  • This study aims to research the Kisho Kurokawa's architectural concepts and expressions that are comprised of various and complex theories system for Korean's globalization of architecture. Kurokawa's architectural concepts are composed by Metabolism, Metamorphosis and Symbiosis. And intermediate zone, ambiguity, multivalence are theories that work as media in changing process levels to three main concepts and these are used as media of Metamorphosis which embody Symbiosis. Metabolism include concepts of Metamorphosis and Symbiosis. Symbiosis is comprise of concepts of Metabolism and Metamorphosis, and is a ultimate goal of these three main concepts. Metamorphosis works as a medium in changing process levels from Metabolism to Symbiosis. The architectural expressions are embodied according to these main three concepts and theories of media in changing process levels. And these architectural expressions are analyzed by three elements as follows: form, material & color, structure & technique.

  • One of the recent trends of cockpit development is to integrate (ore part of whole cockpit and compartment. The goal of this study is to develop and Analysis of User's Convenience a cockpit prototype based on the design guide of cockpit integration. module. The process of this study has been followed analyzing development trend of next generation Automotive cockpit, extracting the design factor needed to making integration module and laying down the design guide of cockpit integration module. After that process, next-generation Automotive cockpit has been embodied as graphical image designing. Henceforth, applying this module to real will be considered after evaluation of utilization. This study is indicated that one example for evaluation of utilization.

  • Across the world, building energy codes are becoming stricter, demanding higher levels of energy performance with each issuance. Some locations have taken initiatives to eliminate operational emissions altogether by requiring buildings to be carbon neutral. However, while the objectives of carbon neutrality are without doubt statement worthy, we believe that once operational performance has been tackled to a reasonable level of performance the sights should be trained on a different objective-life; cycle carbon. This paper defines what we mean by life cycle carbon neutrality and presents an approach toward reducing it.

  • Stable running is a very important factor when we are building a control system. But, sometimes malfunction of the system controller is caused by several reasons. To solve these problems, some systems have prepared a backup controller. In the generality of cases, making a backup controller is no easy work. Especially, it becomes more difficult when many backup controllers have to be embodied in one system. In this paper, the multi-backup function controller which was implemented in the form of the network type distributed control system will be suggested. Also, using Arago Disk System that has a structure for inner loop control, the validity of the proposed methods will be verified.

  • The interaction between airflow and liquid phase LfG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) sprays was investigated in a steady flow system embodied in a wind tunnel to simulate the variety of flow inside intake port of LPG engines with liquid injection system. The spray developments in flowing fields with the mean velocities of 5.4, 21.5 and 42.4m/s were identified by spray visualization techniques such as Mie scattering and shadowgraph. The microscopic visualization using a telescopic lens system was performed to investigate the shape and size of liquid droplets in the spray. PDA measurement was used to get 1-dimensional velocity and diameter of liquid droplets. The fast co-flows make the spray field be compact and be lead upward to the injection direction. SMD of the spray was smaller at the fast flowing field. Spray width got bigger and SMD of the spray was smaller with higher injection pressure.

  • From designers' viewpoint, today, the major environmental change can be found in the digital environment. Especially, more than the development of physical product which can be characterized as the backup of old function and realization of new function in the field of product design, as the digital product development of program style that exists without substance is deepened, the development of the digital design media has been accelerating. However, it is the recent matter that the link with educational system about the added value which could be embodied by digitech, and the interdisciplinary research about producing goods become regular. The construction of the industrial design development process based on the digital environment must be the major research object. Therefore, the goal of my research is to present the concept of the product design process model required in the digital environment.

  • The Rock mass in which constructed a tunnel consist of the geological formations or the engineering rock type. Each layers are distinguished by the mineral, weathering and distributions of faults and Joints. Therefore, a tunneling design in rock mass starts from understanding and analyzing of the various geological engineering factors and then the engineering characteristics and distributions for each layers are determined to analysis and collection of the efficient informations. For this working, next two problems have to be solved. First, the layers in rock mass have to be classified and their distributions have to be defined. Second, the rock mass classifications and distributions based on the standard engineering classification have to be determined. Efficiently to approaching this two problems, the best solution is all geotechnical data are embodied to 3-D.

  • To propose the construction of architectural interior design and communication using graphic, web3D, it was studied the kind and character of various representation methods that can be embodied in an architectural interior design on the web, and looks into whether these ways can be adapted to an architectural interior design process. Especially, the use of the current techniques on graphic and CAD data give the most suitable effect by using the integrated data such as vector animation, an interaction of object VR(Virtual Reality), a high quality of panorama VR, and data treatment and its interaction of drawing of cad data. As a result, the single data format shows not only one image representation but also a stream of continuous operation through a change into another format. But this desired study expects that another next studies will go on interaction and integration of digital format with increase of transmission speed expected in the future, and a digital model and its practical methods.

  • This paper is demonstrated about VM that means a circumstance where a application is no dependence of hardware and GVM which is selected by SKT as flatform, thus we developted portris-mobile game based on GVM. this game was embodied(actualized or given to actualized form) by Mobile C and process procedure of Event Drivnen type game that is a characteristic of Mobile C is showed by flowchart.
