학생조종사의 성격과 적성이 비행교육 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Student Pilot's Personality and Aptitude on Satisfaction with Flight Education)

  • In order to achieve successful flight training results, various studies on pilot aptitude have been conducted. In this study, we examined the aptitude for the pilots using the teacher aptitude test tool. As a result, the student pilots showed a high aptitude score suitable for conducting aviation training, and the A-type personality type was overwhelmingly large. The study satisfaction of student pilots was classified into educational contents, educational methods, educational environment and facilities, and flight instructors using the questionnaire related to the satisfaction of learning. As a result, the satisfaction of flight instructor among four factors was found to be a major factor in improving flight performance.

손자녀를 돌보는 조모의 신체 건강 및 여가 활동 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Health Satisfaction and Leisure Activity Satisfaction of a Grandchild Caregiving Grandmother)

  • 본 연구는 돌봄 관련 변수가 손자녀를 돌보는 조모의 신체 건강 만족도와 여가 활동 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 손자녀를 돌보는 조모 141명을 대상으로 수집된 자료는 기술 통계와 Pearson의 적률상관계수, 위계적 중다회귀로 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 신체 건강 만족도에는 조모의 교육 수준과 월 가계 총 소득, 돌보는 손자녀 수, 성인 자녀와의 돌봄 갈등여부가 영향 변수였다. 즉, 교육 수준이 높을수록, 월 가계 총 소득이 높을수록, 돌보는 손자녀의 수가 많을수록, 성인 자녀와 돌봄 갈등이 없는 경우, 조모의 신체 건강 만족도가 높았다. 여가 활동 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 조모의 교육 수준과 성인 자녀와의 돌봄 갈등 여부가 포함되어, 조모의 교육 수준이 높을수록, 자녀와의 돌봄 갈등이 없을 때, 이들의 여가 활동 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 함의를 논하였고 정책적, 실천적 측면에서 제언하였다.

일개 대학 간호대학생의 학업성취도, 만족도와 교육요구도 (Study on the Academic Achievements, Satisfaction, and Educational Demands of Nursing Students at a College of Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the academic achievements, satisfaction and educational demands of nursing students at a college of nursing. Methods: The study subjects consisted of 134 senior nursing students who completed their clinical practicums. The students were asked to complete the evaluation survey for the curriculum. The evaluation survey for the curriculum consisted of three parts: 1) academic achievements of educational objectives, care of subjects, and skills; 2) satisfaction with the curriculum, clinical practice environment, and educational environment; 3) demands on the curriculum and clinical practicum. Results: The mean scores on the achievement levels of educational objectives, care of subjects and skills of the students were $3.68{\pm}0.53$, $3.69{\pm}0.59$, and $3.77{\pm}0.56$, respectively. The low rated domains were 'understanding and delivering culturally competent nursing' and 'competence in fundamental nursing skills' in their levels of achievements. Overall, students were satisfied with the nursing curriculum and educational environment. However, their satisfaction scores for the hours and arrangements of the clinical practicum, and the ratios and arrangements of lectures and clinical practicum were relatively low. Conclusion: The findings of this study are important to redesign nursing curriculum in order to prepare graduates for rapidly changing health care environments. We need to try various strategies to improve the clinical competencies of students by designing a curriculum based on social change and student needs.

여성 학습자의 특성에 따른 인터넷교육 프로그램 만족도와 학업성취도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction and Achievement of Learning by Female Learner's Characteristics in Internet Education Program)

  • The purposes of the study were to identify satisfaction and achievement of learning by female learner's characteristics, and to suggest measures to improve quality of education in internet education programs. In order to determine the educational effectiveness associated with the characteristics of learners, this study attempted to employ two way approaches by observing the degree of achievement for learning, which represents an instructor-oriented approach, and the degree of satisfaction for education, which represents a learner-oriented approach to enhance the quality of internet education for female learners. As an approach to evaluate the educational effectiveness, the degree of achievement in learning(Tyler's classical approach), and the degree of satisfaction for education (Scriven's consumer-oriented evaluation model) were utilized. A survey form was developed by the researcher after reviewing the various tools originated from Boshier, Cross, Gagne and Choi, and distributed to a panel of judges that examined the content validity of the instrument. The sample for the study consisted of 160 female learners from three universities in Seoul and capital area, and the survey form was used to collect data for this study. The SPSS WIN program was used in analyzing the data and a series of statistical tests were conducted including frequency, percentile, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression, and factor analysis. The statistical significance level was 0.05. The following conclusion were drawn from this study of female internet education. First, it was evident that female internet learners tend to utilize information from internet, and this can be interpreted as participants' positive attitude, and voluntary participation. Second, educational facilities and services should be improved in the future, because the level of satisfaction was low in these areas compared to curriculum and educational methodology. Third, the participating factors influenced by the level of satisfaction for education of learner characteristics were the 'formation of inter-personal relationship and willingness to change' and the 'needs for education on internet', thus appeared that both social and educational needs influenced the level of satisfaction for education. Fourth, the degree of achievement in learning was higher in the order of 1) attitude 2) function 3) knowledge, thus, attitude change was the most important in achievement of learning. Fifth, the individual background that influenced the level of achievement in learning were age and educational experience. As for the individual level of achievement for learning, the younger and more educated group were more satisfied.

웹기반 건강교육 프로그램에 대한 만족도 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction of Web-Based Health Education Programs)

  • Purpose: This study was to present the process of web-based educational program (WEP) development and to identify factors affecting satisfaction with WEP for the certificate of healthcare managers working at the National Health Insurance Corporation (NHIC). Methods: Subjects were healthcare managers and voluntary participants of WEP. A total of 1,449 respondents were surveyed through an online questionnaire about their satisfaction with the educational contents and system. Results: The mean contents satisfaction was 3.75 (SO 0.54), and system satisfaction 4.68 (SD 0.54). According to statistical analysis, the type of certification, experience and professional career of health care management affected contents satisfaction. And factors affecting system satisfaction were the type of certification and gender. Conclusion: WEP was utilized as a pre-requisite course for the certificate program of healthcare managers. However, the development of advanced WEP is suggested to meet the educational needs of healthcare managers who have certificate or license and their job related to healthcare management.

일부 치위생과 학생들의 임상실습교육 시 임상실습지도자의 교수효율성 및 임상실습만족도에 관한 연구 (Study on the teaching efficiency and satisfaction levels of clinical practice instructors during clinical practice training for some dental hygienists and students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the is to investigate the teaching effectiveness of clinical practice instructors and the satisfaction level of dental hygiene majoring students in clinical practice training. Methods : Subjects were second and third grade 480 dental hygiene majoring students in Seoul and Gangwondo. Except 48 incomplete answers, 438 data were analyzed. Questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, teaching of clinical practice instructors, educational content, organization al skills, leadership, learning environment, evaluation skills and clinical practice satisfaction level. Results : 1. A strong positive correlation (r = 0.832) was found between teaching effectiveness and clinical practice satisfaction. A positive correlation more than 0.50 was found between the clinical practice satisfaction, encouragement and support for teaching effectiveness, educational contents, and leadership. 2. There were significant correlations between the encouragement and support (B = 0.209), educational content (B = 0.199), leadership ability (B = 0.257) and ability to create an environment (B = 0.084), evaluation ability (B = 0.083). Conclusions : Teaching effectiveness of the clinical practice instructors had influences on the clinical practice satisfaction. It is necessary to connect clinical practice instructions with satisfaction towards clinical practice to the students.

교육서비스품질이 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Educational Service Quality on University Image, Student Satisfaction, and Word of Mouth)

  • 본 논문은 교육서비스품질이 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전 간의 영향관계를 조사하였다. 274부의 설문지가 가설검정에 사용되었으며, 2차 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 교육서비스품질이 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교육서비스품질의 하위차원을 검정한 결과 상대적 영향정도는 교수방법, 강의내용, 교수태도, 의사소통 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학이미지가 학생만족과 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 대학이미지는 학생만족에 상대적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 대학이미지에 대한 만족도가 교육성과에 대한 만족에 직접적인 영향을 주는 선행연구결과와 부분적으로 일치하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학생만족은 긍정적으로 형성된 대학브랜드 이미지를 보유한 대학은 고객만족을 창출하여 경쟁우위를 확보하게 됨을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 학생만족이 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교육서비스품질 하위차원의 요인적재 값에서 교수방법(0.972)과 강의내용(0.934)이 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었으며, 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 대해 이들의 영향이 다른 요인들보다 크다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 대학기관은 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전 등의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 학생들의 관점에서 교육서비스품질의 교수방법과 강의내용을 강화해야 한다.

대학부설 평생교육원의 교육만족도와 영향요인에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Satisfaction of the Education programs: Focus on Adult Learner at the Lifelong Education Institutes of University)

  • 이 연구는 소비자 만족 관점에서 대학부설 평생교육원의 학습자를 대상으로 교육만족도를 파악하고자 서울, 경인, 충남지역 소재 4년제 대학부설 평생교육원의 성인학습자 1,067명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교육만족도는 전반적인 만족도, 강사, 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육시설 및 환경, 담당직원서비스로 구성하고 연령별, 지역별, 성별 교육만족도, 교육만족도 변인 간 상관관계 분석, 교육만족도에 영향을 주는 변인들의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대학부설 평생교육원 교육만족도는 보통 수준 이상으로 나타났으며 강사 관련 만족도가 가장 높고 담당직원서비스 관련 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인은 강사, 교육내용, 시설 및 환경 순으로 나타났으며, 3개 변인의 설명력은 약 36%였다. 성인학습자를 위한 대학부설 평생교육원은 이들 영역에 대한 고려를 우선시 하여 경영해야 함을 의미한다.

대학교육서비스에 대한 소비자만족 모델구축 (Consumer Satisfaction Model with Educational Services in Higher Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the model of consumer satisfaction with educational services in higher education on the basis of expectation-disconfirmatiom theory. The major findings were as follows : 1. The level of consumer satisfaction with educational services in higher education was low. Among the four dimensions of the educational services in higher education, the level of consumer satisfaction was the highest with 'education' and lowest with cost. 2. In the model of national university, the perceived performance of the core service, the disconfirmation of the core service, the perceived performance of the additional service, the disconfirmation of the additional service had a casual effect. The perceived performance of the additional service had the greatest casual effect among them. 3. In the model of private university, the perceived performance of the core service, the disconfirmation of the core service, the perceived performance of the additional service, the disconfirmation of the additional service had a casual effect. The perceived performance of the core service had the greatest casual effect among them.

일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련 효과성 분석 연구 (Performance Evaluation on Educational Program for Employees of the Work-Learning Dual System Training Center)

  • 본 연구는 일학습병행 사업관계자 직무연수 참여자 2,543명의 교육훈련 만족도 조사 결과를 활용하여 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자를 주 대상으로 한 교육훈련의 성과분석을 진행하고, 교육과정 효과성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련은 매우 높은 수준의 학습자 만족도를 나타내 성공적인 교육훈련을 제공한 것으로 평가되었다. 교육과정 운영 현황 및 교육 참여자 특성은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강사·주제·시설환경·운영 측면의 만족은 모두 교육과정 만족에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
