Joint research on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering and the use of ICT knowledge through network formation play an important role in strengthening science and technology-based innovation capabilities and facilitating the development and production process of products using new technologies. For the purpose of this study, I would like to strategically propose ICT specialized education in the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, the ICT specialization model, ICT specialization strategy analysis, and ICT specialization operation and effect were explored to establish ICT specialization strategies centered on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering in the era of super-intelligence, hyper-connected, and hyper-convergence. Secondly, a roadmap for detailed promotion tasks related to efficient ICT characterization based on core strategies, detailed promotion tasks, and programs was proposed, focusing on talent related to ICT characterization. Thirdly, we would like to propose a reorganization of the academic structure and organization related to ICT characterization. Finally, we would like to propose the establishment of a future-oriented education system related to ICT specialization based on the advanced education and research environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of a cooperative relationship in which parents of early childhood education institutions share responsibility and authority, and to suggest ways to establish efficient management strategies. Methods: The survey was conducted through online responses using Google surveys and SNS. The collected data was collected using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 4.0 statistical programs. Results: Among the 13 hypotheses, only expertise in educational service quality was confirmed to have no effect on customer trust. The verification results of 11 mediation effects confirmed that customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between non-verbal communication and customer loyalty, and that customer trust does not mediate the relationship between expertise and verbal communication on customer loyalty. Conclusion: We presented basic data for establishing a marketing strategy that can improve the quality of services of infant and toddler education institutions and increase management performance.

강의는 주된 수업 형태이며, 학생들의 가장 일반적인 활동은 청취이다. 따라서 학생들을 교육하기 위하여 청취유형을 분석한다면 효율적이고 긍정적인 변화가 기대된다. 뿐만 아니라 학습자 중심의 교육이 강조됨에 따라 학습자의 특성이 중요해지고, 자기 주도적 학습을 위해 학생들의 학습전략의 가치는 높아진다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 5, 7, 10학년 학생들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 통해 얻은 데이터를 통계 분석하여 청취유형과 학습전략에 따라 과학 성취도에 차이가 있는지를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 청취유형과 학습전략이 성별 간에 큰 차이를 보인다. 둘째, 학생들의 청취유형과 학습전략은 학년별로 큰 차이를 보인다. 셋째, 청취유형 중 과제 중심 및 비판적 유형의 수준은 과학 성취도에 의미있는 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 청취유형, 학습전략 및 과학 성취도는 서로 유의미한 상관관계를 지닌다. 마지막으로 학습전략과 과학 성취의 측면에서 볼 때 기본적이고 복합인지 전략이 과학 성취와 양의 상관관계를 가진다.

귀 반사 요법은 귀가 인체의 각 계통들과 연계되어 있다. 이것을 기반으로 신체의 증상을 완화하는데 활용하고 있다. 또한 귀 반사 요법은 일반인이 자신의 건강 유지 및 건강 증진을 위하여도 활용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 귀 자극 요법 관련 data들을 데이터베이스 시스템으로 개발하여 교육에도 활용하고 시술에 따른 데이터들을 편리하게 관리 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템에 포함되는 내용으로는 기본 데이터로 귀 반사 요법에 관한 기초지식 즉 귀 반사 요법에 대한 설명, 반사 구, 건강 문제가 발생되는 신체 계통별 반사 구의 상응 위치에 대한 그림까지 포함되어 있고 시술을 할 경우에는 계속 시술을 위한 관리까지 포함되어 있다. 또한 기존 데이터에 대한 수정이 언제든지 가능하도록 하여 귀 반사 요법의 발전에 따라 업그레이드 하여 계속 활용 할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 이번 시스템은 인체 계통별 단순 반사 구의 상응 위치에 따른 data만을 활용하고 있지만 한방의 기맥과 연계하여 신체 건강의 균형과 관계된 부분도 연구하여 본 데이터베이스 시스템에 추가 한다면 지금보다 발전된 시스템으로 활용 할 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷을 이용한 사이버교육에 있어서 가장 중시되고 있는 교육용 콘텐츠의 학습효과를 향상시키는 새로운 모델과 그 저작지침을 제안하였다. 특히, 수학적 기반으로 설명되는 교과목 콘텐츠로서, 구조도를 비롯한 블록단위 모델과 난해한 수학식 등 다양한 개념단위가 제시되며, 실험ㆍ실습의 과정을 설명해야 하는 공학 교육용 콘텐츠를 저작함에 있어, JAVA와 같은 컴포넌트 라이브러리를 구축하고 그 요소들을 개념단위로 처리하여 분기ㆍ접속하는 기술을 적용함으로써 콘텐츠의 융통성과 상호작용을 개선하여 궁극적으로 학습효과를 크게 향상시키는 학습자 중심의 교육용 콘텐츠를 저작하고자 하는 것이다. 본 논문이 제시하는 저작지침에 따라 구현된 디지털 콘텐츠는 이공계 교육용 콘텐츠와 언어 교육용 콘텐츠에 있어 특히 효과적이며, 기존의 저작기술에 비하여 교수자의 저작과 운용이 용이하며 학습자의 상호작용과 융통성을 크게 향상시키는 것으로 평가된다.

선형 PEG단위를 덴드리머의 중심에 갖는 덴드리머의 합성을 위한 효율적인 연결 방법이 개발되었다. 합성전략은 알카인과 아자이드기 사이의 반응을 구리(1)촉매의 존재하에서 진행하는 클릭화학을 이용하였다. 덴드리머의 핵으로 작용할 수 있는 단위체인 옥타(에틸렌글리콜)디아자이드와 도데카(에틸렌글리콜)디아자이드를 합성하였고, 이 두 화합물의 아자이드기는 덴드리머의 형성에 이용되었다. 두 디아자이드화합물을 알카인 덴드론과 클릭 반응을 통해서 덴드리머의 핵의 선형 길이가 다른 두 종류의 덴드리머 제조에 대한 수렴형 합성법을 완성하였다.

Many papers point out that the e-Learning is one of the most important industries, and the effect on other industries can be more powerful than any other business. Therefore, we think about social, cultural, industrial and technological effect of the e-Learning in order to enlarge industry scale as well as educational performances. In many cases of developed countries, various kinds of study have been performed for the e-Learning quality assurance because quality of the e-learning should operate on effective and efficient learning and continuous market development of education industries. The e-Learning quality assurance has import function not only for learning contents reusability like a SCORM and metadata but also for learning system, solution and service operation, so activities for the quality assurance should consider of cultural and tactical approach when it is applied in the e-learning business. In this paper, we present the concept, domain and purpose of the e-Learning quality assurance. Furthermore, this paper proposes the process and methodology in order to make the quality assurance standard model which is consist of 6 phase such as Environment Research, Needs Analysis, Framework, Metrics, Development and Implementation, Evaluation and Feedback through the analysis and comparison of pre-studied worldwide quality control, management and assurance documents.

General, fast, and efficient stitching methods are presented for the synthesis of Fr$\acute{e}$chet-type dendrimers with linear units at a core, as a preliminary investigation for the synthesis of dendritic-linear-dendritic materials. The synthetic strategy involved an inexpensive, 1,3-dipolar, cycloaddition reaction between an alkyne and an azide in the presence of the Cu(I) species, which is known as the best example of click chemistry. The linear core building blocks, 1,7-octadiyne and 1,6-diazidohexane, were chosen to serve as the alkyne and azide functionalities for dendrimer growth via click reactions with the azide and alkyne-dendrons, respectively. These two building blocks were employed together with the azide- and alkyne-functionalized Fr$\acute{e}$chet-type dendrons in a convergent strategy to synthesize two kinds of Fr$\acute{e}$chet-type dendrimers with different linear core units. This comparative efficiency of the click methodology supports the fast and efficient synthesis of dendritic-linear-dendritic materials with the tailor made core unit.

전 세계적으로 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 커지고 교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있는 가운데, 우리나라에서는 2015년 중학교 신입생부터 소프트웨어 중심사회 실현전략으로 소프트웨어에 대한 교육을 의무화하겠다고 발표했다. 평소 컴퓨터에 대한 관심이 많고 컴퓨터를 좋아하는 학생들에게서는 긍정적인 반응이 보이는 반면, 현재의 학업 공부만으로 벅찬 학생들 입장에서는 부정적인 반응도 보일 수 있다. 즉, 실제 교육에 있어서 단순하게 의무교육만 존재하고 실제로 체계적인 교육이 이루어지지 않는다면 오히려 제대로 된 교육을 받기도 전에 흥미를 잃어버려 아예 관심을 돌려버리는 일이 생길 수도 있다. 그렇다면 기초부터 체계적인 교육을 하기 위해 필요한 것이 무엇이고 어떻게 소프트웨어를 쉽고 재미있는 것으로 인식시킬 수 있는지 고민할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제작된 장치에서 프로그램을 수정하고 적용하면서 프로그래밍 툴과 프로그램언어를 익힐 수 있어 좀 더 쉽고 효율적인 소프트웨어 교육을 진행할 수 있도록 하는 하드웨어와 기본 소프트웨어를 제안하고자 한다.

Although the understanding of English tense system is a crucial factor for communicative English learning and teaching for EFL students, it has been neglected over the years. As with other areas of the grammar, difficulties may arise from the nature of the system itself or from differences between time, tense and aspect. Consequently, many learners face a considerable difficulty with the English tense system as they are more often unable to grasp the basic conceptual differences of present/present continuous, past/present perfect, will/be going to along with many others. More concerning fact is that lots of instructors or so-called native English teachers seem not to be aware of the importance of teaching English tense system. The purpose of this study is to review and examine various theories and practical usages of tense in order to establish and/or present better methods for teaching tenses. This paper is focused on comparatively exact distinction of time, physical notion from tense, grammatical category as well as sequences of tenses in view of school grammar and communicative function. At the end or middle of each chapter, efficient teaching and learning techniques or strategies on tenses are suggested to help instructors or learners who relentlessly face confusions in understanding tense and its usage for communicative English learning and teaching. This study attempts to influence learners' ability to recognize and write tense in authentic contexts not to mention spoken English.
