교육용 프로그래밍 언어를 활용한 학습에서 학습양식에 따른 프로젝트 완성 능력의 차이 검증 (Verification of the Difference in Project Completing Abilities Depending on a Learning Style using an Educational Programming Language)

  • 교육용 프로그래밍 언어(이하 EPL)는 많은 연구를 통해 사고를 확장하고 창의적 문제해결능력 개발에 도움이 되는 것으로 보고되었다. EPL의 다양한 적용을 통해 교육적 효과를 검증하고 있으나, EPL의 효과적인 적용에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 EPL의 효과적인 적용을 위해 대학교 4학년 학습자를 대상으로 학습양식에 따른 프로젝트 완성 능력의 차이를 검증하였다. 검증 결과 첫째, 정보처리방법에 따라 프로젝트 완성 능력에 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 반성적 성찰을 선호하는 학습자의 점수가 높았다. 둘째, 학습양식에 따라서는 분산자 유형 학습자의 점수가 가장 높았다. 본 연구는 EPL을 활용한 프로그래밍 학습에서 프로젝트 완성도를 높이는데 기여할 수 있는 요소 탐색을 통해 학습자들이 구현할 아이디어에 대한 반성적 성찰 활동에 대한 지도와 구체적인 계획을 통한 구현 학습이 필요함을 제안하였다.

지속가능발전교육에 기반을 둔 환경친화적 주생활교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과 - 초등학생 고학년을 대상으로 - (A Development and Application Effect of Pro-Environmental Housing Life Educational Program Based on Education for Sustainable Development - Focused on the Upper Grade Elementary Students -)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and apply the pro-environmental housing life educational program to improve of pro-environmental attitude for upper grade of elementary school and to verify its effectiveness and influence. To achieve the purpose, documentary and investigatory research was conducted and thereafter the program developed and implemented following 5 stages of analysis, design, development, implement and evaluation. The experiment was made progress as two-group pretest-posttest design, and the program was applied to a class for two hours every week in discretionary activity class for 6 weeks. A reconstructed questionnaire through Kim et al.(2000)'s test tool was used to survey the effects of students's attitudes on environment. The major results were as follows. First, the developed program focused on the main contents of pro-environmental housing life based on ESD. Second, this program had a positive effect on elementary school students' environmental attitude. Third, this program had a positive correlation(.588~.712) among the 3 subdomains of verbal commitment, actual commitment and affect. Fourth, according to qualitative analysis, students appear to be more concerned and interested in the pro-environmental housing life and environmental problem. In conclusion, the pro-environmental housing life educational program based ESD has a positive effect on elementary school students' environmental attitude. Therefore, more intensive research and follow-up study on teaching and learning methods should be highly considered.

메타버스를 기반으로 한 안전교육 방법론에 관한 연구 (Research on Safety Education Methodology Based on the Metaverse)

  • 본 논문은 안전 교육 분야에서 메타버스 기술의 개념과 지속적으로 발전하는 응용에 대해 논의하며, 메타버스 기술을 안전 교육에 활용하기 위한 방법론을 제안한다. 또한, 메타버스를 사용한 교육 사례들을 분석하여 안전 교육의 발전 방향을 탐구한다. 따라서, 이 연구는 메타버스 기술을 활용한 안전 교육 방법론을 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 최근 메타버스는 교육을 포함한 다양한 분야에서 새로운 플랫폼으로 부상하고 있다. 특히, 메타버스 기술을 사용한 안전 교육은 상호 작용을 통해 이해와 몰입을 증진시키며, 일방적인 교육 방식에서 벗어나 참여적인 학습 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 이 논문은 메타버스 기술을 사용한 안전 교육을 위한 3단계 교육 과정을 제안하고, 각 단계에 대한 다양한 실행 가능한 프로젝트와 활동 예시를 제시한다. 이러한 접근 방식은 전통적인 안전 교육 방법을 넘어서 다양한 상황에 대한 실질적인 대응 능력을 개발하는 데 기여할 수 있다.향후 연구에서는 이러한 교육 방법론의 장기적인 효과와 교육 현장에서의 실질적 적용 가능성에 대한 심도 깊은 탐구가 기대된다.

초등 수학 교과서의 학습 활동유형에 대한 분석 (A Study of Activity-types in Elementary Mathematics Textbooks)

  • 2006개정 교육과정에서 초등수학과의 교수 학습방법으로 학습자의 조작 활동을 통한 탐구방식의 학습이나 교사와 학생이 함께 학습활동 등으로 학습자의 능동적이고 적극적인 활동주의 학습 원리에 따른 학습 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 방법을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학교 1학년에서 6학년까지의 수학교과서에 제시된 모든 학습내용에 따른 학습 활동을 10가지의 유형으로 조사한 후에 이를 수와 연산, 도형, 확률과 통계, 측정 그리고 규칙성과 문제해결의 5대 내용영역과 저 중 고학년군의 3개로 나누어 특징을 분석하였다. 그리고 이 결과를 교사들이 단원에 따라 개대되는 활동유형과 비교하고 분석하여 학습지도에 효과적으로 활용하도록 하였다.

서울.경기지역 재가 노인의 활동능력과 낙상공포 (A Survey on Activities and Fear of Falling in the Home-dwelling Elderly in Seoul and Gyonggi-do)

  • Purpose: To investigate the abilities to act and fear of falling in home-dwelling elderly. Methods: This study interviewed 351 home-dwelling elders residing in Seoul and Gyonggi-do using a Survey of Activities and Fear of Falling in the Elderly. Results: Of the 351 subjects, 203(57.8%) had activity restrictions. The main three activities that the subjects could not perform were going out when it is slippy, reaching something overhead and walking crowded places outside. According to general characteristics, performable activities were significantly fewer in subjects perceiving that their health status was low that those perceiving that their health status was high. On a scale of 3 points for fear of falling, the average score of the subjects was 1.46. The highest score of fear of falling was 2.62 for the activity of going out when it is slippery, next 1.87 for the activity of reaching something overhead. There was a significant inverse relationship between subjects' abilities to act and fear of falling. Conclusions: The significant variables associated with fear of falling were gender(female), educational background, economic status (low-income), and experience of falls during the last one year. Thus further study is necessary, focused on the vulnerable population in order to prevent falls and to reduce fear of falling.

일 종합병원 간호사의 비판적 사고성향과 지식공유 활동 및 전문직 업무환경이 임상적 의사결정능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Critical Thinking Disposition, Knowledge Sharing Activity and Professional Work Environment on Clinical Decision-making Ability at General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine nurses' critical thinking disposition and knowledge sharing activity and professional work environment on clinical decision-making ability. Methods: The data collection period for this study was from May 24 to May 31, 2021. The data were collected from 167 nurses who consented to participate in this study and have worked for more than one year at general hospital in Seoul. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: A significant positive correlation was found between clinical decision-making ability and critical thinking disposition, knowledge sharing activity, and a professional work environment. Critical thinking disposition (β=.32, p<.001), knowledge sharing activitiy (β=.24, p=.002) and professional work environment (β=.20, p=.006) had a significant effect on clinical decision-making ability. These factors explained 35.5% of clinical decision-making ability (F=24.22, p<.001). Conclusion: Therefore, in order to develop the critical thinking disposition of nurses, development of systematic educational programs and strategies for practical application are needed. Through this, nurses can improve the professional decision-making ability and clinical performance ability.

Collaboration Scripts for Argumentation Based on Activity Theory

  • The purpose of this study is to develop collaboration scripts as an instructional means to facilitate argumentation in computer-supported collaborative learning, and to analyze their effects. To develop collaboration scripts for argumentation, researchers used activity theory as a conceptual framework and refined the design principles by design-based research. Using LAMS, collaboration scripts for argumentation were developed based on the ArgueGraph. To examine their effects, 72 participants were divided into two groups by internal scripts and randomly allocated to one of three external scripts. Applying mixed methods, researchers analyzed argumentation competence related to the cognitive aspect, examined self-efficacy related to the motivational aspect, and identified the factors influencing collaborative learning processes and outcomes. Researchers found that the internal script is a critical factor to determine the dimensions, degrees, and duration of improvement in argumentation competence. That is, learners with higher internal scripts improved highly in the quality of single arguments, while learners with lower internal scripts improved continuously in the quality of argumentation sequences. The effects of the external scripts varied with the internal script levels and supporting periods. Besides, collaboration scripts for argumentation had positive effects on learners' self-efficacy, and learners with higher internal scripts had better self-efficacy. The factors influencing collaborative learning processes and outcomes showed different results depending on the learning context. Therefore, when scripting learner's interaction in CSCL, researchers should design the scripts adaptable to a natural context of activities.

Features of Work in the Senior Classes of the Lyceum on the Basis of an Activity Approach to the Study of the Ukrainian Language

  • The main purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the work of the Ukrainian language in the upper grades of the lyceum based on the activity approach. Despite the fact that a number of scientific studies and applied developments on teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language have recently appeared in Ukrainian linguistics, significant problems in this area should be recognized (organization of the educational process when learning a language as a foreign language, general methodological principles, psycho- and sociolinguistic foundations, communicative approaches), the non-resolution of which leads to methodologically unreasonable teaching of the Ukrainian language as a foreign language, the use of methods of teaching the language as a native language or the study of the language as a subject (linguistic aspect). In addition, due attention is not paid to the development of communication skills, which, firstly, worsens the quality of teaching and learning. Based on the results of the analysis, the key aspects of the work on the Ukrainian language in the senior classes of the lyceum were analyzed on the basis of an activity approach.

초등학교 수학 수업에 나타난 수학적 연결의 대상과 방법 분석 (An Analysis of the Objects and Methods of Mathematical Connections in Elementary Mathematics Instruction)

  • Given the importance of mathematical connections in instruction, this paper analyzed the objects and the methods of mathematical connections according to the lesson flow featured in 20 elementary lessons selected as effective instructional methods by local educational offices in Korea. Mathematical connections tended to occur mainly in the introduction, the first activity, and the sum-up period of each lesson. The connection between mathematical concept and procedure was the most popular followed by the connection between concept and real-life context. The most prevalent method of mathematical connections was through communication, specifically the communication between the teacher and students, followed by representation. Overall it seems that the objects and the methods of mathematical connections were diverse and prevalent, but the detailed analysis of such cases showed the lack of meaningful connection. These results urge us to investigate reasons behind these seemingly good features but not-enough connections, and to suggest implications for well-connected mathematics teaching.

장기요양서비스 종사자 교육과정개발을 위한 요구분석 : 활동이론(Activity Theory)을 중심으로 (Reinforcement of Long-term Care Service Specialization Need Analysis for Curriculum Development: Focused on Activity Theory)

  • 본 연구는 장기요양서비스 종사자 전문성 강화 교육과정 개발을 위한 요구분석을 통해 온라인 학습으로 성인학습자 직무역량 교육과정의 운영에 대한 시사점을 도출하기 위함을 목적으로 실시되었다. 구체적으로, 장기요양서비스 관련 선행 연구와 정부정책 자료를 분석하고, 유관근무기관의 전문가 14명을 대상으로 2019년 3월에 초점집단 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하여 활동이론(Activity Theory)을 분석의 틀로 활용하여 정리하였으며, 추가적으로 요양시설 종사자 25명을 대상으로 필요 교과목의 중요성과 난이도에 대한 설문인 양적자료를 기술통계 분석을 통해서 질적자료 분석의 결과를 타당화 하고자 하였다. 활동시스템의 주체-목표-도구의 윗부분을 주된 행위의 영역으로 보고, 아래의 규칙-공동체-분업을 행동을 위한 맥락적 부분으로 구분하여 요구분석과 추후 온라인 교육과정의 운영에 대한 시사점을 정리하였다. 연구결과, 기초 과목으로 '노인상담기술과 의사소통', 기본과목으로 '요양케어지도론', '현장에 필요한 치매케어기술', '케이기술과 식이요법', '근로기준법과 인사관리', 그리고 심화과정으로 '장기요양사례 관리의 활용'이라는 6개의 과목이 개발이 필요한 것으로 도출되었다. 한편 이러한 과목은 다양한 형태의 집체교육과 보수교육에 활용되어 다양한 장기요양서비스 봉사자를 위한 학습자 중심의 플립러닝으로 활용되는 방안이 제안되었다. 연구의 말미에서는 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 교과목의 효과적인 운영을 위한 교육현장에서 적용의 시사점을 제안하였다.
