클라우드 컴퓨팅은 공유 가능한 여러 자원들이 모여 가상화된 형태로 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 기반의 컴퓨팅 패러다임이다. 이러한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 무수한 자원들에 대한 상태 정보를 신속히 전달하기 위한 방법으로 가쉽 프로토콜이 주목받고 있다. 가쉽 프로토콜은 견고하고 확장적인 멀티캐스트를 제공하는 반면, 100%의 도달가능성을 만족하기 위해서는 여분의 중복 메시지를 요구한다는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 자원들의 상태정보를 효율적으로 전달하면서 발생하는 메시지 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 그룹 기반의 가쉽 멀티캐스트 프로토콜(GGMP)을 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 프로토콜의 성능을 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

중국어 학습에 대한 사회적 관심과 시장이 확대되고 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 기반으로 한 스마트러닝이 교육의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리 잡으면서 중국어 교육을 위한 어플리케이션의 연구와 개발도 활발해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 멀티미디어 구현 특성과 사용자 인터렉션 기능을 활용하여 기초적인 중국어 한자를 학습할 수 있는 '중국어 교육용 기능성 어플리케이션'을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하여 제시하였다. 중국어 한자 표현, 발음 청취, 음성 녹음 및 비교 청취, 관련 내용 학습, 테스트 등의 기능을 간편한 사용자 인터페이스로 구현하였다. 향후 연구에서는 중국어 회화에 적용될 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스와 학습자 개인별 평가 지수 등을 통해 추가적인 도구 없이도 효과적인 학습이 가능한 프로토타입을 개발할 것이다.

The entrepreneurial university concept is a new challenge and opportunity for science and technology universities in Korea. The traditional university functions of education, research, and community service are still highly relevant, but increasingly so are new types of collaboration for research outcomes and funding resources. Strategic university management is needed to handle socioeconomic contribution, involving the creation and maintenance of proactive relationships with firms, national and regional governments, and other regional entities. The emergence of the entrepreneurial university in Korea is similar to the socioeconomic changes observable in the history of university development in America and in many other developed countries. In this paper, we examine the emerging paradigm of entrepreneurial universities in Korea and discuss the interactions among universities, firms, and government strategy and policy by investigating and comparing two universities, POSTECH and KAIST, in their leadership, adaptation to changes in the environment, business strategies, organization, and cooperative network. We conclude with policy points that emphasize the fact that while entrepreneurial universities are an emerging concept, they can expand innovation and creativity in education and research in Korean universities in the mid-to-long term if university administration, policymakers and public administrators, and regional innovation actors take an interest in the need for a new organization and system where university research can contribute socioeconomically.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 인터넷 혹은 인트라넷 기반의 대규모 컴퓨팅 자원을 가상화하여 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 언제 어디서든 제공하도록 하는 컴퓨팅 패러다임이다. 이러한 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 시스템 환경 자체가 대규모의 데이터를 처리하며, 다중 사용자 접속 환경 기반이어서 시스템의 신뢰성이 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 환경에서 발생하는 문제(사용자의 요구사항 변경, 자원 결함 발생 등)를 해결하기 위해 시스템 환경 내부의 자원 변화에 대처할 수 있고 결함 포용적인 신뢰성 기반 적응적 스케줄링 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 CloudSim 시뮬레이션 환경에서 실험하였다.

Objective : The college of Korean medicine uses a variety of Korean medical classics. Thus, in order to overcome the natural difference of the details of their curriculum, this paper aims to study the usage of Flipped Learning as a way of standardizing the curriculum that teach Korean medical classics. Method : One effective teaching and learning methodology, which is called for by the changing educational paradigm, is Flipped Learning. To introduce this learning method, which is actively applied to different curriculum, the paper revises the goal of learning objectives and introduces a teaching model of Flipped Learning in order to suggest the standardization of Korean medical educations through the re-design of the curriculum for Korean medical classics. Result : The professors of the Korean medical classics must work together to use the revised learning objectives and teaching model and create a set of lectures to serve as a basis of educational standardization. Conclusion : The standardization of the education of Korean medical classics through the Flipped Learning method could pre-emptively deal with the Korean medical doctor's capacity model that is in development now.

현장실습교육과정은 학생에게는 산업현장의 생생한 체험 기회를 제공하고, 기업에서는 적은 임금으로 수요에 적합한 고급인력을 활용할 수 있도록 하며, 대학은 산업현장에서 요구되는 인력수요에 보다 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 21세기형 새로운 산학협동교육 시스템을 지향하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근 대학 교육 패러다임의 전환 요구와 함께 현장실습교육이 급격하게 요구받고 있는 실정에서 현장실습에서 학습자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석해 보고, 산업단지 캠퍼스의 현장실습 개선방향을 제시해 보고자 하였다.

This article provides a comprehensive review of the entrepreneurial university concept and its place and role in the triple helix of university, industry, and government. This is increasingly important because stake-holders' expectations towards universities are growing; this growth in turn leads to increased pressure on universities to move beyond their traditional roles and models towards taking responsibility for economic development, large scale basic education and targeted further education and the development of value from research. These expectations provide opportunities for universities, but impose threats on the existing models and practices. It further elaborates on implications for university management, departments, faculty members and supporting organizations. Moreover it reflects on the meaning of the entrepreneurial university for stakeholders, i.e., university boards, regional and national policy and administrative bodies, funding agencies, the business community, university ranking institutions and the global university community overall. Recent literature on entrepreneurial universities is incomplete and mostly focused on the commercialization of research, technology transfer and the third mission of universities. The article expands the predominant thinking about entrepreneurial universities and gives a broader structured definition. Eventually the article shows the need for STI policy to intervene and measures for developing entrepreneurial universities further.

The purpose of this study was to verify the formation of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of water leisure tourism participants in Busan area using qualitative study method approach. Research participants were selected 6 water leisure tourism participants by reputational sampling method. Six participants who usually participated in water leisure tourism were selected as research participants. The data for this study included participants' observation and in-depth interview. This study categorized the coding paradigm which was presented by using the findings derived from water leisure tourism background. The results based on in-depth interview were as follows. First, water leisure tourism participants recognized environmental satisfaction of environmentally safe pleasure. Second, water leisure tourism participants recognized social satisfaction of change for leisure recognition. Third, water leisure tourism participants recognized facilities and program satisfaction of clearness and systematic programs. Fourth, water leisure tourism participants recognized instructor satisfaction of kindness and professional. Fifth, water leisure tourism participants recognized safety dissatisfaction of safety ignorance. Sixth, water leisure tourism participants recognized amenities dissatisfaction of lacking convenience. Seventh, water leisure tourism participants recognized accessibility dissatisfaction of public transportations.

Safety management paradigm which against human errors in aviation industry is now changing from the follow-up measures after accident in the past to systematic approach that a forecast the hazards and improve the working system of the group to prevent accidents. As human factors are based on the man's specific psychological traits, it takes much time and efforts to prepare the preventive measures. That's why aviation industry is interested in the accident-prevent measurements against human errors. In this thesis, therefore, we are going to introduce the efforts that aviation organizations have tried and recommend management systems and discuss the suggestive facts. At first, we discussed introduction of HFACS which is the systematic accidents-classification system related to human errors in the aviation organization and countermeasure in the aspects of management, technology/engineering, education training. We described about FOQA, LOSA, CRM/TEM, aviation safety information DB in the aspect of management, and explained safety technologies that prevent human errors or avoid technologically when emergency occurs in the aspect of technology/engineering. In the aspect of education training, we explained the application plan about safety programs(LOFT/Simulator use, CRM/TEM application etc).

The paper describes aspects regarding an E-learning approach of resonant ac inverters. The learning process is based on "Learning by Doing" paradigm supported by several learning tools: electronic course materials, interactive simulation, laboratory plants and real experiments accessed by Web Publishing Tools under LabVIEW. Built on LabVIEW and accompanied by a robust, flexible and versatile hardware, the experiment allows a comprehensive study by remote controlling and performing real measurements on the inverters. The study is offered in a gradual manner, according to the Leonardo da Vinci project EDIPE ($\b{E}$-learning $\b{D}$istance $\b{I}$nteractive $\b{P}$ractical $\b{E}$ducation) philosophy: theoretical aspects followed by simulations, while in the end the real experiments are investigated. Studying and experimenting access is opened for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week under the Moodle booking system.
