Teaching media is changed by the digitalized new paradigm. This paper present a method of constructing the e-Learning which is very important in now a day. In this paper, we propose the suitable design technical e-Learning which is involved in subject. Also, we propose the important effective learning method and key concept in design technical contents in the e-Learning.

The digitalized new paradigm change the various teaching media. This means that user search the selective lecture, and molt the one-way knowledge transmit method. Also user demand usability e-Learning contents and communication feedback. This paper propose the method of effective learning method and its upcoming method.

Recently, information technology are rapidly diffused throughout the world. A new paradigm, 'telework' and 'distant education' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework-distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

About 20 years have passed since Systems Engineering(SE) was introduced in Korea. KCOSE(Korean Council On Systems Engineering) and KOSSE(The Korean Society of Systems Engineering) were established during that period and Korean SE community has increased quantitatively. But We can not answer "Yes!" for the questions "Did Korean SE community increase qualitatively? and How about SE education or training?" Many participants at SE lecture classes said that they were not able to understand SE concept. I analyzed current SE lecture materials and then proposed new model of SE concept lecture for SE novices. The new model consists of Vee diagram, life cycle model, PMTE paradigm, technical review, SE sample and definition of SE. I expect that the proposed model will contribute to upgrade a quality of domestic SE education.

Currently, education is being conducted through face-to-face classes and instructional design using blended learning, an integrated online and offline model that utilizes online characteristics. As the paradigm of education has changed from face-to-face classes to non-face-to-face classes since COVID-19, teaching methods to respond to changes are required in the educational field. In this paper, as a instructional design model using online, we proposed a instructional design model that conducts online classes in non-real time and then conducts online face-to-face classes using virtual classrooms in real time. In addition, a teaching strategy that can apply the online face-to-face teaching design model using the proposed virtual class room to software classes was presented. The proposed instructional design model will be able to prepare for a paradigm shift in education with a teaching design that can accommodate the characteristics of face-to-face education online.

This study explored the integration-support paradigm for transnational marriages and families as a well-grounded service model supporting a transnational family of immigrants in Korea at a time when Korean society showed increased interest in interracial marriages. The research mainly focused on the Dongdaemun-gu Transnational Marriage and Family Support Center, utilizing the relative actual practice at the center and the secondary data of previous studies. The findings were as follows: The integration-support paradigm for transnational marriage and family comprised of the following elements : the institutionalization of welfare and medical services; the systematization of legal institution and execution the settlement of mid- and long-term policies and the practical programs of the government proper approaches to the formation of a healthy marital couple and family relations; total services related to rearing and educating children properly including education cost support to family incomehousing for the stabilization of family life support for socio-cultural exchanges within the family : as well as the radical conversion of social recognition of a transnational family. This paradigm is expected to be a well-grounded service for the integration-support of transnational families.

The purpose of this study is to present and review the possible effect of the learning paradigm shift from traditional method to ubiquitous learning, the societal issues that need to be address in order to design a new pedagogical platform trending from e-learning to m-learning and now the u-learning. That without the proper study of how learning environment may affect the learning process of an individual will lead to poor quality of education. This new era of learning environment offer a big opportunity for "anytime, anywhere" learning. Thus, Lifelong learning is at hand of everyone. Maximizing the benefit of new trend will be a great help and addressing the limitations will lead to quality education. The components that comprise the ubiquitous learning are also discussed together with the technologies that will make it possible. The research learning domains that are in progress which shows that the interest in pervasive or lifelong learning attracted the interest of many research institutions. The types of learning mode and learning modalities are also briefly discussed in this paper.
