Let B be a simply-connected projective variety such that the first cohomology groups of all line bundles on B are zero. Let E be a vector bundle over B and $X={\mathbb{P}}(E)$. It is easily seen that a power of any endomorphism of X takes fibers to fibers. We prove that if X admits an endomorphism which is of degree greater than one on the fibers, then E splits into a direct sum of line bundles.

대장균의 lipoprotein promoter, lactose promotor 및 operator 와 lipoprotein의 signal sequence 를 가지는 vector에alpha-IFN 유전자가 cloning된 plasmid pIF-Ill-B를 여러종류의 대장균 숙주 세포에 형칠전환하여 alpha-IFN 의 생산성, 생장특성을 조사하였다. 또한 plasmid 자체와 cloning된 alpha-IFN 유전자의 발현유도가 세포생장에 미치는 영 향을 조사하였다.

In the present paper, we observe a relation between fuzzy norms and induced crisp norms on a linear space. We first prove that if $\rho_1,\;\rho_2$ are equivalent fuzzy norms on a linear space, then for every $\varepsilon\in(0.1)$, the induced crisp norms $P_\varepsilon^1,\;and\;P_\varepsilon^2$, respectively are equivalent. Since the converse does not hold, we prove it under some strict conditions. And consider the following theorem proved in [8]: Let $\rho$ be a lower semicontinuous fuzzy norm on a normed linear space X, and have the bounded support. Then $\rho$ is equivalent to the fuzzy norm $\chi_B$ where B is the closed unit ball of X. The lower semi-continuity of $\rho$ is an essential condition which guarantees the continuity of $P_\varepsilon$, where 0 < e < 1. As the last result, we prove that : if $\rho$ is a fuzzy norm on a finite dimensional vector space, then $\rho$ is equivalent to $\chi_B$ if and only if the support of $\rho$ is bounded.

Cephem ring의 C-7위치에 aminothiazoly lmethoxyimino기를 가진 화합물들이 항균활성을 증가시키고, G(-)균의 외막투과성을 촉진시킬뿐 아니라 광범위항균 spectrum을 갖게 하고 $\beta$-lactamase에 안정하며 PBP(penicillin binding protein)에 대한 결합친화성을 증가시킨다는 보고에 따라 본 저자는 C-7위치에 cefotaxime구조와 같이 aminothiazolylmethoxyimino acetamido moiety를 고정시키고 항균활성을 증가시키기 위하여 약리활성이 기대되는 5-(substituted)-2H-tetrazole유도체들을 합성하여 C-3 위치에 도입시킨 새로운 화합물 7$\beta$-〔(z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2_(methoxyimino)acetamido〕-3-〔5-(substituted)tetrazol-2-yl〕 methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid 유도체를 합성하여 B. subtilis ATCC 6633, M. luteus ATCC 1004, E. coli KCTC 1039, E. coli ESS, K. pncumonia KCTC 1560, P. aeruginosa IF0 13130, S. typhimurium KCTC 1925, S. typhimurium SL 1102, 및 C. albicans ATCC 10231 등의 균과 fungus에 대하여 기존의 cefotaxime과 cefazoline을 대조물질로 사용하여 항균력을 비교하였다. 이들 화합물들은 대체적으로 M. luteus ATCC 6633, E. coli ESS, S. typhimurium SL 1102 균에 대해서는 cefotaxime보다 항균력이 우수하였으나 P. aeruginosa IF0 13130에 대해서는 항균력이 저하되었고 cefazolin보다는 대체적으로 항균력이 우수하였다.

A hepadnaviruses replicates its DNA genome via reverse transcription of an RNA template (pregenomic RNA or pgRNA), which has a cap structure at the 5' end and a poly(A) tail at the 3' end. We have previously shown that the 5' cap is indispensable for encapsidation of the pgRNA. A speculative extension of the above finding is that the cap contributes to encapsidation via its interaction with the poly(A) tail, possibly involving eIF4E-eIF4G-PABP interaction. To test this hypothesis, poly(A)-less pgRNAs were generated via cleavage by a cis-acting hepatitis delta virus ribozyme sequence. We found that accumulation of the poly(A)-less pgRNA was markedly diminished, mostly likely due to its reduced stability. Importantly, however, the remaining poly(A)-less pgRNAs were nonetheless encapsidated and reverse transcribed normally when the reduced stability was taken account. Our finding clearly contradicts the notion that the poly(A) tail has any function in encapsidation and viral reverse transcription.

In this note, we mainly discuss the Gorenstein $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domains. It is shown that a domain is a Gorenstein $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain if and only if every finitely generated ideal is Gorenstein projective. It is also shown that a domain is a PID (resp., Dedekind domain, $B{\acute{e}}zout$ domain) if and only if it is a Gorenstein $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ UFD (resp., Krull domain, GCD domain).

.9 GHz/14.4 kbps CDMA시스템의 역방향 링크에서 핸드오프방식 유형별 얼랑용량과 링크마진을 구하는 차단 확률을 각각 유도하였다. 현실적인 셀 최대용량으로 얼랑용량과 링크동작의 신뢰성을 위한 마진을 동일한 시스템 파라메터로 계산하고, COST-231모델을 적용한 전파손실을 구해 여러 지역에서 셀 커버리지와의 관계를 새로운 관점에서 제안하여 분석하였다. 소프트핸드오프를 하는 상황에서 $E_b/N_0$=5 dB에서 차단확률을 5%에서 2%로 낮출 경우 마진은 0.88 dB 더 높여야하고 용량은 2 얼랑 감소와 도시, 교외, 개방지역의 셀 커버리지가 0.12 km, 0.25 km, 1 km씩 줄어드는 정도에서 신뢰성과 서비스품질을 높일 수 있었다. 차단확률 5%인 경우 $E_b/N_0$=7 dB에서 5 dB로 맞춘다면 똑같은 2.8 dB 마진으로 9 얼랑 증가와 도시지역에서 0.2 km가 늘어났다. 이때 단일 셀 경우에 비해 용량은 10 얼랑 이상 줄어들어도 1.31 dB의 마진을 줄일 수 있어 각각의 지역에서 0.17 km, 0.3 km, 1 km 씩 커버리지가 증가하였다 또한 하드핸드오프에 비하면 2.16 dB의 마진을 더 줄일 수 있어 10 얼랑 증가와 0.22 km, 0.5 km, 2 km씩 늘어나는 소프트핸드오프 이득이 함께 발생하였다.

불완전 전력제어된 역방향 링크에서 얼랑용량과 링크마진을 구하는 각각의 차단확률을 유도하고, 시스템 파라메터와 차단확률이 같은 조건에서 그 값을 구하여 도시, 교외, 개방지역에서 사용자 수와 셀 커버리지와의 관계를 분석할 때 파라메터로 적용하였다. 이때 얼랑용량은 현실적인 셀 용량으로 적용될 수 있고, 링크마진의 적용은 셀 커버리지 계산에서 신뢰성을 높일 수 있었다. 차단확률이 5 % 이내에서 E$_{b}$/N$_{o}$ 값을 7 dB에서 5 dB로 낮추는 경우에 링크마진을 2.8 dB로 똑같이 적용해도 셀 용량은 18 얼랑에서 31 얼랑으로 증가하였고, 이때 도시, 교외, 개방지역에서 셀 커버리지는 각각 0.4 km, 1 km, 2.5 km씩 증가하였다. 또한 E$_{b}$/N$_{o}$ 값이 5 dB에서 차단확률을 5 %에서 2 %로 낮출 경우 링크마진은 0.88 dB 더 증가시켜야 하며, 이때 용량이 31 얼랑에서 3얼랑 감소함에 따라 0.15 km, 0.5 km, 1.5 km 씩 줄어드는 범위 내에서 신뢰성을 높이고 양질의 서비스 제공이 가능하였다.

The meiotic process from the primordial stage to zygote in female germ cells is mainly adjusted by post-transcriptional regulation of pre-existing maternal mRNA and post-translational modification of proteins. Several key proteins such as the cell cycle regulator, Cdk1/cyclin B, are post-translationally modified for precise control of meiotic progression. The second messenger (cAMP), kinases (PKA, Akt, MAPK, Aurora A, CaMK II, etc), phosphatases (Cdc25, Cdc14), and other proteins (G-protein coupled receptor, phosphodiesterase) are directly or indirectly involved in this process. Many proteins, such as CPEB, maskin, eIF4E, eIF4G, 4E-BP, and 4E-T, post-transcriptionally regulate mRNA via binding to the cap structure at the 5' end of mRNA or its 3' untranslated region (UTR) to generate a closed-loop structure. The 3' UTR of the transcript is also implicated in post-transcriptional regulation through an association with proteins such as CPEB, CPSF, GLD-2, PARN, and Dazl to modulate poly(A) tail length. RNA interfering is a new regulatory mechanism of the amount of mRNA in the mouse oocyte. This review summarizes information about post-transcriptional and post-translational regulation during mouse oocyte meiotic maturation.

This note contains the following results for a ring A : (1) A is simple Artinian if and only if A is a prime right YJ-injective, right and left V-ring with a maximal right annihilator ; (2) if A is a left quasi-duo ring with Jacobson radical J such that $_{A}$A/J is p-injective, then the ring A/J is strongly regular ; (3) A is von Neumann regular with non-zero socle if and only if A is a left p.p.ring containing a finitely generated p-injective maximal left ideal satisfying the following condition : if e is an idempotent in A, then eA is a minimal right ideal if and only if Ae is a minimal left ideal ; (4) If A is left non-singular, left YJ-injective such that each maximal left ideal of A is either injective or a two-sided ideal of A, then A is either left self-injective regular or strongly regular : (5) A is left continuous regular if and only if A is right p-injective such that for every cyclic left A-module M, $_{A}$M/Z(M) is projective. ((5) remains valid if 《continuous》 is replaced by 《self-injective》 and 《cyclic》 is replaced by 《finitely generated》. Finally, we have the following two equivalent properties for A to be von Neumann regula. : (a) A is left non-singular such that every finitely generated left ideal is the left annihilator of an element of A and every principal right ideal of A is the right annihilator of an element of A ; (b) Change 《left non-singular》 into 《right non-singular》in (a).(a).
