We consider ΜΑΡ/G/ 1 finite capacity queue with mul-tiple thresholds on buffer. The arrival of customers follows a Markov-ian arrival process(MAP). The service time of a customer depends on the queue length at service initiation of the customer. By using the embeded Markov chain method and the supplementary variable method, we obtain the queue length distribution ar departure epochs and at arbitrary epochs. This gives the loss probability and the mean waiting time by Little's law. We also give a simple numerical examples to apply the overload control in packetized networks.

In this paper, web based monitoring systems are implemented for multi-axis force control systems of an intelligence robot. A web based monitoring system is implemented by porting Linux at embeded systems which include Xscale processors. A divice driver is developed to receive data from multy-axis force sensors in Linux operation systems. To control this device driver, a soket program for web browser is also developped.

As an Embedded system get more complicated, the importance of the software test increases. Especially it is mandatory to test the embeded software for a charge degrade of the development company which is happened due to the error, a danger element clearance to the customer, a performance enhance of the system. Among many structural dynamics modification methods for plate and shell vibration problems, embedding an emboss to the surface is very efficient. But deciding an optimal position and shape using optimization algorithm needs defining geometry and remeshing the model for every iteration step to implement the method, which takes much numerical cost. This paper describes a duplexed process control system for a boiler-turbine system of power plant, which is composed of supervisor, controller, and simulater subsystems. Its embeded POL(Problem oriented language) as a structured control language enables this system to do a real-time distributed control and fault diagnosis by simple programming with the actual implementation of advanced control algorithms such as PID autotuning and GPC, etc, the performance of overall system has been greatly enhanced.

In this paper, we applied a PC interface and an embedded system in order to design a non-linear system and implement the PID algorithm as our control one. We used the inverted pendulum, one of the most generally used non-linear system models, to control uncertain factors in the environment. This paper showed how to use this non-linear system model to control the factors completely as well as to understand the PID algorithm. Furthermore, this paper applied and understood the embedded system.

임베디드 시스템은 임의의 시스템에 내장된 형태로 구성되고, 특정 하드웨어 구성요소를 제어하기 위하여 사용되며, 제한되고 전문화된 기능을 수행하는 장치이다. 임베디드 시스템에서 호스트간의 데이터 전송을 용이하게 하는 문서 정의 형식으로 향후 XML이 사용될 전망이다. 임베디드 시스템은 특정한 기능을 수행하기 위한 최소 용량이 요구되고 임베디드 시스템의 다양한 메모리 제한성에 부합할 수 있게 컴포넌트화도 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 시스템에서 실행되는 응용을 위한 XML SAX2파서, mSAX를 소개한다.

It have been announced that concrete subjected to freezing and thawing cause deterioration by expanded inside water and contracted at thawing. However, this study descrebe the deterioration mechanism of concrete by freezing and thawing test. Embeded strain gauges were used to measure the inside restrict strain due to the temperature differenct inside and outside the concrete test specimens. Test results showed that using the air entrained admixture and expanded poly-styrene was developed durability of concrete by decreasing inside retrict strain ratio.
