플래그쉽스토어의 VMD 감성평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on VMD Emotional Evaluation of Flagship Store)

  • For commercial inner space, studies about brand communication and VMD to inform brand identity to customers are very important. Accordingly, the study conducted questionnaire survey about 'emotional reaction, brand recognition, brand communication and satisfaction on VMD expressional elements' of customers and brand-related personnel on the ZARA flagship store. Through analysis of difference of evaluation on surveyed items between customers and brand personnels, importance of direction of VMD design applying brand communication which can satisfy customers and application of brand communication was verified. Specific results of the research are as follows: First, comparing brand personnel's expectation of recognition of their brand from customers, substantial level of recognition of brand by customers was lower. It is necessary for improvement through consumer analysis in order to raise brand recognition. Second, as the result of analysis of emotional reaction on VMD, it needs to lead customers to positive emotional reaction close to the brand plan intention by inducing 'exciting and sensational' brand concept to emotional reactions through comprehensive VMD image management and leading to 'free and convenient' emotional reaction and then communications with customers and minimizing emotional differences. Third, for brand communication and creation of 'interest', intention of ZARA, it needs to get maximum communicative effects with 'young' VMD design. Fourth, for satisfaction survey on VMD expressional elements, customers was less satisfied than brand personnel. Accordingly, in order to raise customers' satisfaction, show windows, entry, mannequins and objets should be planned with priority and it should also satisfy customers through communications with customers including advertisement and marketing.

점진적 근육이완요법이 청소년 운동선수의 행동상태와 정서반응에 미치는 효과* (Effects of Progressive Muscle Relaxation on Behavioral States and Emotional Reactions of Adolescent Athletes)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of the progressive muscle relaxation on behavioral states and emotional reactions of adolescent athletes. The participants were 167 adolescent male soccer players aged between 12 and 18 who were junior or high school students in Seoul. Ninety-three of them were assigned to the experimental group, while seventy-four to the control group. The experimental group was treated by 10 sessions (20 min./session) of Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation for two weeks, while the control group was not treated. The self and observer reported behavioral states, general stress by visual analogue scale, physical symptoms of stress, athletic stress, state anxiety, depression, self-esteem were measured before and after two weeks of the progressive muscle relaxation. The results were as follows ; 1. The self and observer reported behavioral states were significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with the control group. 2. The general stress and the gastrointestinal symptoms of stress were significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with the control group. No significant difference on athletic stress was found between the two groups. The depression and the state anxiety were significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with the control group. The self-esteem was significantly increased in the experimental group compared with the control group. 3. The influential factors on behavioral state of adolescent male athlete were depression and state anxiety. The accelerating factor on behavioral state change after the progressive muscle relaxation was state anxiety. These results are suggested that the progressive muscle relaxation could be effective in stabilizing behavioral state, decreasing general stress, gastrointestinal symptoms of stress, depression, state anxiety, in increasing self-esteem of adolescent male athletes. And the behavioral state change after the progressive muscle relaxation was influenced by state anxiety.

에스테틱샵의 서비스스케이프와 서비스 제공자의 미적노동이 고객행동의도에 미치는 영향과 감정반응의 매개효과 (The Influence of Service Scape and Service Provider's Esthetic Labor on Customer Behavioral Intentions and Mediations of Emotional Responses in Esthetic Shop)

  • 본 연구를 통해 에스테틱 샵을 이용하는 고객들의 행동 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 서비스 스케이프와 미적 노동, 감정반응, 고객 행동 의도 간 요소를 분석하고 그에 대한 인과관계를 도출하고자 한다. 최근 3개월 이내 울산 및 경남지역 에스테틱 샵 이용자 약 280명을 대상으로 설문 조사한 설문지 257부를 실증분석하였다. 표본 자료는 Statistical power analysis using 3.1 analysis를 이용하여 다중회귀 분석하였고 SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 21.0으로 통계처리 하였다. 에스테틱 서비스의 서비스 스케이프, 미적 노동이 고객의 긍정적인 반응에 영향을 미치고, 긍정적 반응에 의한 고객만족도는 재방문에 긍정적인 영향 관계를 형성하여 매개 효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 에스테틱 서비스에 대한 만족과 지속적 이용 의도 선행요인들의 구조 관계를 밝힘으로써 실무적 시사점 도출에 긍정적 기여를 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 에스테틱 서비스 이용자의 특성을 고려한 대상자의 다양한 연령층과 지역 확대 연구가 요구되어진다.

청소년 감성어휘의 학령별 뇌파분석에 따른 공동주택 커뮤니티 시설 계획 (Planning of Apartment Community Facilities according to EEG Analysis by School Age of Youth Emotional Words)

  • Adolescence is differentiated from other development stages for the significant physical and emotional changes a person goes through that stage. This study has surveyed communal residencies in the Seoul area and the community facilities within them and has analyzed their correlation with the adolescents' emotional reactions according to their school age. This study is concerned with evaluating the perceptions of teenagers towards learning, cultural, and exercise facilities. These adjectives were positioned on the IRI adjective images to obtain representative words such as "noble", "gentle", and "cheerful" for the purpose of analysis. Furthermore, each representative word was assigned a color and then made into a simulation for the EEG experiment. The EEG signals of the teenagers in different educational levels indicated that EEG signals of high school students were more activated compared to that of middle school students and both groups responded to the "cheerful" images with high EEG signals. Therefore, in order for community facilities within communal residencies to actively support and activate leisure and academic activities for adolescents, they have to be connected to their emotional characteristics. It is also important to minutely plan according to their school age.

The Effect of Cognitive Emotional Control on Life Goals

  • This study was a cross-sectional descriptive investigative study to analyze the effects of sub-factors of cognitive emotional control on life goals. The subjects of the study were 184 people in their 20s, and they were collected online from December 2020 to January 5, 2021 using structured cognitive control capabilities and life goal questionnaires. The collected data were performed using SPSS 18.0 for Frequency, Independent Sample t-test, Pearson correction analysis, Simple regression analysis, and Multiple regression analysis. According to the study, men had both life-oriented and achievement-oriented life goals higher than women. Among the sub-factors of cognitive emotional control (positive focus change, positive reassessment, expansion of view, re-accept plan, acceptance, rumination, self-criticism, others criticism, and destruction) were male and female were higher in self-criticism. Factors affecting life-oriented life goals have been shown to be expanding views, re-accepting plans, and criticizing others, while positive re-evaluation negatively affects achievement-oriented life goals. Based on these results, life-oriented life-goals tend to exhibit adaptive responses to expand views and revise plans and maladaptive responses to blame others, while achievement-oriented life-goals have the ability to positively reassess situations, modify plans and accept negative reactions.

게임에서의 자연풍경의 그래픽 스타일 차이에 따른 감성 반응 분석 (Analysis of Emotional Responses to Different Graphical Styles of Natural Scenery in Video Games)

  • After the outbreak of COVID-19, the demand for home-enjoyable video games has surged, driven by extended pandemic conditions and resulting in rapid graphic technology advancements. Consequently, games with diverse expression techniques have emerged, captivating players. Virtual Reality (VR) environments predominantly feature natural landscapes, with advancing graphic technology enabling lifelike scenes. The rise in individuals seeking solace through natural elements in games has followed suit. As VR technology and metaverse interest grow, more people are exposed to digital imagery. However, evidence on the influence of graphic expression methods on emotional response to that is lacking. Our study examined user emotional responses, focusing on natural landscapes in digital graphics of games. Analyzing a group of 47 young adults as frequent digital media consumers, we studied reactions to different image styles (Realism, Semi-Realism, Stylized). In the analysis, Realism-style images were perceived the most positively, while emotional responses to natural landscapes with different graphical expressions showed no significant differences. Results suggest that recognizing digital natural landscapes may outweigh expression style impacting the evaluation of digital nature. This study's empirical analysis enhances the understanding of digital nature's application to actual situations.

가상 캐릭터가 제공하는 감정에 따른 학습자의 감정적 반응에 관한 연구 (A study on the emotional changes of learners according to the emotions provided by virtual characters)

  • 실제 교실 환경과 반복 훈련을 제공하는 가상 환경 기반 시뮬레이션을 교사교육에 활용하는 데 상당한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 시뮬레이션 학습환경이 더욱 정교하게 학습에 적용되기 위해서는 감정적 상호작용을 고려할 필요가 있다. 감성은 창의적 사고, 영감, 집중력, 학습동기에 중요한 요소이기 학습자와의 정서적 상호작용을 파악하고 이를 교수 시뮬레이션에 적용하는 것은 필요한 활동이다. 본 연구는 학습자의 EEG(Electroencephalogram)와 시선추적을 통해 공감적 반응을 위한 객관적인 데이터를 확인하고, 감성교수 시뮬레이션 설계를 위한 단서를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 결과는 의도된 공감적 반응이 제공되었고, 상황적 감성이 학습자의 정서 반응을 결정하는 데 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정교한 감정을 표현할 수 있는 아바타의 개발 및 감정적 반응을 일으키는 상황에 적합한 시나리오의 개발이라는 측면에서 교사교육 시뮬레이션의 설계에 시사점을 갖는다.

가정폭력에 노출된 아동의 문제와 개입프로그램에 관한 연구 (Analysis of the Problems of Children Exposed to Family Violence and Clinical Intervention Program for the Children)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울과 대전지역의 초등학교, 사회복지관, 그리고 쉼터를 통하여 가정폭력 노출아동 문제의 실태를 조사하고 일반 아동과의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 가정폭력 노출아동은 일반아동에 비해 정서문제와 공격성이 심하고, 사회성이 떨어지며, 가정폭력에 대한 인식 및 대처가 부적절하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과와 기존 가정폭력 노출아동을 위한 개입프로그램에 기초하여 쉼터와 일반 기관에서 공통적으로 활용할 수 있는 통합적 집단프로그램을 구성하여 실시하고 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 프로그램에 대한 효과성 검증은 참여 아동에 대한 개별사례분석과 솔로몬4집단설계(Solomon four group design)를 병행하여 실시하였다. 사례분석 결과, 대다수의 사례에서 프로그램이 진행되어감에 따라 초기의 위축되고 소극적인 행동에서 변화하여 점차 자기표현이 증가하고 다른 구성원들을 적극적으로 지지, 격려하는 등의 긍정적인 행동이 나타났다. 솔로몬4집단설계의 공식에 따라 본 프로그램의 순수실험효과를 산정한 결과, 정서문제, 공격성, 사회기술, 가정폭력에 대한 인식 및 대처에 상당한 정도의 순수실험효과를 갖는 것으로 입증되었다.

독서치료 프로그램이 중학생의 스트레스 인지와 반응에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 그림책 조형활동을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of a Bibliotherapy Program on the Stress Recognition and Reactions of Middle School Students: With a Focus on Picture Books and Paper Craft Art Activities)

  • 본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 종이조형을 활용한 그림책 독서치료프로그램을 실시한 후 학생들의 스트레스 인지와 스트레스 반응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 정서적 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 밝혀진 중학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 종이조형을 활용한 그림책 독서치료 프로그램은 중학생의 스트레스 인지와 스트레스 반응에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 인지의 하위요인 중 가정환경, 친구, 학업, 교사/학교는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 스트레스 반응의 하위요인에서는 피로를 제외하고 긴장, 좌절, 분노, 우울, 신체화, 공격성에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
