Along with the developing of mobile communication technology, plenty of data transmission turn into possible in mobile environment. As the foundation, it can provide diverse mobile service. Especially the service which use electronic signature, and as the transmission of XML technology among the terminal digital signature information. By now, allowed plenty of validity confirmation questions that the digital signatures about the characteristic induced application of physical property XML. For this question, it can be solved through XML by Canonical XML 1.0 standards provided in W3C. But, because the question in the XML namespace attribute inheritance, proposed the restrictive solution. In order to solve this problem, proposes candidate plan of Canonical XML 1.1 standardized in W3C, and also even more standardization. In this paper, in order to support the widespread XML standardization in the moving environment. Standardizes Canonical XML 1.1 standard as the underlies, safeguarding the theoretical mutual identity of the XML documents, and constructing and realizing the XML standardization system.

Generally, a paper book that is digitalized or a method of giving information to user in a form of paper book after digitalization is called ebook. Due to the rapid spread of internet and development of digital information technology, ebook has become an important issue globally. Not only can ebook send information efficiently but the price is low and compared to paper books it is more effective in sending information by using technologies like multimedia. However, ebook markets have problems to grow because there are different ebook formats. In this study, we will explain about the development of Electronic Book of Korea Standard(EBKS) to solve the problems. The purpose of EBKS is the exact exchange for ebook contents. To archive this purpose, we define the explict logical structure for documents and recommend metadata for doemetic enviroments and XSL-FO to provide high-quality layout. We expect that the establishment of EBKS will greatly contribute to growth of ebook markets by preventing the duplicable investment for contents and technologies.

Despite the ubiquity of electronic media, paper is still the most generally readable carrier of information. Because paper materials are deteriorated by chemical, biological and physical factors over time, there have been major concerns about the decay of large collections of books, publications, old maps, historical artifacts, and written records. Therefore, manufacture of permanent paper has been a highly debated issue in paper conservation research. Through the use of permanent paper, our new records, journals, library books, art works, and all culturally and historically important documents can be preserved. In this study, handsheets were made of mixture of hemp bast fiber produced by soda pulping and HwBKP varying the amount of hemp. Physical, mechanical and optical properties of each handsheet were examined. As the ratio of hemp bast fiber increased, mechanical properties were improved significantly, but opacity decreased. After aging, the optical properties of the handsheets mixed with the hemp bast fiber more decreased than those of the non-mixed handsheet. The more mixture ratio of hemp bast fiber increased, the more decreasing rate of optical properties increased. As a result, it was confirmed that hemp bast fiber is a very promising resource for the manufacturing of permanent paper.

This study deals with a certified e-document authority system to securely archive e-documents by a government authorized third party. For this study, I have looked at three cases of certified e-document authority systems and compared then with the similar cases in the USA and Japan. In my conclusion, I suggest four ideas to improve the service of certified e-document authority system. First, the company providing the certified e-document authority system needs to expand to special services. Second, they need to concentrate on subject area of their business. Third, they should provide a consulting service for business archives with business customers. Finally, they can support additional services like document risk management and other digital contents archiving.

This study aims to derive practical suggestions to apply application methods by auxiliary costs, especially application of logistics and customs clearance areas in order to establish EPS support system of auxiliary cost occurred from export/import. For the propose, this study has analyzed types and situation of auxiliary costs, application method by auxiliary costs, payment situation of logistics auxiliary costs and clearance auxiliary costs and suggested the relevant problems and their application methods. Especially, in case of logistics auxiliary costs through connection to the attached general documents required for negotiation by reflecting characteristics of B2B transactions. In addition, it has suggested that those services by the said system should be conveniently used commonly by the export companies and logistics companies through provision of various payment measures, support of foreign currency payment, etc. and security of reliability/system stability, etc. for the compatible payment with other systems as the prerequisite for the successful settlement of the auxiliary costs EPS. It is expected that satisfaction of the uTradeHub users such as export/import companies and logistics companies will be increased, user-oriented customized information services such as raw cost prediction service through calculation of auxiliary costs could be available in the future and efficiency of work processes related to auxiliary costs will be increased, by providing the EPS through various single window based payment measures through establishment of the export/import auxiliary costs payment system.

Nowadays, the use of smart phones and various electronic devices is increasing, the Internet and SNS are activated, and we live in the flood of information. The amount of information has grown exponentially, making it difficult to look at a lot of information, and more and more people want to see only key keywords in a document, and the importance of research to extract topics that are the core of information is increasing. In addition, it is also an important issue to extract the topic and compare it with the past to infer the current trend. Topic modeling techniques can be used to extract topics from a large volume of documents, and these extracted topics can be used in various fields such as trend prediction and data analysis. In this paper, we inquire the topic of the three-year papers of 2016, 2017, and 2018 in the field of computing using the LDA algorithm, one of Probabilistic Topic Model Techniques, in order to analyze the rapidly changing trends and keep pace with the times. Then we analyze trends and flows of research.

The purpose of this study is to look at the role of e-trade for trade facilitation, which was the conclusion of November 27, 2014 which is based on the main discussions and content of the WTO. This study examines the data collected based on previous research and literature data, and it proposed a policy direction using it. Trade facilitation agreement also contains a number of e-Trade related information and internet-based electronic documents can be sent very quick flow of information and it can save time and cost concerning parties. e-Trade is a very important basement and it is needed to continually develop and exchange for trade facilitation. To make easy trade facilitation, e-Trade is one of the means to achieve competitiveness of companies and countries under these circumstances. The conclusion of this study shows that it is necessary to steadily develop e-trade technologies for trade facilitation and to continuously exchange e-trade system for easy customs services in concerining countries to maximize these effects.

This paper proposes a new enhancing document clustering method using the important terms of cluster and the wikipedia. The proposed method can well represent the concept of cluster topics by means of selecting the important terms in cluster by the semantic features of NMF. It can solve the problem of "bags of words" to be not considered the meaningful relationships between documents and clusters, which expands the important terms of cluster by using of the synonyms of wikipedia. Also, it can improve the quality of document clustering which uses the expanded cluster important terms to refine the initial cluster by re-clustering. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves better performance than other document clustering methods.

In this paper, we proposes a new document summarization method using the expanded query by wikipedia and the semantic feature representing inherent structure of document set. The proposed method can expand the query from user's initial query using the relevance feedback based on wikipedia in order to reflect the user require. It can well represent the inherent structure of documents using the semantic feature by the non-negative matrix factorization (NMF). In addition, it can reduce the semantic gap between the user require and the result of document summarization to extract the meaningful sentences using the expanded query and semantic features. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves better performance than the other methods to summary document.

Typographical mistakes made in the writing process of drafts of electronic documents are more common than any other type of errors. The majority of these errors caused by mistyping are regarded as consequently still typo-errors, but a considerable number of them are developed into the grammatical errors and the semantic errors. Pseudo semantic errors among these errors due to typographical errors have more noticeable peculiarities than pure semantic errors between senses of surrounding context words within a sentence. These semantic errors can be detected and corrected by simple algorithm based on the co-occurrence frequency because of their prominent contextual discrepancy. I propose a method for detection and correction based on the co-occurrence frequency in order to detect semantic errors due to typo-errors. The co-occurrence frequency in proposed method is counted for only words with immediate dependency relation, and the cosine similarity measure is used in order to detect pseudo semantic errors. From the presented experimental results, the proposed method is expected to help improve the detecting rate of overall proofreading system by about 2~3%.
