Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

항로표지 당국의 핵심 목표는 교통량과 위험도에 적합한 항로표지를 종합적으로 융합하여 제공함으로써 해상교통 안전 및 해양환경보호에 필요한 요건을 충족시키는데 있다. e-Navigation은 해상 항법 및 통신 신뢰도 개선에 필요한 현대화되고 검증된 장비를 통해 안전하게 항해하고자 하는 항해자의 필요에 의해 개발되었다, 위치결정에는 GNSS가 폭넓게 이용되고 있지만, 안전하고 완전하며 환경적으로 깨끗한 항해를 위해서는 기존 항로표지 계속해서 이용할 수 있도록 유지 및 진화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 항로표지의 최신 현황을 비롯하여 기존 항로표지에 대한 기술적 관점과 항해자의 관점으로 e-Navigation 환경에서 전통적 항로표지의 역할을 검토하고, 진화 및 미래상을 제시하고자 한다.

위성항법시스템(GNSS)에 대한 전파교란에 대응하기 위한 보완항법시스템인 eLoran은 고출력의 지상파를 사용하기 때문에 전파교란이 현실적으로 힘들다는 장점이 있다. eLoran 신호는 세계표준시(UTC)에 동기화 되어있어서 송신 출력에 따라 실내와 같이 GNSS 신호의 수신이 힘든 경우에도 정확한 시각(timing) 정보를 제공할 수 있다. eLoran을 이용한 시각 정보 제공은 미국 국방부(DoD)에서도 최근에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 또한 eLoran은 자체 데이터 채널을 보유하고 있어서 eLoran 보정 신호를 전송할 수 있고, 전파기만에 대비하여 eLoran 신호인증 기법을 적용할 수 있다. 전파교란의 영향을 받지 않고 데이터를 전송할 수 있기 때문에 안정적인 데이터 전송이 필요한 각종 분야에서 eLoran 데이터 채널의 활용이 가능하다. 현재 우리나라는 GNSS를 보완하는 위치 항법 시각(PNT) 시스템으로써 2018년 정상 운용을 목표로 eLoran 시스템 구축 사업을 진행하고 있다.

The World has been rapidly changing into either technological aspects or perception of those who has utilised to the corresponding informational impact. Whatever areas we have actually been involved in are strongly connected with this evolution of informational technology in one way or another. Logistics is not a exception as well as trade. Two main routes in distribution channel such as commercial and physical flow of goods, have been operating in terms of I-business. In order to activate E-trade with E-commerce, E-logistics should be utilised and emphasized in more efficient and effective manner of doing job as a facilitator. So, in this paper, it studied the role of E-logistics to make E-trade better work as well as to look into present situations in E-commerce. Then, it was identified that some facilities as 3PL or shipping company have to adopt information in their business process with a view of valued add service providers. This means those who have implemented E-Logistics activities, should be more competitive in the market, only when they provide the value-added total logistics services.

Common Maritime Data Structure (CMDS) is commonly used by shore and ship users in e-Navigation data domain. In the overarching of e-Navigation architecture, IHO uses S-1XX, a digital exchange standard for next-generation marine information, as data exchange standard. The current CMDS has the advantage of intuitively recognizing the overall structure of e-Navigation. However, it has disadvantage in that it does not allow stakeholders to easily understand benefits that e-Navigation can provide when implementing e-Navigation. In this study, the direction of improving existing system for effective e-Navigation implementation was proposed considering RCOs (Risk Control Options) with expected composition of ship/ shore/ communication system by sector.

최근 국제적으로 e-Navigation 구현을 위한 논의가 활발히 이루어지면서 VHF 대역에서 해상 디지털 통신 시스템 도입을 위한 표준 및 권고 개정이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ITU-R M.1842-1기반 디지털 VHF 구축을 위하여 국제적으로 진행되고 있는 디지털 VHF 시스템 구현에 대하여 고찰하고 ITU-R 권고에 입각한 해상 디지털 VHF 구축 방안에 대하여 기술하였다.

e-Navigation을 도입하면서 그에 맞는 새로운 소프트웨어와 시스템들의 개발이 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라 개발되어지는 제품 혹은 제품 개발 프로세스에 대한 품질의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 품질을 평가하기 위해서는 구체적인 적용방법을 포함한 핸드북 형태의 가이드가 실무자들에게 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 관련 표준을 분석하여 해양소프트웨어의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 핸드북 개발의 방안을 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 IMO e-Navigation 전략이행계획 구현의 일환으로 시작된 한국형 e-Navigation 사업과 관련하여 전자해도 스트리밍 서비스 개발방안을 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 ECS 의무탑재 대상이 아닌 소형 선박 운항자들이 모바일 단말을 이용하여 S-101 차세대 전자해도 기반의 모바일 전자해도 스트리밍 서비스를 이용할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

e-navigation 개발은 NAV56차에 초기 아키텍처 설계를 완성하고, 기초적인 격차분석 및 편익분석에 대한 계획을 수립한 이후, 2014년 NAV60차에 개발계획전략의 수립을 마무리하는 계획으로 진행되고 있다. 다양한 관점에서 전략이 개발되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 개발계획전략 수립이후 실질적 개발하는 장비에 포함되는 소프트웨어의 품질 보증에 관해 추진 경과와 현재 상황에 대해 설명한다.
