The purpose of this study is to investigate the change in ecological footprint made by the eco-friendly consumer education program, and ultimately, to help the high school students, future consumers, have eco-friendly attitude. This study will be contributed to helping them to understand the importance of the eco-friendly consumption and the seriousness of the environmental problems arising from their bad consumption habit, to get interested in the environmental problems in daily lives, and to reduce the ecological footprint through the eco-friendly habit acquired when young. This study is designed to have 60 high school students experience the eco-friendly consumer education program for 10 months and compare the levels of each ecological footprint though two different Questionnaires in five sections: housing, food, transportation, purchase, and waste. The program used in this research consists of three parts: eco-friendly attitude education for consumers, eco-friendly citizen education for consumers, and eco-friendly resource management education for consumers. The data are analyzed by SPSS Window 10.0 program. The findings are as follows: First. The eco-friendly consumer education is more likely to help the students develop critical thought and eco-friendly attitude, unlike the economy-related consumer education. Second. The level of ecological footprint is significantly decreased in the group with the eco-friendly consumer education program. compared to the group without it. Third. Experiencing the eco-friendly consumer education program helps the students have the positive attitude on ecology and lead an environmentally sustainable consumer life. The results show that eco-friendly consumer education can make a contribution to raising the good citizens who have eco-friendly attitude and behavior, lead sustainable consumer life, and try to reduce the level of ecological footprint.

With the rising importance placed on sustainability for brands, a plethora of research addresses consumer responses concerning eco-friendly products. While positive effects of eco-friendly traits on beauty products have been discussed, this study addresses a wide research gap in the makeup category. Based on the goal-attribute theory and the lay theory of ethicality, detrimental effects of eco-friendly ingredient claims on perceived appearance enhancement attributes (AEA) were examined. A between-subject, single-factor (eco-friendly ingredient claims present vs. absent) web-based experimental design tested the effect of conditions on makeup products that emphasized AEA. Results found a negative effect of eco-friendly ingredient claims on perceived AEA, supporting previous literature regarding the 'green gap'. Evidence showed that perceived AEA fully mediated the effect of eco-friendly claims on purchase intention, which was moderated by AEA preference. Interestingly, findings show that the purchase intention of respondents with a near-average preference for AEA was not moderated. Results contribute to preexisting literature by extending the lay theory of ethicality and product function mismatch to the field of makeup. Managerial implications are discussed, including opportunities for eco-friendly makeup products to appeal to alternative benefits.
The purpose of this study is to analyze environment-friendly consumption behaviors and consumption value of adolescent consumers, and to analyze the effects of environmental knowledge, environment and experience, perception of environment, the awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, and consumption value on environment-friendly consumption behaviors of them. The data were collected by 999 adolescent consumers in Jeju Province. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s multiple range test using SPSS 12.0 Program . The results are as follows. Economy had the most cause and effect influence on environment-friendly purchasing behaviors, followed by experience of environmental activities, eco-friendliness, esthetic sense, enjoyment, and awareness of consumption and environmental pollution. Regarding the environmentfriendly consumer behavior, economy is the most influential factor, followed by eco-friendliness, awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, experience of environmental activities, environmental knowledge and monthly average allowance. Eco-friendliness had the most cause and effect influence on environment-friendly disposal behavior, followed by awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, economy and experience of environmental activities.
This study examined the factors that affect the relationship between eco-friendly agricultural products selection criteria, consumer trust, and recommendation intention. A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed to consumers, of which 210 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 10 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required in the study, SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program was employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations, and regression analysis. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that four factors regarding eco-friendly agricultural products were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.735 and a total cumulative variance of 79.373%, With regard to consumer trust, one factor was extracted with a total cumulative variance of 75.431% and a KMO score of 0.695. One factor for recommendation intention was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 68.428% and a KMO score of 0.694. All factors were significant to .000 and the correlation between variables was significant. Thus, based on the results, the main research hypotheses that identify the relationships between selection criteria, consumer trust and recommendation retention were adopted.

For this study, data were collected from Naver and Daum using the keyword 'ethical consumption' and frequency and matrix data were extracted through Textom, for the period January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2018. In addition, a two-way mode network analysis was conducted using the UCINET 6.0 program and visualized using the NetDraw function. The results of text mining show increasing keyword frequency year-on-year, indicating that interest in ethical consumption has grown. The sub-dimensions derived for 2014 and 2015 are fair trade, ethical consumption, eco-friendly products, and cooperatives and for 2016 are fair trade, ethical consumption, eco-friendly products and animal welfare. The energy management teams study the past records of energy use pattern of consumers and suggest appropriate technology for energy saving options. The paper provides some reviews of energy efficiency initiatives undertaken by the concern regulatory body which highlights the current status.
