The Effect of Quality Factors of Overseas Direct Purchase on Perceived Value and Purchase Intention: The Moderating Effect of Price Sensitivity

  • 본 연구에서는 해외직구의 품질 요인(정보 품질, 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질)과 지각된 가치, 구매 의도와의 영향 및 가격 민감도의 조절 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 변수를 구성하였다. 해외직구 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌으며 178개의 설문지를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0에 의해 분석되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 해외직구의 품질 요인은 지각된 가치에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 해외직구의 품질 요인은 구매 의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해외직구 품질 요인과 지각된 가치, 구매 의도와의 관계에서 가격 민감도의 조절 효과를 검정한 결과, 그룹 간의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

다문화청소년의 개인요인, 정서요인, 부모요인, 사회·환경 요인이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Individual Factors, Emotion Factors, Parents' Factors, and Social Environmental Factors on Career Decision Making of Adolescents with Multicultural)

  • 본 연구는 다문화청소년의 개인·정서·부모·사회·환경적 요인이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조사대상자는 현재 고등학교에 재학 중이며 아버지가 한국인인 다문화청소년 1,146명을 다문화청소년패널(MAPS) 7차 자료에서 추출해 다중회귀분석으로 검증했다. 연구결과는 첫째, 다문화청소년의 개인 요인인 자아존중감과 사회·환경적 요인인 학교생활적응 및 다문화 수용이 진로미결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서적 요인으로 우울증과 부모요인인 방임이 진로미결정에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 부모-자녀 의사소통은 진로미결정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와같은 연구결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 진로 미결정을 사전에 예방하고 진로미결정을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

조직성과에 미치는 SPI 영향요인에 관한 연구 :조직 성숙도의 조절효과 관점에서 (The SPI Factors Affecting on Organizational Performance: The Prespective of the Moderating Effect of Organizational Maturity Level)

  • Software Process Improvement(SPI) has been a challenging issue to software organizations. The factors affecting SPI were analysed for improving software development processes. Numerous studies suggested influencing factors, and assessment models were utilized for software improvement. This research suggested that SPI factors affecting on an organizational performance may vary according to the CMM(Capability Maturity Model) level. The moderating effects of organizational maturity level between the SPI factors and the organizational performance were empirically tested. This research found that all six SPI factors except for the resistance to change affected the organizational performance. The moderating effects of management support, goal alliances, participation, and effect analyses were empirically supported. These results can provide several implications or a practical guidance to academic and industry professionals.

환경영향평가에서의 평가항목간 상호연계성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Interrelationship among the Environmental Factors in Environmental Impact Assessment)

  • In this study, we individualize the clauses to sort out the troubled ones, draw up a interrelation model in order to visually organize the relations, and finally, suggest the desirable application idea. The interrelation model suggested in this study has been made based on the matrix method. On this matrix, we arranged the environmental factors on horizontal and vertical axis, and when we describe the relation of each factors, we set the horizontal axis as the base and divided the content into three grades : Fine, Medium, and Poor. In addition to that, we expressed those three grades into numerical value like 3 points for Level Fine, 2 points for Level Medium, and 1 point for Level Poor and then, we converted this numerical values into index numbers. We could classify the index numbers such as AS, PS, Q-index, P-index. AS is an index numerically shows the degree of giving environmental effect, PS is an index numerically shows the degree of receiving environmental effect, Q-index is an index shows the aggravate degree, and P-index shows the relation degree. The Q/P-index with large numbers has considerable effect on the environmental system, while the small numbered Q/P-index barely effect on the environmental system. Moreover, we classified the environmental factors into 5 levels(I~V) according to the relations between the Q-index and P-index. Level I is less affected by the environment and has more giving effect, while Level V is more sensitively affected by the environment and has more receiving effect, which we considered important. Therefore, we could come up with the result that if we consider the each level of factors when we evaluate the EIA, the result would be far more accurate and reliable since it contains mutual relation aspect of EIA. The suggested interrelation model in this thesis is presentable as one of those scoping system. We highly believe the need of scoping system in EIA and suggest the interrelation model as the alternative idea for scoping system.

스포츠 산업의 직접 참여 확대를 위한 기술수용 방안 연구 (A Study on Technology Acceptance Plans to Expand Direct Participation in the Sports Industry)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 기술 수용을 통하여 이용자를 스포츠에 직접적인 참여 확대로 유도할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 2022년 7월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 사물인터넷(IoT)을 적용한 홈트레이닝 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 조사는 비대면 자기기입식 방법으로 129명이 참여하였다. 자료 처리는 IBM사의 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 홈트레이닝 PPM 모델과 스포츠 직접 참여의 관계에서 용이성은 매개효과가 나타났다. 불만족 요인에서 단순 기능성은 완전매개효과가 나타났고, 비효율성은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 만족 요인에서 유희성과 경험 가능성은 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 계류 요인에서 개인 혁신성은 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 홈트레이닝 PPM 모델과 스포츠 직접 참여의 관계에서 유용성은 매개효과가 나타났다. 불만족 요인에서 단순 기능성은 완전매개효과가 나타났고, 비효율성은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 만족 요인에서 유희성과 경험 가능성은 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 계류 요인에서 개인 혁신성은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 스포츠 산업이 NFT, 메타버스, 가상·증강현실 등 디지털 기술의 확대로 소비지출 확대와 경제성장에 기여하길 기대한다.

섬유패션기업 종사자의 직무스트레스 모델 (A Job Stress Model of Workers in Fashion and Textile Industries)

  • This study is to develope the job stress model for workers in fashion and textile industries and to investigate the effect of job stressors on stress symptom and its effect on job performance. The structural equation model analysis was performed for examining the relationship among job stressors, stress symptom and job performance. Environmental factors, task factors, role factors and organizational climate factors were identified as job stressors. Task characteristics and role characteristics were positively related to job stress symptom. Environmental factors and organizational climate factors were negatively related to job stress symptom. Also, job stress symptom was negatively related to job performance. The findings suggest some implications on how to improve job performance or to reduce job stress.

Analysis of Temperature Dependence of Thermally Induced Transient Effect in Interferometric Fiber-optic Gyroscopes

  • Thermal characteristics, such as diffusivity and temperature induced change in the fiber mode index of rotation sensing fiber coil are critical factors which determine the time varying, thermo-optically induced bias drift of interferometric fiber-optic gyroscopes (IFOGs). In this study, temperature dependence of the transient effect is analyzed in terms of the thermal characteristics of the fiber coil at three different temperatures. By applying an analytic model to the measured bias in the experiments, comprehensive thermal factors of the fiber coil could be extracted effectively. The validity of the model was confirmed by the fact that the extracted values are reasonable results in comparison with well known properties of the materials of the fiber coil. Temperature induced changes in the critical factors were confirmed to be essential in compensating the transient effect over a wide temperature range.

관리특성과 조직특성이 EDI 구현에 미치는 상호작용 효과 분석 (The Relationship between Managerial Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics in EDI Systems Implementation)

  • There have been quite many studies to identify factors affecting successful implementation of EDI systems. However, previous studies have investigated influencing factors independently. Given the complexity involved in the implementation of EDI systems, it might be quite necessary to investigate the interaction effects between influencing factors. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the interaction effects of organizational characteristics as contextual variables on the relationship between managerial characteristics and EDI implementation. Analysis of 202 responses of survey questionnaire indicates the following: 1) Education/training and top management support has positive effect on the successful EDI implementation. 2) The degree of decentralization has strong, and management risk position has mild moderating effect on the relationship between managerial characteristics and EDI implementation. 3) The degree of formalization and organizational size have no moderating effect. 4) The subgroup analysis, conducted to determine the exact nature of interaction effect, reveals that the relationship between managerial characteristics and EDI implementation is significantly stronger with a high level of decentralization or management risk position than with a low level.

젊은 기혼여성의 출산 후 취업연속성 결정요인 (Factors That Decide the Job Continuity of Young Mothers)

  • This study analyzes the critical factors that decide the job continuity of married women after one of their life events, childbirth. It is based on the employment data from KLIPS(Korea Labor and Income Panel Study). Vols. 1-4, having observed 128 young mothers who gave birth to children after 1997. The analysis showed that women's employment after their maternity leave depend on whether new mother return to their previous job or not. The Following results are obtained: First, women's age, education, availability of caretakers for their children, and family income have a positive effect on the women's return to their pre-leave employers after childbirth. Second, professional or office work and the frequency of job transition before childbirth have a positive effect on women's employment in new jobs after childbirth. Third, women's age, availability of caretakers of their children, and professional or office work are critical factors that have a positive effect on women's job continuity after childbirth, whereas the frequency of job transitions has a negative effect on employment for women.
