As the digital economy has emerged as a means of building a new business order and creating new values, the number of small business owners participating in digital platforms is gradually increasing. This study aims to check whether small business owners participating in the digital platform are being helped to properly respond to the market environment and establish and implement strategies necessary for growth through learning within the platform. To this end, this study attempted to examine the effect of the absorptive capacity of small business owners using e-commerce platforms on market orientation and the moderating effect of vicarious learning and experiential learning, which are two types of learning within the platform. As a result of verifying the hypothesis through the survey, it was found that the absorption capacity of small business owners using digital platforms positively affected their market orientation. In addition, as a result of the moderating effect analysis, it was found that vicarious learning within the platform strengthens the relationship between absorptive capacity and market orientation. This result implies that small business owners can not only prepare for market uncertainties through indirect learning (vicarious learning) but also establish strategies to provide products and services that meet the market's needs. On the other hand, the effect of experiential learning was found to lower market orientation, which means that previous business experiences can rather lower attention to the environment. The significance and implications of the study were presented.

This study aims to examine how the use of Padlet, an online platform, affects students' English writing anxiety and English writing strategy in online college English writing classes. A total of 64 college students participated in the study and completed the survey including English writing anxiety, English writing strategy and demographic information. For the study, we divided participants into 2 groups, experimental group using Padlet for their writing tasks and control group using college e-learning during a semester. The results showed that students using Padlet used more writing strategies than the students using college e-learning platform. The use of Padlet, however, was not statistically significant on writing anxiety. English writing anxiety was differed by English level, but decreased at the end of semester regardless of English level. The results imply that Padlet is a useful online learning tool for English learners to actively use English writing strategies and even for learners with low English writing proficiency.

Due to the increasing demand and importance of non-face-to-face education, open online learning platforms are getting interests both domestically and internationally. These platforms exhibit different characteristics from online courses by universities and other educational institutions. In particular, students engaged in these platforms can receive more learner autonomy, and the development of tools to assist learning is required. From the past, researchers have attempted to utilize process mining to understand realistic study behaviors and derive learning patterns. However, it has a deficiency to employ it to the open online learning platforms. Moreover, existing research has primarily focused on the process model perspective, including process model discovery, but lacks a method for the process pattern and instance perspectives. In this study, we propose a method to identify learning patterns within an open online learning platform using process mining techniques. To achieve this, we suggest three different viewpoints, e.g., model-level, variant-level, and instance-level, to comprehend the learning patterns, and various techniques are employed, such as process discovery, conformance checking, autoencoder-based clustering, and predictive approaches. To validate this method, we collected a learning log of machine learning-related courses on a domestic open education platform. The results unveiled a spaghetti-like process model that can be differentiated into a standard learning pattern and three abnormal patterns. Furthermore, as a result of deriving a pattern classification model, our model achieved a high accuracy of 0.86 when predicting the pattern of instances based on the initial 30% of the entire flow. This study contributes to systematically analyze learners' patterns using process mining.

The development of digital technology has not only brought many changes to our lives, but also many changes to the online education environment. The emergence of micro-learning is to meet the needs of individual learners who hopes to receive personalized learning content immediately when they need it. Therefore, Micro-learning can be said to be 'adaptive' education. This research attempts to explore the development principles of adaptive micro-learning through literature research and case analysis. The results of the research draw four aspects of the development principles, including adaptive learning environment, adaptive learning content, adaptive learning sequence and adaptive learning evaluation, as well as detailed elements of each aspect. Micro-learning is a new form of e-learning that reflects the needs of the current society. As exploratory research, this research attempts to point out the direction for future follow-up research.

The purpose of this study is to present and review the possible effect of the learning paradigm shift from traditional method to ubiquitous learning, the societal issues that need to be address in order to design a new pedagogical platform trending from e-learning to m-learning and now the u-learning. That without the proper study of how learning environment may affect the learning process of an individual will lead to poor quality of education. This new era of learning environment offer a big opportunity for "anytime, anywhere" learning. Thus, Lifelong learning is at hand of everyone. Maximizing the benefit of new trend will be a great help and addressing the limitations will lead to quality education. The components that comprise the ubiquitous learning are also discussed together with the technologies that will make it possible. The research learning domains that are in progress which shows that the interest in pervasive or lifelong learning attracted the interest of many research institutions. The types of learning mode and learning modalities are also briefly discussed in this paper.

Globally, the change in higher education is gradually moving toward a trend that seeks a change in innovative higher education through the revitalization of digital-based education. Accordingly, this study designed a customized education model based on e-learning that can be used in undergraduate education and development of lifelong vocational skills. The use of online learning platforms and the expansion of education are major factors that change the overall higher education system as the form and content of curriculum changes around the world. In order to establish a customized education model using online learning platform, this study analyzed major overseas advanced education cases and selected the basic direction of customized learning as personalized learning, competency based learning, and training for talents leading the 4th Industrial Revolution. Then, FGI was conducted for undergraduate and lifelong vocational ability development experts. As a result, a customized education model using an online learning platform was derived from a degree-type model available in undergraduate education and a non-degree-type model available in the field of lifelong vocational ability development, and each operation strategy was suggested.

Problem-based learning (PBL) appears to be a superior and effective strategy to train competent and skilled practitioners and to promote long-term retention of knowledge and skills acquired during the learning experience. This study concerns the implementation of PBL in the online environment and face-to-face PBL. An online environment allows participants to communicate with one another, view presentations or videos, interact with other participants, and engage with resources in work groups. Nowadays, education is accessible everywhere with the use of digital devices. Educational institutions subscribe to GSuite for Education, and Google introduced its Google Classroom as an e-learning platform. This study aims to analyze Google Classroom and to design PBL for Mongolian students taking Korean courses. The main objective of this paper is to identify the usability and evaluation of Google Classroom. The result of this study will be a proposed e-learning platform for Dornod University, Mongolia, which is initially needed in the Natural Science and Business Department.
