안한다.

중년기 위기감 및 그 관련 변인에 관한 연구 -서울시 남성과 여성을 중심으로- (Mid-Life Crisis and It's Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the definition of middle age, to compare the different perspectives about mid-life crisis, and to identify the variables that cause the mid-life crisis of men and women.. For this purpose reviewing literatures and emprical research were conducted. For the emprical research, Mid-life Crisis Scale, Mid-life Indentity Scale, Family Relation Scale. Health Scale and Religious Scale were developed. The Sample was selected form the men and women living in Seoul, whose age is from 40 to 59 , and whose last child is older than 13 years of age. Among 820 respondents 218 men and 442 women were finally selected as datum sources. The data were analyzed by the statistical method such as the factor analysis frequency distribution, percentile, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and regression analysis. The main results were as follows; 1) Men and women experience mid-life crisis some extent. The mid-life crisis score for men is 33.60 and 35.0 for women. This implies women reveal significantly higher crisis than men. As for women's mid-life crisis. self-awaring age, education, income, husband's occupation, employment status of wife and occupational status of wife have a significant influence Expecially employment status of wife seemed to interact with sex, husband's occupation and educational level of wife. however status of child, family pattern, son's existence are not as important an influence on mid-life crisis. 3) Among the psychological variables, work identity and physical identity have the strong influence on the mid-life crisis of men and women, It implies that mid-life crisis si lower when one has higher work identity and physical identity. 4) Mid -life crisis of men and women is influenced significantly according to family relation variables and health variables. It reveals that the better one's family relations and health sate, the lower one's mid-life crisis is. However menopause and the years after menopause do not influence on the mid-life crisis of women. 5) Mid-life crisis of women differs significantly according to the kind of religion and religious activity. That is mid-life crisis of women is lower when she believes in Protestantism and Catholicism and participate in more religious activity. Mid-life crisis of men is not significantly influenced by religious variables. After all among the five categories of variables that related to mid-life crisis, psychological variables-especially work identity and physical identity are observed to have the strongest degree of significance.

병원 간호사의 장기근무유인과 직무만족과의 관계 (The Relationship Between Job Retainment and Job Satisfacion of Hospital Nurses.)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the job retainment factors and the level of job satisfaction, and to identify the relationship between job retainment and the level of job satisfaction among the registered nurses working in hospitals. Four hundred eight registered nurses currently employed at 8 hospitals in Seoul were surveyed for the study. The 39 item, 5 point likert scale questionnare was developed by the researcher. The internal consistency of job satisfaction was. 86 and that of job retainment was. 90 in Cronbach's alpha test. The data sas collected from July 15 to July 30, 1993. The SPSS/PC+statistical program was used for data analysis. The descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the subjects, the level of job satisfaction and the job retainment factors was done. The relationship between the job satisfaction level and the job retainment factors was tested with. the Pearson Correlation Coefficient analysis, and thd differences of job retainment scores among the sample was tested with t-test and ANDVA. The results of the study were summarized. 1. The mean age of the subjects was 29.7 years, 41.7% of them were married. 71.1% of them were 3 years course graduates, 71.8% of them were staff nurses, and the mean duration of experience was 6 years. 2. The factors related to professionalism(3.43), society(3.31), and interpersonal relationship(3.29) were significant in job retainment. The maximum score was 5.0 Two other factors, personal(3.05) and organization(2.83) factors, also showed relatively high scores. 3. The factors to the job satisfaction showed similar pattern as job retainment: professionalism (3.47), society (3.33), finance(3.31), interpersonal relationship(3.02), and organization(2.72). 4. Society related factors(r=.7420, p<.00l) and professionalism(r=.7249, p<.00l) had high correlation with job retainment. Personal(r=.6372, p<.001) and organizational(r=.3597, p<.001) factors had moderate relationship to job retainment. Finance(r=.3597, p<.00l) had significant but weak relationship to job retainment. 5. Age, marital status, job position, departmental involvement, experience, and continuity of employment of the sample showed significant differences in job retainment. However, the period of job retainment, number of children, educational level, type of hospital, previous employment experience were not significant. 6. lndiviuals older than 40 years of age, who were married, who held the position of charge or head nurse position, who worked in central supply or nursing administration showed significantly high job retainment score. This research indicates that the professionalism is the most significant factor in job retainment. In order to retain more experienced nurses, it is important to improve the profesionalism among nurses.

관상동맥질환 여성의 성기능에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sexual Function of Women with Coronary Artery Disease)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify risk factors related to sexual function of women with coronary artery disease, and to determine the predictors of sexual function. The study design, a descriptive correlational study, was done through structural questionnaire and interview. A total of 50 subjects from C University Hospital at Kwang-ju city who have undergone coronary angiography at department of cardiology were observed and interviewed from Feb. 22, 1999 to March. 23, 1999. The number of affected vessels, the level of total serum cholesterol, and the ejection fraction of 2-D echo cardiography were analyzed to evaluate the severity of coronary artery disease. And also type A behavior pattern, health behavior, Brief Index of Sexual Functioning for Women (BISF-W) were measured. The data obtained were analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis via SPSS PC+. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The mean age of the subjects were 58.1 and 72.0% of those have been married over 30 years. Seventy two percentage were unemployed and monthly family income of 56.6% was less than 1,000,000 won (approximately $ 840). Eighty percent were in their postmenopausal state, and the frequency of sexual intercourse of 84.0% were two to three times per month. 2. The scores of type A behavior pattern were from 16 to 38(mean 24.94) and health behavior ranged from 21 to 43(mean 31.2). Abstinence from smoking, alcohol, and caffeine were best compliant factors and weight control and exercise were least abided ones. The result of 2D-ECHO EF showed that the half of the subjects were abnormal, and 24% had more than 240mg/dl of total serum cholesterol. The coronary angiography showed that 64% of the subjects had more than one affected vessels. 3. The predictors to explain the factor score of 'orgasm' were number of health examination, the pre- or post-menopausal state, protestant, number of coronary vessel affected, level of serum total cholesterol, and comorbid group of hypertension and diabetes, and it's total variance accounted for 52.4%. The predictors to explain the factor score of 'sexual activity' were comorbid group of hypertension and diabetes and type A behavior pattern, which accounted for 22.4% of total variance. The predictors to explain the factor score of 'sexual satisfaction' were type A behavior pattern, no religion, exercise, level of serum total cholesterol, and pre or post menopausal state, which accounted for 52.1%. The predictors to explain the factor score of 'sexual desire' were the period of marriage, type A behavior, employment or unemployment, and weight control, which accounted for 43.2%. The predictors to explain the factor score of 'external force of sexual functioning' were physical overload and exercise, which accounted for 41.1%. The predictors to explain the factor score of 'sexual activity' were family monthly income, catholics, and exercise, and which accounted for 35.4%. Above results lead us to some consensus that sexual function of women with coronary artery disease is related to various factors including vasogenic factors such as total serum cholesterol level, number of coronary vessel affected, an endocrinal factor such as menopausal state, and type A behavior pattern as a sociopshychological factor. And also health behaviors such as fitness care, overwork, weight control, and emotional tension are contributed to sexual function.

가족가치관과 성역할태도에 영향을 미치는 인구학적 변인 : 국제비교 분석 (The Impact of Demographic Variables on Family Value Orientations and Gender Role Attitudes : The International Comparison)

  • This study aims to examine how much Korean's family value orientations and gender role attitudes are different from those of U.S.A., Sweden, and Japan, and how demographic variables influence family value orientations and gender role attitudes across the countries. By using 2004 Korea General Social Survey data and 2002 International Social Survey Program family module, multiple regression analyses showed that Korean's family value orientations and gender role attitudes were much more traditional than those of U.S.A., Sweden, and Japan, even after controlling demographic variables. Furthermore, each country showed a distinct pattern in the impact of demographic variables on family value orientations and gender role attitudes. Among the demographic variables, age and marital status were statistically significant indicators of family value orientations for all the countries. However, gender, the year of education, and employment status effected on family value orientations only in some countries. The findings of this study showed that Korea was still traditional in terms of family value orientations and gender role attitudes, compared with U.S.A, Sweden, and Japan. Although family value orientations were more traditional in Korea than in the other countries, all the countries showed similar patterns of explaining mechanism in the effect of demographic variables on family value orientations. People who were men and married were likely to be more traditional than those who were women and unmarried. However, gender role attitudes showed interesting results. All the demographic variables were significant predictors of gender role attitudes for Korea, whereas only some of demographic variables were statistically significant indicators of gender role attitudes for other countries. That is, Korean society showed strong attitudinal differences on the basis of demographic variables. The implication of these differences was discussed.

현대 패션에 나타난 캘리그라피의 표현유형 및 의의 (The Types of Expression and Meanings of Calligraphy Appearing in Modern Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the types and meanings of calligraphy presented in modern fashion design. Calligraphy refers to beautiful handwriting or fine penmanship in the West, and handwriting with brushstrokes in the East. The expression patterns being used at present can be divided into three categories. Legible calligraphy is focused on readability more than embellishment. Decorative calligraphy places its importance on decoration at the expense of practicality. The third type, harmonious calligraphy, pursues decorativeness and legibility at the same time. Each of these types of calligraphy is expressed in modern fashion with its own purpose: calligraphy for conveying emotional messages, calligraphy as a special brand image, and calligraphy as an expression of formativeness. The first, calligraphy for conveying emotional messages, is used with characters that are familiar to the public. Calligraphy of this type delivers messages confined emotionally to the conscious world, harmonizing calligraphy with words, or expressing readability filled with purity and delight. Second, calligraphy as a special brand image refers to transmitting a distinctive brand image from other companies through employment of a design motive or pattern by expressing the brand logos or names of designers. Third, calligraphy as a expression of formativeness has the function of shaping expressions as motives or patterns, avoiding meanings of words or phrases. It can be represented by the abbreviation or modification of words, or arranging words in different shapes, harmonizing the words with the clothing construction and atmosphere of the other images.

  • 중국에서 농촌 잉여 노동력을 어떻게 합리적인 배분할 것인가는 신 농촌 건설의 성공요인중의 하나이다. 농촌의 잉여 노동력 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 제도적인 방안이 마련 되어할 것이다. 첫째, 도농 경제사회의 발전기획을 종합적으로 계획하고, 둘째, 도농 시장, 특히 노동력 등 요소시장에서 공평 정대한 취업제도를 마련해야한다. 셋째, 도농 기초시설을 건설하고, 넷째, 도농 교육, 위생 등 사회문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하고, 다섯째, 도농 사회보장체도를 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 농촌에 우수한 인재와 중앙정부의 재정지원 및 관리기능을 확대해야 한다. 이렇게 하면 현재 중국 농촌이 직면하고 있는 다양한 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
