The purpose of this paper is to develope efficient techniques for implementing the dual simplex method. In this paper we proposed one artificial row technique to get an initial dual feasible basic solution, a dual steepest-edge method coupled with a dropping row selection rule, and an anti-degeneracy technique which resembles the EXPAND procedure for the primal simplex method. The efficiency of the above techniques is shown by experiments. Finally, the dual simplex method is shown to be superior to the primal simplex method when it is used in the integer programming.

In this paper, we propose efficient scheduling strategy for Multi-user MIMO systems that find advantageous trade off solution between multiuser diversity and spatial diversity, spatial multiplexing technique. Specifically, we suggest P-SFS(Pseudo-SNR Fair scheduling) algorithm that consider throughput and fairness problem. also we propose channel aware Antenna deployment that decide how to use assigned multiple antennas by the information of each user's channel condition.

In this paper, the assignment problem is considered. We propose an approach based on the solution of a sequence of shortest path sub-problem. We extend the cost reduction method, which is used for finding initial assignment, to solve these sub-problems. The use of the extended reduction method makes it possible to devise an efficient multi-augmenting algorithm.

Most of wall or plate structures subjected to nonuniform earth or water pressure has variable thickness. These problems were generally solved by models with uniform thickness and pressure. To obtain more accurate and economic solution for this type of problem. efficient isoparametric plate element considering variable thickness and nonuniform pressure were developed. Some example problems demonstrated efficiency of the proposed element.

In general, the dynamic analysis with FEM(Finite Element Method) of large structures requires large computer memory space and long computational time. For the purpose of economical dynamic analysis of large structures, most of engineers want to use an efficient solution algorithm. This paper reports the modified CMS(Component Mode Synthesis) method which uses more efficient algorithm than the classical CMS method. In this paper, it is shown that Ritz vector sets can play the role of normal mode vector sets of substurctures in the CMS algorithm. The modified CMS method has good convergence performance compared with that of the classical CMS method.

An efficient and general numerical strategy for fluid-structure interaction problems is presented where either the fluid or the structure part are represented by nonlinear models. This partitioned strategy is implemented under the form of code coupling that allows to (re)-use previous made developments in a more general multi-physics context. This strategy and its numerical implementation is verified on classical fluid-structure interaction benchmarks, and then applied to the impact of tsunamis waves on submerged structures.

Computer has been many effect in diverse field of mankind and it brings development of educational field like CAI. Also development of internet and If bring rapid growth of cyber school and it is required multimedia environment and efficient cyber school construction package for efficient management. In this paper we develop multimedia education-network construction package for cyber school using intranet. It will reduce the cost of management and construction for small and medium size cyber school, and it will raise efficiency of cyber school.

A sensor network consists of many low-cost, low-power, and multi-functional sensor nodes. One of most important issues in of sensor networks is to increase network lifetime, and there have been researches on the problem. In this paper, we propose a routing mechanism to prolong network lifetime, in which each node adjusts its transmission power to send data to its neighbors. We model the energy efficient routing with power control and present an algorithm to obtain the optimal flow solution for maximum network lifetime. Then, we derive an upper bound on the network lifetime for specific network topologies.

In this paper, we presents the method for finding the compensatory solution for fuzzy multiobjective nonlinear programming problem with fuzzy parameters involved in the problem-formulation process and fuzzy equal goals of the decision maker for each of the objective functions. The fuzzy parameters in the objective functions and the constraints characterized by fuzzy numbers. The proposed method can be applied to case with multiobjective problems and guarantee an efficient solution. An illustrative numerical example is presented.
