This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can be defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deciding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data bate should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

집재기계의 사용시간을 고려하지 않은 작업경비의 비교는, 국내에서와 같이 기계화 작업의 비율이 낮은 경우에서는 적합하지 않다. 기계 및 장비의 활용도를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 작업량은 각 집재기계마다 다르며, 이에 따라 수확 경영규모에 따른 적정 집재기계의 선택이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 임목수확 기계의 효율적 이용 관리를 위하여, 작업량에 따른 경제적으로 최적의 집재기계 선택방법을 제시하였다. 우리나라의 임업기계화를 추진하는데 있어서, 기계의 이용률을 극대화시킬 수 있는 시업단위는 기계 장비간의 경제적 우위를 비교하는데 반드시 고려할 사항이며, 인건비 상승에 따른 경제성의 변화도 작업시스템의 선정에 있어 함께 고려하여야 할 것이다.

This paper presents an introduction and economical efficiency analysis of spring tension balancer in trolly wire system. In the overhead trolly wire systems, one of the most things is tension balancer. Because it can be automatically adjusted tension for expansion and contraction of overhead catenary system. In this paper, we introduced spring tension balancer and analyzed economical efficiency of it.

The LED illuminator has merits that it has low power consumption, long life and emits low Co2 gas. As it has many merits in comparison with existing illuminator it is a realistic alternative. but its possession in illuminator market shows slow increasement unexpectedly. Because its price is very high only low power consumption can not keep pace with economical efficiency. In this paper I analyzed economical efficiency about LED illuminator when it is applied at subway station.

This paper deals with an economical sampling plan, recently being concentrated on and, namely, investigates how to determine the basic concepts to settle the sampling plan of a minimum cost. On an inspection of sampling, a Linear Cost Model of a cost function which is concerned with the representative cost dements, is established and by the investigation of its possible solution economical single sampling plan for recitying inspection by attribute is suggested.

This study aims to suggest envelope structure which can improve the insulation performance of cold storage warehouse with cost effectiveness. Envelope structures are classified and economical efficiency of each type is evaluated to the model warehouse. As results, type 3 (PC wall) and 4(sandwich panel wall) have benefits to the middle/large (lifetime of 25 years) and small (lifetime of 12∼13 years) warehouse, respectively.

Korea Railway aims to be the most important public transportation for nationwide basic industries in 21st century. It is urgently necessary for us to construct economical railway network and to strengthen(strengthen) its competitive power in advance. In this paper the economical construction of railway network in Germany will be introduced. They lay emphasis on train speed and higher efficiency of railroad track.

Many vehicles have significantly under-inflated tires, primarily because drivers infrequently check their vehicles' tire pressure. When a tire is used while significantly under-inflated, its sidewalls flex more and the tire temperature increases, increasing stress and the risk of failure. In this study we evaluated tire safety and economical efficiency at various inflation pressure. For tire safety we performed FMVSS indoor durability test, measurement of rolling tire temperature, braking performance at dry/wet road condition, and rolling resistance test for economical efficiency. Results show that low pressure decreases tire durability of both speed-increase condition and load-increase condition. Heat temperature of rolling tire increases as pressure decreases and significantly under-inflated tires cause increase of vehicle's stopping distance at wet road condition. Also Under-inflation increases the rolling resistance of a tire and, correspondingly, decreases vehicle's fuel economy.

Many services have been served by the exiting subway systems since they have opened in 1975. But its efficiency and competition were going down because of the high construction cost and difficult connection with other transportations, etc. Otherwise, the light rail transit system is much lower construction cost than the subway and the high way building. Also those systems are good at the inexpensive operation cost, the fixed time and safety, the easy access. Recently, the several provinces are planning or advancing the light rail transit system because of these many benefits. Consequently, those system's economical feasibility analysis is required rapidly to show the resonable construction's cause and to get the private investment. This paper offers the system's economical feasibility through the several benefit analysis after the light rail transit system's construction.
