Even though advocates of TQM emphasize the role of TQM more than before, the interest of the public at large have decreased in recent years. In order to explain the perceptual gap between the advocates and general public, three questions were considered: 1) Is TQM a dying fad\ulcorner 2) Does TQM focus on a particular facet of management\ulcorner 3) Does TQM pursue incremental improvement, while reengineering pursue breakthrough innovation\ulcorner It is also discussed how can we extend the horizon of TQM so as to integrate new management theories into the framework of TQM.

Bilateral intralobar and extralobar pulmonary sequestration is an extremely rare anomaly. At present, four pathologically proven cases and two possible cases have been reported in the literature insofar as we know. We have found no previous reports in the literature in which simultaneous bilateral intralobar and extralobar pulmonary sequestration were present. We report a first case presenting as bilateral intralobar and extralobar pulmonary sequestration, recently performed staged bilateral resection, and emphasize the importance of computed tomography and angiography in diagnosis and operation.

Sarcopenia, characterized by a decline of skeletal muscle plus low muscle strength and/or physical performance, has emerged to be an important prognostic factor for advanced cancer patients. It is associated with poor performance status, toxicity from chemotherapy, and shorter time of tumor control. There is limited data about sarcopenia in cancer patients and associated factors. Moreover, the knowledge about the changes of muscle mass during chemotherapy and its impact to response and toxicity to chemotherapy is still lacking. This review aimed to provide understanding about sarcopenia and to emphasize its importance to cancer treatment.

A supervisor's role is very important to have accident free environment in a company. In order to take full advantage of safety management system, company safety supervisors require to learn how much responsibility they have in their company. To improve safety supervisor's knowledge, they must spend time to learn the importance accident free environment. To improve the efficiency of safety management, the supervisors need to voluntarily emphasize the importance of safety management.

The purpose of the study is to investigate multifaced aspects of angle concepts and the developments of angle concept and to examine textbooks in relation to above investigation. In this study, we obtain the following results. First, angle concepts have static and dynamic aspects and develop situated angle concepts, contextual angle concepts, abstract angle concepts, through formal angle concepts. Second, our textbooks emphasize abstract angle concepts and formal angle concepts but lack situated angle concepts and contextual angle concepts.

Occipito-atlanto-axial subluxation is a type of high cervical injury. Misdiagnosis of this instability might cause several complications, including neurologic deficits. A radiologic evaluation must be performed and specific parameters that imply cervical instability must be confirmed. Full understanding of these parameters may prevent not only delayed diagnosis but also unexpected complication. We report a case of delayed detection of a cervical instability and emphasize the role of proper diagnosis.

In this paper, we generally introduce some of the terminology of Yalvac [10] and Azad [4] in intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces. In addition to the fundamental concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, we emphasize the usefulness of the concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy points intuitionistic fuzzy elementhood. Mainly, this paper is devoted to the study of intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces with specific attention to the weaker forms of fuzzy continuity.

In a specialized modern society and/or visual communication technique seems to be preferable to the traditional one-way communication technique which resorts to reading materials. P.R materials currently produced by various levels of Korean government administrative bodies seem to outdated and inefficient both in their contents and in graphic technique employed. In this paper we argue that the problems of the communication technique used by Korean government result mainly from the ambiguous nature of the message of P.R materials and the inability to differentiate the contents of P.R materials according to the target audience. We recommend various changes to the current government communication program and emphasize the importance of graphic communication technique for the production of more effective and professional communication materials

$\bullet$ Rehabilitation should be based on an understanding pathology and abnormal arthrokinematics and biomechanics. $\bullet$ Rehabilitation should be kept in mind to play a vital role in the successful outcome after shoulder injuries or surgeries. $\bullet$ Program should emphasize treating the cause and not just the symptoms. $\bullet$ Maintenance of the normal scapulohumeral and scapulothoracic rhythm and optimal strength should be re-established with rehabilitation. $\bullet$ Program modification and appropriate progression must be peformed on an individual basis.
