전자무역 서비스 신뢰성과 이용자의 e-충성도에 대한 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on User's e-Loyalty in Trustworthness of Electronic Trade Service)

  • Considering rapid development of Electronic Trade in Korea, it is an important issue to analyze consumers' satisfaction and e-loyalty. The purpose of this study is to find the affecting factors on the determinants and utilizable intention of electronic trade trustworthness and e-loyalty. In the literature review, it was made to compare and analyze the precedent papers about electronic trade trustworthness theory, Keller and Aaker(1992), Yun, Seong-jun's(2000) model of the trustworthness. This study investigates the concept of the satisfaction, e-loyalty in electronic trade site and its determinants, and tries to establish e-loyalty analyzing model. The model of the satisfaction, e-loyalty electronic trade site is tested here using data from 106 samples. The major finding of this paper would be summarized as followed : And then it was used the empirical research method to test hypotheses which was established based on the precedent studies : 1) electronic trade factors are positively related to the trustworthness on the electronic trade practical, not being trustworthness of the functionality on electronic trade practical in international trade company. 2) tr stworthness of electronic trade practical is positively related to the e-loyalty in international trade companies.

  • As information technology has a great impacts on contemporary business environment, global electronic trade is becoming a new paradigm in international trade transaction. The internet provides a fundamentally different environment for international marketing and trade, it also requires a different approach to international business. Now it is unrealistic to apply the same marketing strategies under global environment without making some modifications to be appropriate to the electronic edge. This paper attempts to investigate what kinds of factors influence the level of electronic trade utilization and performance, and suggests some strategies for usage of electronic trade for small-medium enterprises in Korea. According to the results of this research, the usage of electronic trade by small-medium enterprises is fundamentally important for the diffusion of electronic trade. Therefore it is suggested that the government needs to support small-medium enterprises by financing them to have system for electronic trade.

  • The terms electronic trade, electronic trading and electronic commerce are often used interchangeably, and refer to trading transactions conducted using electronic media. Electronic trade is business-to-business transactions in an industrial context, while electronic commerce refers to retailing and the consumer sector as well as mass marketing. The Electronic trade process is defined as a flow of information (documents) exchanged between enterprises and trade-related firms (shipping companies, foreign exchange banks, forwarders, etc.) in the course of implementing a series of export and import procedures. Electronic trading systems exploit information technology to improve the efficiency of communications and/or to alter the nature of inter-organizational transactions. Many studies exist about the adoption of inter-organizational systems (IOS) and electronic data interchange (EDI), but few focus on electronic trade. The literature on exporting companies's electronic trade adoption and implementation, although extensive, consists mainly of exploratory studies focusing on technological characteristics such as barriers, benefits and usage. The purpose of this study is to broaden this perspective by investigating the environmental, organizational and technological drivers of business-to-business e-commerce adoption.

  • Considering rapid development of Internet Portal Site Contents in Korea, it is an important issue to analyze consumers' satisfaction and e-loyalty. This research develops, and empirically test a model for explaining/predicting the satisfaction and e-loyalty with internet-based Electronic Trade Site. This paper describes a theoretical model for investigating the Satisfaction and e-Loyalty of the Electronic Trade Site. This study investigates the concept of the satisfaction, e-loyalty in Electronic Trade Site and its determinants, and tries to establish e-loyalty analyzing model. The model of the satisfaction, e-loyalty electronic trade site is tested here using data from 158 samples. Based on the research model, a comprehensive set of hypotheses is formulated and a methodology for testing them is outlined. some of the hypotheses are tested empirically to demonstrate the applicability of the theoretical model. In examining the relationships of the determinants factors, service quality satisfaction show in significantly by Reliability, Information Provided, Trustworthiness, Convenience, International of contents but that show in not significantly by Interaction. In addition, Electronic Trade site retention shows indirect effect between customer satisfaction and referral. Although our research can not show the determinants of e-loyalty in the electronic trade site the empirical result give both theoretical and managerial implication for managing the consumers' satisfaction and e-loyalty in electronic trade site.

Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet.   • Electronic trade reduces additional costs generated from the issuing and management of paper documents, and overcomes the physical limitations of commercial transactions as well as the geographical and time limitations resulting from trading with foreign countries. These characteristics of electronic trade guarantees better and more effective global marketing for companies. In addition, by expanding relative superiority of large corporations to medium-small sized companies, many medium-small companies have shown great interest in electronic trade to promote its exporting businesses, and implementing changes to facilitate electronic trade into their business system. Therefore, it is expected that the electronic trade will be more widely distributed and utilized by businesses of all sizes in the future. The adaptation and implementation of the electronic trade system can only have prosperous effects when there is a high efficiency in the utilization and service process of the concerned company. Under this premise, this research first examined electronic trade, characteristics of the company and information utilization as the key elements to determine the effectiveness of the utility aspect. Then it examines confirmation of product demand, registration of revenues, and authorization as the key elements to determine the level of service process.

The Role of Electronic Trade Specialized Service Provider under Global Trade Environment

  • This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade specialized service provider for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. First, from the legal aspect, it is necessary to clarify the scope of duties as well as to expand the threshold for entrance and business areas through the amendment of related laws. Second, from the operating aspect, the e-trade specialized service provider should be able to provide convenient work spaces through user-centered interface by connecting, integrating, automating and simplifying various services scattered around through the establishment of an operating system. Third, from the institutional aspect, trade firms should be able to perform e-trade duties without difficulties by specializing and increasing the size of the e-trade specialized service provider system and strengthening job competence. For this, it is required to improve legal registration requirements to enhance the reliability of the e-trade specialized service provider system and secure its financial capacity.

  • The Electronic Trade Finance not only has with the trait which is simple procedures, low cost but also easier access to using statistics compare to formerly paper based system. In Korea, all of trade finance system will be changed to electronic base by February 2014. The purpose of this research finds the using status and problems of the electronic local L/C and electronic purchase certificate, and suggests several improvements. First, the whole trade finance system should improve in terms of simple procedures, especially small and medium companies can use the system sufficient maximum limit. Second, the organizers, KTNET, KITA etc, need to the new electronic trade finance system promote to customers and training program for early settlement. It also has to manage at an unified system between IT and tex authorities. Third, small and medium size companies still think the charge for using high, so it need to make a resonable charge for using the electronic system to persuasive extent reasonable about it.

  • An information technology revolution is sweeping the world driven by digitalization and tremendous popularity of the Internet. Electronic commerce and trade is the mainstream of this trend, and realization of a cyberspace without physical, spatial, and time restraints has led radical structural changes in international trade. Northeast Asia including Korea, China and Japan is becoming more important as a core economic region in terms of economic growth, intra-regional trade in particular. The introduction to electronic trade system and networks would playa vital role in speeding up trade of commodities, service and information etc. Therefore the study aims to examine a scheme to facilitate international trade in Northeast Asia by establishing information infrastructures. The study begins with reviewing current situation in information infrastructure such as the number of PC, utilization ratio of internet, information network, volume of electronic commerce. It is analyzed that what kinds of obstacles to facilitating electronic trade in Northeast Asian countries in terms of physical infrastructure, institutions, regulations, technologies regarding information exchange among countries. Finally this study presents some suggestions in order to remove the problems currently existed in vitalizing electronic trade.
