In paper after the strong earthquake of recently the Korea neighborhood, the Korean government survey show that the 86% of school buildings in Korea are in potential damage risk and only 14% of them are designed as earthquake-resistance buildings. Earthquake Reinforcing projects of school have been a leading by the ministry of education, however their reinforcing methods done by not proved a engineering by experiment which results in uneconomical and uneffective rehabilitation for the future earthquake. An experimental and analytical study have been conducted for the shear reinforcing method of column by axis and horizontal axis load using attaching composite beam. Based on the previous research, in this study, Design examples are given to show the performance evaluation for the column reinforcing of old school buildings using nonlinear analysis is going to be conducted and strengthening method is going to be on the market after their performance is proved by the test.

Demands for developing diverse teaching methods and materials which can lead to active participation of students in classes have been emerged for environmental education in secondary schools. In order for more effective environmental education, a variety of programs in the mass media including public broadcasting have been used. Advantages associated with the broadcasted TV programs include compensation of temporal and spatial limits embedded with the printing media, improvement of studying efficiency, and provision of diverse studying opportunities, leading to the promotion of the awareness of environmental issues. In this study, 256 environmental issues related TV programs being aired via major public broadcasting companies such as EBS, KBS, MBC and SBS between years of 2003 and 2004 were analyzed. During the present research, selection of the programs was made based on the weight of the environmental issues in independent programs being aired for at least 10 minutes. A survey as a primary means was carried out for the utilization of the audio-visual educational materials in order to provide a new method employing the TV programs which were related to the environmental issues during the instruction in secondary schools.

The aim of this study to provide basic reference data for the development of video contents used in pattern drafting education and to explore the possibility of utilizing YouTube videos in such education. Subject videos were selected using the number of views. A total of 596 videos and 28 channels were analyzed for the period July to September 2019 and the results are as follows. With regard to content, there were 27 pattern drafting items, the majority being dress, pants, skirt, blouse and sleeve drafting, although high-level content such as cowl, bustier, corset patterns were also available. Therefore, there is a high likelihood that YouTube videos could be used as educational material, especially as supplementary references to provide specific examples and easy explanations for difficult concepts or method, for students majoring in this field. However, as most videos currently focus on a few items, expanding video content to features a wider variety of clothing items at different levels is necessary. With regard to video length, it mostly ranged from 10 to 15 minutes. It is not advisable to create lengthy lecture-style videos expounding on different principles or variations in pattern drafting when developing educational video material.

This study proposes the product development through an organic link with multi-faceted analysis on the archetype of traditional costumes culture. In order to find ways to develop cultural products, Jogakbo was selected, and the research result is as following. 1. Analysis on the types of Jogakbo products sold in the market shows that there are not only living, stationary, and fashion items, but also DIY packages. In terms of materials used, most of these Jogakbo products were made of fabric or mixture of different materials. These products displayed similar tendency by reflecting formative characteristics of Jogakbo. 2. This study analyzed the color, surface composition, material, manufacturing, and usage of Jogakbo. The rotor of Jogakbo is mostly composed of mono tone colors or Obangsac(five-element colors). The mono tone colors carries environmentally friendly meaning as it is using the natural color and Obangsac means harmony. Moreover, the surface composition of Jogakbo represents the expansion through connection and its material is also meaningful in that it is recycling. Manufacturing of Jogakbo has educational significance, fortune-wishing characteristics, decorative function, it also gives a gratification of handcraft. The usage of Jogakbo is a multi-(unctional article whose form is determined by an item that is held inside it. 3. Through the analysis on Jogakbo, this study presents the baby wear in relation to the ere-friendliness of colors, brooch sets using the surface composition, dresses using recycling fabric, children's educational instruments with educational significance, as well as multi-functional packages in regards to usage of Jogakbo.

Students meet with many problems during programming education in computer education. In part of computer education, computer programming education have been researched. And the research have said that computer programming education have helped to increasing of students' creativity during find answer of problem through flexible thought. Especially, elementary school students, who learn to programming language for the first time, feel difficulty, when they learn computer programming. But the use of EPL reduce difficulties. So Students can focus on the thinking. Therefore, in this paper, a draft was produced and applied to observe the creative elements increasing of elementary school students. Than modify and supplement the draft through improvements to a draft obtained by applying. Also, made the educational material that can be used directly in the field.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the perceptions regarding oral muscle strength training for elder people among dental professionals. Methods: The study participants were selected using non-probability sampling methods, as dentists and dental hygienists with more than 3 years of work experience at dental institutions. A total of 15 participants were selected, including 6 dentists, 4 clinical dental hygienists, and 5 public dental hygienists. Interviews were conducted in June and July 2022, and two focus group interviews were conducted for each group. The first round was face-to-face and the second round was conducted through an online video conference. Results: Through focus group interviews, five factors were obtained; lack of awareness, value of training, factors necessary for implementation, performance status, and obstructive factors. It was found that most study participants had a negative perception regarding the application of oral muscle strength training for elder people due to the lack of information and education on the subject. However, the benefit of oral muscle strength training was positively recognized; adequate educational material, appropriate compensation, adequate time, and availability of patients will be necessary for proper training. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the perceptions regarding the importance of strengthening oral muscles for the elder people among dentists and dental hygienists. In addition, high-quality educational material that can be easily comprehended and practiced should be developed for effective training.

There have been tremendous needs and requirements of special education for the gifted to the level of country development and for developing their talents. Even though a lot of research has been done on special education for the gifted supported by the government, lack of educational materials and material development has been a main concern. Some trails using the web with the help of information technology have been made on distance education and resulted good effect on education. No application using a web-based educational method has been made on special education for the gifted so far. This paper describes about the web-based special education for the gifted on mathematics. The discussed topics are development of educational materials, compliments of the current educational materials in mathematics being used at the KIGES(Kyungnam Institute of the Gifted Education in Science), and the continuation of special education for the gifted. Furthermore, a better and more efficient way is suggested for special education for the gifted that has been limited by geographic and locational restrictions.

The purpose of this study which was conducted by framing of standardized advanced emergency care instructor qualification course outline and training competent instructor Course development based on following educational principle and it would be expected more improved aspect. Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course Development (1) based on advanced emergency care instructor job analysis and paramedic job description. (2) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is continuous. It is important to begin at the learner's level of knowledge and to relate new learning to information the learner needs. (3) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is purposeful and must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must be constantly appraised through feedback. The purpose of learning BLS information and skills must be kept in sharp focus. (4) Learning involves as many senses as possible. The more stimulating a learner activity is to the senses, the longer the information will be retained. Conservative figures indicate that 75% of what is heard is for-gotten after 2 days. It has been said that learners remember (5) Learning activities must be appropriate for the emergency situation through the PBL educational method. In BLS lecture skill learning, the greatest proportion of class time should be spent in manikin practice, using performance sheets as a learning tool or guide. (6) Learning must be stimulating. Instructors can motivate learners by helping them achieve higher levels of proficiency and encouraging other levels of course completion, such as instructor and instructor trainer. (7) Learning is affected by the physical and social environment. The physical environment should be conducive to both the kind of learning taking place and the activities used for learning. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course organized educational psychology, educational methodology I,II,III, educational material making skill, lecture & conversational skill, BLS theory & pratice lecture skill, minic lecture designed PBL module. test of minic lecture & pratice lecture skill. In this study an educational robot for programming education was designed and implemented. The robot in this study is composed of hardware containing a sensor, a processor, and a motor driver circuit, software to control the educational robot, machine parts to manufacture the robot structure, and a teaching material containing educational contents and the manufacturing manual. This robot is characterized by direct programming without a computer, which gives no spatial restrictions on robot education and enables dynamic program education beyond limitations of the existing static computer program education since students' programming results are found in the robot's movements. User-centered functional commands, which make it possible to control the robot with simple knowledge concerning hardware and basic commands, were used to enable even students who first accessed a robot or computer program to make access with ease.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the demands for educational programs on clinical trials of Korean medicine devices, and develop training programs based on the needs of Korean medicine. Methods: This research was conducted targeting 26 volunteer applicants who had participated in clinical trials of Korean medicine devices within the last five years (2010-2015). The survey was carried out between May 1, 2015 and May 26, 2015 via e-mail. After receiving questionnaire replies, the material was established. Using obtained data, frequency analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0 version. Results: 92% of the researchers who participated in the survey expected introduction of educational programs on clinical trials and anticipated that programs contain information that can meet the needs of each researcher. In addition, according to the analysis, introducing expert certification for clinical trials of Korean medicine devices is necessary, and offering related graduate courses are also needed. Conclusions: As a result of this study, researchers had difficulties during clinical trials of Korean medicine devices. If the educational programs were to be developed and institutional frameworks support them effectively, it would prove to be helpful to researchers in clinical trials.
