여성 골프웨어 바람막이 디자인 개발 (A Study on the Development of Women's Golf Windbreaker Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey the present women's golf windbreaker market to develop the trendy product with supplementing design and functionality by grasping the inconvenient part through the result of the questionnaire. According to the questionnaire, 38.1% said that the armhole is the most inconvenient part by tightfitting. Therefore, a mobility of wearer was enhanced by giving shirring detail to the armhole for flexibility through inserting the elastic band with a regular interval around armhole in the design1. The swing movement was allowed to be convenient by attaching knit to the side panel. And, the sleeves were designed in the detachable form so those are allowed to be produced in two kinds such as long sleeves and short sleeves. In the design2, a zipper was inserted from the neckline to the armhole so it is designed a detachable bolero. Furthermore, it was designed to be possible to wear two different way as a jumper style and a vest style. Given wearing a vest, the sleeve part was patched knit, thereby having enhanced activity. The design1 and the design2 evaluated an objective assessment and subjective assessment. Assessment group consists of 5 subject groups and 10 expert groups to evaluate external appearance and movement adaptability. In the external appearance evaluation, the design1 obtained the better evaluation than design2. In the movement adaptability evaluation, the design1 obtained the better evaluation than the design2 for all of the items except the wrist area. In the group of professionals, the design1 obtained the better evaluation than the design2 for all of the items except the bottom area.

압전 필름과 전도성 섬유를 이용한 맥파 전달 속도 측정을 위한 센서의 제작 및 성능평가 (Fabrication and Evaluation of Sensor for Measuring Pulse Wave Velocity using Piezo Film and Conductive Textile)

  • Arterial stiffness is causing the serious problems for human who is suffered from hypertension and metabolic syndrome. So it is important that measure the arterial stiffness for early prevention. Many researches point out that pulse wave velocity(PWV) is the reliable and simple method to predict arterial stiffness. In this paper, we developed the sensing parts that detect the pulse wave and ECG by using piezoelectric film and conductive textile with elastic band. Our system could detect 3ch pulse wave and ECG. Simultaneously, our algorithm extracts the features for calculating the delays among pulse waves. The delays are the significant parameter to estimate PWV, thus we design the experiment for evaluating the performance of our sensing parts. The reference is PP-1000(HanByul Meditech, Korea) that is good for performance evaluation. As a result, the start point of the pulse wave was the most reliable feature for comparing with PP-1000(r=0.691, P=0.00). The results between two operators showed that there is only a slight difference in the reproducibility of the devices. In conclusion, we assume that the suggested sensor could be more comfortable and faithful method for arterial stiffness.

N2와 NH3 반응성가스를 사용하여 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 제작한 AlN박막의 특성 (Characteristics of AlN Thin Films by Magnetron Sputtering System Using Reactive Gases of N2 and NH3)

  • Aluminum nitride, a compound semiconductor, has a Wurtzite structure; good material properties such as high thermal conductivity, great electric conductivity, high dielectric breakdown strength, a wide energy band gap (6.2eV), a fast elastic wave speed; and excellent in thermal and chemical stability. Furthermore, the thermal expansion coefficient of the aluminum nitride is similar to those of Si and GaAs. Due to these characteristics, aluminum nitride can be applied to electric packaging components, dielectric materials, SAW (surface acoustic wave) devices, and photoelectric devices. In this study, we surveyed the crystallization and preferred orientation of AlN thin films with an X-ray diffractometer. To fabricate the AlN thin film, we used the magnetron sputtering method with $N_2$, NH3 and Ar. According to an increase in the partial pressures of $N_2$ and $NH_3$, Al was nitrified and deposited onto a substrate in a molecular form. When AlN was fabricated with $N_2$, it showed a c-axis orientation and tended toward a high orientation with an increase in the temperature. On the other hand, when AlN was fabricated with $NH_3$, it showed a-axis orientation. This result is coincident with the proposed mechanism. We fabricated AlN thin films with an a-axis orientation by controlling the sputtering electric power, $NH_3$ pressure, deposition speed, and substrate temperature. According to the proposed mechanism, we also fabricated AlN thin films which demonstrated high a-axis and c-axis orientations.

제왕절개술 후 발생한 위장관 기능장애에 대한 최신 RCT 연구 동향 분석 - 경혈 자극을 중심으로 - (Analysis for Randomized Controlled Clinical Trials of Acupuncture-type Treatment on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Ceasarean Section)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to show effectiveness of Acupuncture treatment on gastrointestinal dysfunctions after Cesarean section by analyzing randomized controlled clinical trials. Methods: We searched randomized controlled clinical trials related with acupuncture treatment on gastrointestinal dysfunctions after Cesarean section through national and overseas database and analyzed them in detail. Results: 6 articles were included according to our selection criteria and 1,084 women were involved. 3 studies used TEAS (Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation), 2 studies used Elastic band and 1 study used Acupressure by hand. Their results were statistically more effective than control groups. The most frequently used acupoints were Neiguan (PC6), Zusanli (ST36) followed by Sanyinjiao (SP6), Hegu (IL4). Conclusions: There was significant difference in the effectiveness of the intervention including Acupuncture treatment. Based on analysis, it could be an effective way for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunctions after Cesarean section in clinical practice.

그룹 재활운동 및 체육 프로그램이 지역사회 뇌졸중 장애인의 보행기능, 균형지수 및 무릎관절 근력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Group Rehabilitation Exercise and Physical Education Program on Local Community Stroke Patient's Walking Function, Balance Index and Muscle Strength in the Knee Joint)

  • Purpose : This study aims to present a rehabilitation exercise and physical education program (REPEP) for local community stroke patients by examining an exercise program provided from traditional physical therapeutic perspectives. Methods : The subjects were 40 stroke patients residing in a local community and managed by a public health center (the group-exercise group: 20, the individual-exercise group: 20). In the case of the group-exercise group (GEG), the subjects were divided into small groups composed of five members each to participate in the program. The individual-exercise group (IEG) took part in the program individually. The subjects received a REPEP that included a warm-up exercise, an elastic band exercise, a leg exercise, a balance and gait exercise, an arm and trunk exercise, and a cool-down exercise twice per week for 20 weeks. They had their gait function, balance index, and muscle strength in the bilateral knee joints tested before and after the experiment. Results : Compared to before the experiment, both groups' gait function, balance index, and muscle strength in the knee joints increased after the experiment. After the experiment, the GEG experienced more improvement in their gait function, balance index, and muscle strength in the bilateral knee joints, excluding their gait velocity and $300^{\circ}/sec$ flexion and extension, than the IEG (p<.05). Conclusion : An exercise program provided from the traditional physical therapeutic perspectives may be applied to stroke patients as their REPEP. In addition, a REPEP was more effective in improving their gait function, balance index, and muscle strength in the knee joints when the subjects formed a group and took part in the program than when they partook in it individually.

유방암 생존자의 장기간 복합 운동중재에 따른 기능적 체력과 골밀도의 변화 (The Change of Functional Fitness and Bone Mineral Density on a Long-Term Combined Exercise Intervention in Breast Cancer Survivors.)

  • 본 연구는 유방암 절제술을 받은 40-60대의 기혼 중년을 대상으로 복합운동을 1년간 실시하여 골다공증약과 운동을 병행한 군과 운동군으로 나누어 기능적 체력과 골밀도에 미치는 효과를 분석하고 이에 따른 효과적인 운동프로그램의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 대상자총 24명을 두군으로 나누어, 이중 18명은 골다공증 범위(T-score=$-2.2{\pm}0.8$)에 있으며 복합운동만을 실시하였다. 나머지 6명은 골다공증진단(T-score=$-4.6{\pm}0.9$)을 받고 골다공증약(Alendronate 70 mg/주 당)을 처방 받아 복용하면서 복합운동을 병행하여 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 기능적 체력 요소 중 좌전굴, 악력, 윗몸일으키기에서는 시기간에 유의한 향상을 보였다. 12개월 후, 골 밀도의 변화는 복합운동군(N=18)에서는 변화가 없었으며, 복합운동과 골다공증약 복용(N=6)을 병행하고 있는 그룹은 유의한 개선을 나타냈다. 따라서 하타요가, 탄성밴드 및 볼 운동이 포함된 장기간 점진적 강도의 복합운동프로그램이 유방암절제술 여성의 기능적 체력의 개선 및 골밀도 지연에 효과가 있었고, 특히 운동과 골다공증약을 병행한 그룹에서 골다공증개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으므로, 유방암 수술 후 회복기 운동프로그램으로 적극 활용할 수 있도록 제안한다. 앞으로 대상자 수를 늘려 골다공증약과 운동과의 병행관계를 심층적으로 연구하고, 유방암 수술 후 운동중재프로그램의 유형 및 강도를 달리하여 유방암과 골밀도 및 운동과의 관련성을 연구 해 볼 필요가 있겠다.

탄성밴드운동과 스트레칭을 이용한 교정운동프로그램이 내반슬 대학생들의 무릎간 간격, Q-각 및 족압의 변화에 미치는 영향 (The effects of the correction exercise program combined with stretching and elastic band exercise on femoral intercondylar distance, Q-angle, plantar pressure in undergraduate with genu varum)

  • 본 연구는 탄성밴드운동과 스트레칭을 이용한 내반슬 교정운동프로그램이 내반슬 대학생의 무릎간 간격, Q-각, 족압에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 총 30명의 내반슬 대학생을 대상으로 실험군과 대조군을 각각 15명씩 무작위 선정하여 실험군은 6주 동안 스트레칭과 탄성밴드를 이용한 교정 운동 프로그램을 실시하였고, 대조군은 일상생활을 유지하게 하였다. 중재 전 후 무릎사이 간격과 Q-각의 변화를 알아보기 위해서 computed radiography X-ray를, 족압 분포변화를 확인하기 위해 RSscan을 사용하여 족압 분포를 측정하였다. 6주간의 교정운동프로그램 실시한 결과, 중재 전보다 중재 후 무릎간 간격이 유의하게 감소하였고, Q-각은 유의하게 증가하였다. 족압 분포는 중재 후에 2-5 지골과 1, 2, 3 중족골 족압이 증가하였으며, 4, 5 중족골 족압은 유의하게 감소하였다 (p<.05). 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 실시한 내반슬 교정운동프로그램이 신체의 정렬과 족압 분포도의 배열을 맞추는데 효과가 있으며, 이를 통해 내반슬 변형자에게 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

Avoidance of Internal Resonances in Hemispherical Resonator Assemblies from Fused Quartz Connected by Indium Solder

  • Modern solid-state gyroscopes (HRG) with hemispherical resonators from high-purity quartz glass and special surface superfinishing and ultrathin gold coating become the best instruments for precise-grade inertial reference units (IRU) targeting long-term space missions. Designing of these sensors could be a notable contribution into development of Korea as a space nation. In participial, 40mm diameter thin-shell resonator from high-purity fused quartz, fabricated as a single-piece with its supporting stem has been designed, machined, etched, tuned, tested, and delivered by STM Co. (ATS of Ukraine) several years ago; an extremely-high Q-factor (upto 10~20 millions) has been shown. Understanding of the best way how to match such a unique sensor with inner glass assembly of the gyro means how to use the high potential in a maximal extent; and this has become the urgent task. Inner quartz glass assembly has a very thin indium (In) layer soldered the resonator and its silica base (case), but effects of internal resonances between operational modal pair of the shell-cup and its side (parasitic) modes can notable degrade the potential of the sensor as a whole, instead of so low level of resonator's intrinsic losses. Unfortunately, there are special combinations of dimensions of the parts (so-called, "resonant sizes"), when intensive losses of energy occurs. The authors proposed to use the length of stem's fixture as an additional design parameter to avoid such cases. So-called, a cyclic scheme of finite element method (FEM) and ANSYS software were employed to estimate different combinations of gyro assembly parameters. This variant has no mismatches of numerical origin due to FEM's discrete mesh. The optimum length and dangerous "resonant lengths" have been found. The special attention has been paid to analyses of 3D effects in a cup-stem transient zone, including determination of a difference between the positions of geometrical Pole of the resonant hemisphere and of its "dynamical Pole", i.e., its real zone of oscillation node. Boundary effects between the shell (cup) and 3D short "beams" (inner and outer stems) have been ranged. The results of the numerical experiments have been compared with the classic model of a quasi-hemispherical shell band with inextensional midsurface, and the solution using Rayleigh's functions of the $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ kinds. To guarantee the truth of the recommended sizes to a designer of the real device, the analytical and FEM results have been compared with experimental data for a party of real resonators. The consistency of the results obtained by different means has been shown with errors less than 5%. The results notably differ from the data published earlier by different researchers.

카루넨-루베 변환을 이용한 탄성파 그라운드 롤 억제 효과 (Effect of Ground Roll Suppression Based on Karhunen-Loeve Transform)

  • 육상 탄성파 탐사자료에서 쉽게 관찰되는 그라운드 롤은 표면파의 일종으로 대표적인 일관성 잡음이다. 반사파 자료처리 과정에서 그라운드 롤은 잡음에 해당하기 때문에 제거하게 되는데, 반사 신호와 중첩되는 경우 반사파 신호음이 손상되는 문제가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 반사 신호음 손실을 줄이면서 그라운드 롤을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는 방법을 찾기 위해 카루넨-루베 변환을 중심으로 살펴보고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 균질 탄성매질에서 구한 인공자료 수치 모형 실험에서 그라운드 롤이 뚜렷하게 감소된 것을 확인할 수 있으나 현장자료 적용실험에서는 띠통과 필터링 결과와 큰 차이점을 발견할 수 없었다. 이러한 현상은 현장자료에서 여러 주파수 대역을 포함하고 있는 그라운드 롤에 대해 선형 수평정렬 모음(Linear moveout gather)을 계산하기 어렵기 때문으로 여길 수 있다. 이에 비해서 특이값 분해 필터링 결과는 그라운드 롤이 상당부분 감소되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특이값 분해 필터링은 반사파를 중심으로 정규 수평정렬 모음(Normal moveout gather)을 계산하기가 쉬워 카루넨-루베 변환 필터링 보다 그라운드 롤 억제효과가 큰 것으로 여겨진다.

엉덩관절모음과 플랭크운동이 보행에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Hip Joint Adduction on Walking During the Plank Exercise)

  • 본 연구는 건강한 20대 남자 대학생 30명을 대상으로 플랭크운동과 탄력밴드에 의한 엉덩관절모음운동이 보행에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구방법은 플랭크운동집단 10명, 양쪽 엉덩관절모음-플랭크운동군 10명, 한쪽 엉덩관절모음-플랭크운동군 10명을 30분씩, 주 3회, 총 6주로 진행하였다. 그 결과 분속수의 변화와 왼쪽다리의 한걸음길이, 오른쪽다리의 한걸음길이, 오른쪽 다리의 한걸음시간이 시기와 집단 간 상호작용에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 본 연구의 결론은 양쪽 엉덩관절의 모음에 대한 저항 운동이 일반적 플랭크운동과 한쪽 엉덩관절 모음보다 몸통의 자세불안정성을 더욱 증가시켜 보행 능력을 향상시키는 것으로 차후의 자세불안정성을 증대하는 다양한 운동프로그램 개발이 보행능력의 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대해본다.
