  • The purpose of this paper is to develop and test a conceptual model of purchase intentions, positive emotion, and e-servicescape that is defined as the online environment factors that exist during service delivery. Survey research method was used to gather data regarding consumers' perceptions of e-servicescape. Surveys were administered to 681 college students who experienced purchasing fashion products on the Internet. The results showed that e-servicescapes perceived by fashion consumers were composed of three dimensions: (1) Aesthetic appeal, (2) Ambient conditions, and (3) Layout & functionality. These dimensions of e-servicescape influenced consumers to lead positive emotions and purchase intentions. Additionally, positive emotions constituted a key variable for the purchase intention of fashion products during online exchange. The study revealed that consumers' interpretations of online environments exerted a powerful influence over positive emotion and purchase intentions. Also, it strongly endorsed the view that the purchase intentions of customers were linked to the extent to which they feel positive emotions by the e-service provider. This study provides insights into how consumers' interpretations of e-servicescape affect their subsequent positive emotions and ultimately their intentions to purchase. The findings of this study also have numerous implications for both services managers and internet developers related to fashion products.

  • This study focuses on the application of collage techniques to contemporary fashion and intends to show that collage techniques have a significant influence on contemporary fashion, leading to a more creative design aesthetic through the combination of fashion and art. The author carried out an empirical analysis focusing on domestic and global fashion collections from 2000S/S to 2010F/W, fashion publications, and internet data, along with a literature review. As a result, the papier-colle approach, as represented by cubism, showed a creative surface effect through the texture of the paper itself by applying real paper and other materials directly to the clothing items. Second, Dadaist ready-made expressed a distortion of the material and freedom of expression by creating a collage with ready-made fashion items and daily necessities. Third, a photomontage expressed unique images by printing various images of photos that contrasted in perspective. In addition to this, beauty in dissonance and a new sense of space by a collage of disparate material. Fourth, decalcomanie was expressed by printing methods, giving a stable image of the symmetry of the perfect landscape as well as the unintended effect of coincidence in abstract images and particular textures. Fifth, assemblage as the representative collage technique of pop art introduced the overall object itself or modified form by combining it with fashion to express three-dimensional aggregate structures.

  • This paper aims at developing an analytic model for examining fashion designer's creativity. This research developed the analytic model of fashion designer's creativity adding the specificity of the fashion area to The Systems Model of Creativity by Csikszentmihalyi & Gardener. The analytic model of fashion designer's creativity is composed of 3 elements: the fashion designer, the fashion domain and the fashion field. The detail factors to be examined by each of the elements are as follows. In the dimension of an individual fashion designer, detail factors influencing the manifestation of creativity contain cognitive and non-cognitive abilities (i.e: personality traits, erotic capital) and socio-psychological factors (i.e: family condition, sexual identity, marital status, health). In the dimension of the fashion domain, creativity factors are composed of socio-cultural contexts and paradigms. In the dimension of the fashion field, detail factors refer to a mentor, supporter, competitor and a follower. Fashion designer's creativity manifests itself when detail factors of an individual fashion designer, fashion domain and field interact with each other dynamically.

  • The purpose of this paper is to derive the categories of negative e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) via consumer review. Disclosing the details of negative e-WOM based consumer reviews has never been done before. For this reason, a content analysis was adopted to provide knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon. This paper analyzes the content of 630 consumer reviews posted on the open market internet site, www.auction.co.kr. The analysis was conducted from October 20th, 2008 to March 10th, 2009. The results indicated that the negative e-WOM based consumer reviews can be divided into two categories: the cognitive evaluation and the expression of consumer's emotion. The category of cognitive evaluation is consisted of negative e-WOM of product, negative e-WOM of service, and warning about the risk of purchasing products. The category of expressing consumers' emotion are composed of venting customers' dissatisfaction and passive response of dissatisfaction. Investigating the details of negative e-WOM has a number of implications. Most importantly, the results revealed multidimensional structure of negative e-WOM. This understanding of negative e-WOM communication allows marketers to improve products and services that better meet customers' current and future needs.

The specific research questions are as follows: first question deals with the relationship between changeability and la diff${\acute{e}}$rant images, and how la diff${\acute{e}}$rant images are divided by each phase and how their circumduction play is proceeded. The second question is about the important features of the mobility of la diff${\acute{e}}$rant play and the method of la diff${\acute{e}}$rance play. The last topic of this study covers the supplement logic and the condition, and how supplement logic has been applied in the process of changeability of fashion style. This paper deploys a qualitative research method providing a systematic review of the previous studies. To sum it up, the mobility of la diff${\acute{e}}$rant play is the root of power, which is controlling the changeability of fashion style, and the objective of the play is to outline new la diff${\acute{e}}$rant images through spatialization of time. In addition, supplement logicis the method of la diff${\acute{e}}$rant play and the purpose of the logic is to harmonize 'ultimate la diff${\acute{e}}$rant image', which is the phenomenological construction stratum in the state of sub-conscious changeability, and 'immediate la diff${\acute{e}}$rant image', which is the structural construction level stratum in the state of external changeability. This research proves that the intrinsic attribute of changeability is contained the mobility of la diff${\acute{e}}$rant play and supplement logic.
