  • The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. In case of reusing the closing down a school as the educational facilities there is no legal matter which is under the separate punishment in comparison with the other facility according to the materials of the Ministry of Environment in 2013, and I am analyze that minimum cost is spent on a remodeling and it is most much used.   • Analysis of the case of the German school acceptance plan was to help complement the limitations of the nation's student accommodation plan will be judged. Therefore, the present study in order to determine what the content covered in the plan of the German student acceptance of Potsdam, Germany, which contains information from the Potsdam school development plan (Schulentwicklungsplan) were analyzed. A scheme suggested in this study was based on the analysis of survey to elementary school in Potsdam and actually surveyed data on educational environment, the result can be summed up as follows; Korea's plan to accommodate students and school development plan (Schulentwicklungsplan) is called, as shown in the case of this study in Potsdam(Germany) student acceptance of the educational environment plans, as well as accommodate students like us, school facility planning and school facilities dealing with the financial investment plan. In addition, the plan as a long-term plan that will ensure the predictability of long-term school facilities to finance investment plans. This study, there are limits to Potsdam, Germany, to analyze the characteristics of Germany's student accommodation plan to represent the characteristics of the students of other cities in Germany and an acceptance plan.

  • This paper is to evaluate the campus master plan, which is influenced by Korean educational policy and managing organization, with respect to land use and block plans of buildings. It uses a case study method to periodically know specific details to form a master plan. It is found, at first, that design method of master plan was influenced by some educational policies and managing organization of ministry of education. Secondly, design methods have been changed according to the change of the times. Any master plan was not formulated until the 1960s. Seoul National University formed a master plan adopting radiated sector pattern for land use and a block plan in the early years of the 1970s. Chungnam National University used a squared space style with a trouble of the learned from the SNU design methods in the year 1974. A concept of axis according to topography] in Andong National University and environmental preservation in Yiosu National University was used in the 1980s. Korean Athletic Educational University used a transportation model for facilitating efficiency to use university land and making pedestrian convenient by classification with fast and slow walker's way.

A Study on the Comparison of Space Between the Basic Plan and the Working Plan in School Building (학교건축의 계획설계와 실시설계의 공간 비교 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the type and size of space which is changed working plan as comparison with basic plan. It has been compared basic plan with working plan of 12 educational facilities which was designed basic plan by a professional research organization of educational facilities. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) The gross area of elementary school is decreased a course of working plan. But, the meddle and high school's gross area is increased. 2) It was downed 69.28 percent by the area of classroom at the primary school. At the meddle school, 3rd classroom's area increased by 22.65 percent, while 4th classroom's area down 33.98 percent. In case of high school, the area of 4th classroom and public lecture room increased by each 28.23 and 23.17 percent.

  • The purpose of this study is to give the detailed evaluation index which is considered by reconstruction and repair for the school facilities on the ground of the efficiency evaluation result in each plan through analyzing the school facilities to every case classified into the evaluation index such as the school site plan, the site plan, the floor plan. On this study through the detailed evaluation index each case to the school facilities is to get the result of the efficiency evaluation. Through analysing the result, to make an alternative plan of the school facilities which are fit in both the new educational process and the educational state is to give it as a guide.

  • The purpose of this research is to find out the problem of plan composition by use the school building. The research was performed through the checking of 13 high schools which were built after 1997 in Busan. Followings are the result of the research. Presently, all the schools are divided classes into different levels and teach students, however, it is only limited to English and Mathematics and being carried on mostly for 1st graders. Moreover, although the plan is composed Department System plan which intended to ues new various learning method, schools have changed their plan into Usual with Variation type which is old educational program and renovated a few classes for certain subjects. Due to above reasons, the new kinds of space for Department System plan is used only as a study room by reform or even not used at all. Therefore, improvement of those problems are significant in schools.

  • This study is the purpose of plan principle establishment of the class room for individualization, oriented information of education and various teaching, learning activity. Since the 1990's, school facilities also need to change the educational environment. The 1990's is the time to prepare for the change such as individualization, an information-oriented society, the world-oriented society. Open education is the new form of school and needs the change that individualization diversification, oriented information. For above the reasons, in order to satisfy the demand of change of the new educational environment deviating from uniform education of the past environment improvement of both school education and studying facilities is the emergency theme. The process of education of Korea studies the character that before modem times after modem times under the Japanese rule. The process of change of act in relation to education process and facilities of Korea arranges and studies after establishing government. The plan principle synthesize and analyses school building refering to plan standard and principle of books of various architecture plan, is general classroom in the educational process of the elementary schools.

A Study on the Needs of Tea-Culture Education of Middle-aged Women (중년기 여성의 차문화 교육요구도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and demands of middle-aged women concerning the educational contents of tea-culture, the managing methods of educational programs, and a plan to invigorate tea culture education as a whole. Here is the summary of the main results. 1) The need for tea-culture education scored an average of 4.14 / 5(maximum score). The actual needs for tea-culture education had varied according to the women's place of living, educational motives, and the desire to become lecturers in the future. That is, the actual needs for tea-culture education scored high among the groups who displayed strong personal motives to cultivate their inner minds and learn tea-culture seriously, groups who lived in Seoul${\cdot}$Taegu${\cdot}$Cheonju, and groups who wanted to become future lecturers. 2) The need for a systematic management of tea-culture educational programs scored an average of 4.10 / 5(maximum score). The need for a management of tea-culture educational programs varied according to the women's educational level and their desire to become future lecturers. That is, the need for a systematic management of tea-culture educational programs scored high among groups whose educational level was high, and groups who wanted to become future lecturers. 3) The need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education scored an average of 4.05 / 5(maximum score). The need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education varied according to the women's place of living, educational level, the managing subject of educational organizations, the desire to become future lecturers. That is, the need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education scored high among the groups who lived in Seoul${\cdot}$Taegu${\cdot}$Cheonju, groups whose educational level was high, groups who were members of life-long educational facilities within universities, and groups who desired to become future lecturers.
