The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture.In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting.

The importance of human resources empowerment for operation and management is increasing for sustainable effects and improvement in mountain eco village development projects. This study aimed to understand the cognition characteristics of operator who works for mountain eco villages as part of the mountain village development and to suggest improvement methods in empowerment training aspects. The survey contained operator's empowerment and operator systems in mountain eco villages and the results were analyzed for the study. Operators who joined the mountain eco village operator training course by Korea Forest Service were conducted the survey on March 12th~13th in 2012 and March 13th~15th in 2013. 69 and 58 of questionnaires were collected respectively and analyzed for the study. T-test was applied to Intergroup cognition difference and regression analysis was used for influential factors in necessity of operator's role. Collected data was analyzed by statistical package programme SPSS 18.0 version. According to the comparison of empowerment cognition with contingent upon training experience, 'harmony with residents' showed significantly difference at p<0.05 level. In the recognition comparison for prospect of future mountain eco village development, 'various training experiences' was significantly difference at p<0.01 level between positive and negative prospect group. Regression analysis revealed that 'communication with village leader', 'harmony with residents', and 'idea related to the project' have an effect on necessity of operator's empowerment significantly. Based on the results, the study suggests improved directions for operator's empowerment training as a horizontal leader who conduces a mountain village.

In the current condition of seeking eco-friendly development, Green Building Certification Criteria can reduce environment burden that is able to be arose in life cycles of buildings. Moreover, it is a great help to induce to constructing pleasant environment. The ripple effect that also improves saving of energy and resources of the whole country, and green-house gases reduction effect and environment friendliness of other buildings can be expected by promoting eco-friendly education facilities which accounts for a great part of public buildings in comparison with other buildings. In this study, analysis of old and new indicators' contrast and contents in Green Building Certification, and post evaluation of education facilities and interviews on authorities were proceeded for improving evaluation indicator of each item in Green Building Certification Criteria. As a result, it analyzed problems in terms of institution and operations management, and drew implications accordingly. In addition, it has a significance in that it proposes improvements of substantively applicable indicators with high applicability.

Expectation for improvement of creativity and problem-solving capability has increased the creative robotics classes in the form of after-school activity in more than half of total elementary schools. While Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has promoted 'Green IT Guidelines' as a part of 'Eco-friendly Green School Development Project', the Green issues have not been considered enough in those creative robotics classes. In this paper, we would like to address the Green issues, especially in the r-Learning services based on UCR (User Created Robots). First, trend of green IT education, r-Learning services and UCR are reviewed. And the current status of eco-related operations and teachers' perception in the robotics classes of elementary schools is investigated. Examples of Green UCR are also searched and green programs based on the three kinds of UCR, UC-TR, UC-AR, UC-CR, are explored. Finally, we propose action plans to promote the UCR-based r-Learning service reflecting green issues.

본 연구의 목적은 생태유아교육의 연구동향을 알아보는데 있다. 분석대상은 2008년 3월부터 2015년 10월까지의 학위논문 총 97편을 대상으로 연도별 동향, 연구내용, 연구방법 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 생태유아교육 연구대상은 유아대상, 교사대상, 실내외 환경 대상, 부모대상 순으로 이루어졌으며 단일연령 중 만 5세를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 만4세, 만3세, 만2세 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구방법으로는 실험연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌으며 조사연구, 문헌연구, 문화 기술적 연구 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구내용으로는 생태유아교육의 관련변인 모색, 생태유아교육 프로그램이 가장 많았으며 학문적, 이론적 기초방향모색, 생태유아교육과정의 이해와 국가 수준의 교육과정, 보육과정의 연계, 생태교사교육 프로그램 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육내용으로는 숲 체험학습이 가장 많았으며 텃밭 가꾸기, 산책활동, 생태미술, 영성활동, 동 식물 기르기, 환경교육 순으로 나타났다.

조성 후 5년이 경과한 생태공학적 수질정화 비오톱을 대상으로 식생 및 수환경 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 총 36과에 속하는 91종의 유관속식물종이 확인되었으며 갈대, 달뿌리풀, 줄, 큰잎부들 그리고 애기부들 등 초기 식재된 대형정수식물들이 주된 식생 요소로 확인되었다. 또한, 전기전도도(P < 0.01)를 포함하여 질산태(P < 0.05) 및 암모니움태 질소(P < 0.001)와 칼륨(P < 0.05), 나트륨(P < 0.01) 및 마그네슘(P < 0.01) 등에서 수질정화 효과가 확인되었다. 그 중에서도 질산태 및 암모니움태 질소의 경우 인공습지를 경유하는 과정을 통해 각각 약 60% 및 30% 수준으로 감소하는 수질 개선 효과를 나타내었다. 15개의 단위습지(다중셀습지)가 곡류형 하천과 같은 형태로 조성됨에 따른 '분리성'과 '곡률'은 본 인공습지가 온전한 생태공학적 수질정화 비오톱으로서 지속적으로 기능할 수 있도록 기여한 것으로 판단된다. 인공습지 조성에 있어, 습지로 하여금 다양한 기능들을 안정적으로 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 습지의 생태적 가치를 제고하는 생태공학적 디자인 요소 반영을 적극 제안하는 바이다.

생태자연도 작성에 이용된 전국자연환경조사의 결과를 토대로 고령 지역의 생태 환경을 평가하고자 하였다. 생태자연도가 1등급인 지역은 군 면적의 0.16%에 불과하며, 대부분 식생보존등급이 높은 지역과 관련된 것이다. 1등급 지역의 위치는 태봉재, 소학산, 만대산 및 미숭산 지역 등으로 다른 지역과의 경계에 위치한 산지의 정상부와 능선 일대가 대부분이었다. 고령군 지역에는 큰 규모의 산과 하천이 없고, 법으로 지정된 생태계 보전지역이 거의 없지만 훼손된 지역이 매우 적으며 자연경관 또한 잘 보전되어 있다. 생태계의 훼손을 줄이고 현재의 자연자원을 잘 관리한다면 고령군의 생태환경은 급속도로 좋아질 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 친환경 녹색도서관을 인증함에 있어 도서관의 친환경성을 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하여 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 녹색도서관 관련 문헌 및 사례조사를 통해 도서관 녹색요소를 추출하였으며, 평가요소에 대한 도서관 직원들의 인식을 설문조사하였다. 최종적으로 11개의 평가영역, 31개의 평가항목, 135개의 평가지표를 가진 녹색도서관 평가지표를 개발하였다. 11개의 평가영역은 토지이용 및 교통, 에너지 및 환경오염 방지, 재료 및 자원, 물순환 관리, 유지관리, 생태환경, 실내환경, 도서관 자원, 친환경 교육프로그램 및 캠페인, 직원 및 운영, 전산화 등이다.

An environmental problem is the greatest barrier to pursuit of mankinds existence and development. The major traits of this problem are totality and complexity, therefore the finding of environmental problem's solutions is very difficult. The eco-friendly development that pursuing the ecological principles is the direction of environmental problem's solutions. Environmentally sound and sustainable development, deep ecological thought or environmentalism, the following of god's creation order and the old oriental thought are patterns and principles of eco-friendly development. Every creature has one ecological niche from the ecological principles of adoption, competition, evolution, variety, circulation, harmony and equilibrium. Ecological niche means that every creature has ecological status and duty. Therefore finding the mankinds ecological niche is important because it is desirable directions for eco-friendly development to solve environmental problems.

This study was performed to identify the roles of residents for the environmentally sound and sustainable development, taco-polis(kologisches Bauen), eco-village and Symbiotic Housing. These buildings will achieve energy efficiency through design strategies such as passive solar heating system, natural cooling and day lighting. Their infrastructure will feature parking on the periphery, extensive pedestrian paths, outdoor ground lights that preserve stellar visibility, and environmentally sensitive technologies such as low writer use fixtures. And they will restore biodiversity while protecting the wildlife, wetlands, forests, soil, air and water. Their houses wile be designed to support home-based occupations, offering high-speed Internet access and other options to promote a localized, sustainable economy. To support and encourage the evolution of sustainable settlements, it is necessary to prepare constructing the physical facilities and the social functions relating with residents. The roles of residents are important to provide a high Quality lifestyle and to integrate a supportive social environment with a low-impact way of life. This study concluded the four main roles of residents for the sustainable of Eco-polis and Ecovillage. 1. Residents assist transition towards a sustainable society as eco-conscious consumers in the planning stage. 2. Residents live in a ecological way for the sustainable ecovillage. 3. Residents exchange information and education for increasing the community glue as a communication network. 4. Residents support and transmit their cultural vitality and tradition for the next generation. So, users are expected to encourage resident's participation in the planning, design, ongoing management and maintenance of the sustainable ecovillage.
