  • In this paper, we examine the necessity and the role of technology transfer/diffusion in the frame of national technology innovation system. On the base of this, we present a construction plan of technology transfer/diffusion system to make the national electric industry for 21st century to possess the competitive power. To achieve above purpose, we examine the relations between theory of technology transfer/diffusion structure and policy. Furthermore, we try to find the necessity for construction of technology transfer & diffusion system and a driving plan. Then, it is analyzed that expected design requirements for the construction of electric technology transfer & diffusion system. Finally, construction and activation plan for electric technology transfer & diffusion system are presented, which would strengthen the national technology competitiveness.

  • Electric Conductivities of $LaCl_3$-LiCl binary melts have been measured by the Kohlausch bridge method over the range of their liquidus temperatures to about 1200 K. The electric conductivity increases with the content of LiCl for all over the composition range of binary melts. Composition dependence of the electric conductivity and molar conductivity for the binary melt shows a non-linear relation from the additivity line, and the deviations displays a maximum value at about 60 mol % LiCl. This suggest the existence of the complex ion of$ LaCl_{4}^{-}$ in the melt. Activation energy for electric conductivity of the binary melts decrease monotonously with increasing content of LiCl.l.

  • The cure kinetics of a neat epoxy system and epoxy/silica composite were investigated by DSC analysis. A cycloaliphatic type epoxy resin was diglycidyl 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylate and curing agent was anhydride type. To estimate kinetic parameters, the Kissinger equation was used. The activation energy of the neat epoxy system was 88.9 kJ/mol and pre-exponential factor was 2.64×1012 min−1, while the activation energy and pre-exponential factor for epoxy/silica composite were 97.4 kJ/mol and 9.21×1012 min−1, respectively. These values showed that the silica particles have effects on the cure kinetics of the neat epoxy matrix.

  • The efficiency of the adsorption of adsorbents depends on both pore size and shape. In other to adsorb hydrated ion in application of electric double layer capacitor (EDLC), mesopore is necessary[1,2]. Tamai et al.[3] reported that an increased portion of mesopore was introduced through addition of metal or organometallic compound in the precursor and following activation of the carbon fibers with steam. • A total of 92 unfertilized human oocytes were treated with ethanol (EtOH), calcium ionophore A23187 (CI) or electric pulse (EP) for activating pronuclear formation and subsequent development. In Experiment 1, there was a significant (P=0.0001) treatment effect on the activation of unfertilized oocytes. No spontaneous activation was occurred in the control, but activation treatments induced PN formation with various efficacy. More unfertilized oocytes (UFOs) were activated after EtOH or EP treatment than after CI treatment. EP was as effective (63.6 %) as EtOH, but fragmentation was observed in 43% of UFOs activated by EP. Proportion of UFOs that formed presumptive haploid PN (2 PNs+1 PB or 1 PN +2 PBs) was 33.3, 0 and 28.6% after EtOH, CI and EP treatments, respectively. In Experiment 2, a significant (P=0.0362) effect of immature oocytes (IOs) status on activation was fecund. IOs at the GVBD-MI oocytes had higher potential to form PN than those at the GV stage or with abnormal morphology (25 vs. 77.8%). The results of this study clearly demonstrated that the treatment of 10% ethanol for 5 min effectively induced the activation of UFOs. IOs could form pronucleus with high efficacy by ethanol treatment, as long as they grew beyond the GVBD stage.

  • The 3$\mu\textrm{m}$-thick PVDF (Polyvinyiidene fluoride) thin film have been prepared using physical vapor deposition with electric field, and its FT-IR specrum, dielectric property and electric conduction phenomenon have been investigated. Since the characteristic peaks ate detected at 509.45 and 1273.6〔cm〕 in the FT-IR spectrum, we are confirmed that the ${\beta}$ -phase is dominant in the PVDF thin film. In the results of dielectric properties, the PVDF thin film shows anomalous dispersion, i.e. gradual decrease of dielectric constant with increase of frequency, and also that the dielectric absorption point changes from 200Hz to 7000Hz with increasing temperature of thin film, which is consistent with the Debye's theory. The activation energy (ΔH) obtained from temperature dependence of dielectric loss is 21.64 ㎉/㏖. We confirm that the electric conduction mechanism of PVDF thin film is dominated by ionic conduction by investigating the dependence of the leakage current of the thin film on the temperature and the electric field.

  • The electric demand increase, financial need for new power plant constructions and environmental problem have led to search for more efficient energy Production and energy conservation technology. To minimize the construction of power plants and reduce total power consumption include installation of inverters to motors used for pumps and fans. However, the high price of inverters is the biggest obstacle to their wide use. Accordingly, to maximize the effect of energy saving by the expanded use of inverters, governmental economic support as ell as the analysis of energy saving effect. his paper presents he present state analysis of inverter DSM program and propose he improvement for activation of inverter DSM program.

  • Polyimide(PI) thin films are fabricated by vapor deposition polymerization(VDP) from PMDA and DDE. The IR spectrum show that PAA the films are changed into PI films by curing. The activation energy of PI films is estimated to be 0.32 [eV] at the electric field of 0.133 [Mv/cm]. The resistivity is about 4.5${\times}$10$\_$16/ [$\Omega$$.$cm] at room temperature.

  • The stability of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) films under the light soaking are very important since the applications of a-Si:H films are solar cells, color sensors, photosensors, and thin film transistors(TFTs). We found the changes of the electric conductivity and the conductivity activation energy (Ea) of a-Si:H films by argon radical annealing. The deposition rate of a-Si:H films depends on the argon radical annealing time. The optical band gap and the hydrogen contents in the a-Si:H films are changes along the argon radical annealing time. We will discuss the microscopic processes of argon radical annealing in a-si:H films.

  • Recently, the demand to interpret image data with artificial intelligence in various fields is rapidly increasing. Object recognition and detection techniques using deep learning are mainly used, and video integration analysis to determine unstructured object recognition is a particularly important problem. In the case of natural disasters or social disasters, there is a limit to the object recognition structure alone because it has an unstructured shape. In this paper, we propose intelligent video integration analysis system that can recognize unstructured objects based on video turning point and object detection. We also introduce a method to apply and evaluate object recognition using virtual augmented images from 2D to 3D through GAN.
