  • The e-Trade environment has enabled the complex trade processes to be automated using e-Trade information systems, which had been manually processed through many trade-related parties in the past. Korea has completed the development of the most advanced e-Trade platform called "u-Trade Hub," which can process automatically all the trade-related activities from marketing to payment. It is anticipated for the world trade environment to have more FTAs throughout the world and this will complicate the trade processes more and more in the future. This means the constant cost-bearing updates of the e-Trade environment to adapt the process changes brought by new FTAs with other countries. In this paper, we propose the systematic approach to easily as well as less costly adapt the possible trade process changes resulted from the future FTAs by adopting a rule base management system. The prototype system to test the applicability of the proposed approach is developed using Win-Prolog 4.8 environment.

  • Korea has actively promoted the Comprehensive Plan for the e-Hub. The policies of Korean government could promote the e-business environment and market conditions in legal and infrastructure terms, but not much of business itself. The reason for this limited success in the e-Trade may result from the broken linkage between government policies and business strategies as well as the business and technical innovation. In this paper, we analyzes the more effective and economic solution for this recovery of broken link in terms of Metamediary. The most successful role of metamediary should compose of three functions - facilitator, collaborator and web service provider. Each of these function is clarified in more detail with the emphasis on the collaboration between the Universities and the government-supported corporations.

우리나라 기업간 e-Marketplace의 단계별 성장가능에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on the Possibility of Being Successful B2B e-Marketplaces in the Early stages)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the possibility of whether B2B e-marketplaces continue to grow. There are numerous barriers to the growth of e-marketplace, but certain key factors can push e-marketplaces beyond these obstacles. In the stage of generating traffic, it is essential to find a vertical area to attract buyers and sellers which can generate B2B transaction through e-marketplace. Generating traffic is possible only for e-marketplaces established by those who have vertical knowledges and strong off-line relationship in the vertical areas. In the stage of concentrating traffic, more attention should be given to reach critical mass and to increase transaction through e-marketplace. Currently, there seems to be a tendency that having major buyers as members of a e-marketplace is an true factor for the successful e-marketplace. Finally, to attain the locking traffic, e-marketplace needs to have the ability to generate revenue through B2B transaction. What we have learn from this study is that having the software-technology is not a sufficient condition to successfully operate B2B e-marketplace. It is important for e-marketplace to attract major players in order to increase B2B transaction, and also to make profit by them.

광양항의 Global e-Port화 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Global e-Port's Strategy of Gwangyang Port)

  • The management strategies of each company has been changed fundamentally owing to the emergence of digital economics by using internet. Therefore the efficient management of global e-port causes the main issues not only effect the survival and growth of ports but also exert new opportunities and fatal threats on them. Under the circumstances of these change, the Kwangyang port have to introduce e-biz for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. The focus of this article is to suggest some strategies on the implementation of Kwangyang Global e-port in Korea. To analyse the e-port realities, I first reviewed the trends of e-marketing and e-biz. I chose and analysed website of four ports like Hongkong, Singapore, Antwerp and Hamburg as successful global e-port models. This article is focused to suggest the theoretical background by analysing the strategic points of Kwangyang global e-port which are divided in 6C: Contents, Communities, Connection, Commerce, Communication and Customization. This paper analyses many problems of Gwangyang port and presents various develpment ways to activate Gwangyang port. In order to be a global e-port, first of all Gwangyang port must improve global web-site by 6C. And also Gwangyang port have to constitute logistics hub site, create infrastructure needed to run electronic business more easily over the internet, establish nationwide network of industries, build up marine and port logistics information system.

  • 통신대역폭 거래(Bandwidth Trading, BT)는 국제적으로 1조 US달러 이상의 잠재적 시장을 보유한 사업 분야이다. BT는 통신사업자에게 비용절감과 신규 수익창출의 기회를 제공함에도 불구하고, 이에 대한 체계적인 연구는 국내/외를 막론하고 아직 초기단계에 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 컨버전스 환경에서 ISP간 상호접속에 관련된 BT 이슈를 고찰한다. 먼저 대역폭 상품화(commoditization) 경향을 전망하고, BT 시장의 기술적 전제조건과 시스템 아키텍처를 제시한다. 제안된 아키텍처를 통하여 수요-공급의 시장원리에 의해 BT를 운영함으로써, 통신사업자의 효율성을 극대화하는 방향을 모색한다. 특히 이 과정의 핵심적 역할을 담당하는 교환 허브로서, NIBX(Neutral Internet Business eXchange)로 명명된 가치중립적 제3자(third party)의 운영 시나리오를 자세히 살펴본다.

  • 최근 기업의 시스템들은 데이터 공유와 협업을 위해 통합의 필요성을 제기하고 있다. 통합을 위한 방법론으로 서비스 통합을 위한 서비스 지향 아키텍처와 서비스에 사용되는 데이터의 통합을 위한 마스터 데이터가 등장했다. 본 논문은 BP(Business Process)를 효율적으로 운용하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 우리는 BP를 지원하기 위한 지식 저장소로 XMDR(eXtended Meta Data Registry)과 이를 운용하기 위한 데이터 허브를 구성한다. XMDR은 데이터 통합을 위한 MDM(Master Data Management)을 관리하고, 데이터 간의 이질성을 해결하고, 업무 간의 연관관계를 효율적으로 제공한다. 이것은 MDR(Meta Data Registry), 온톨로지, BR(Business Relations)으로 구성된다. MDR은 구조적 이질성을 해결하기 위한 메타 데이터간의 관계성을 기술한다. 온톨로지는 의미적 이질성과 데이터 간의 관계성을 기술한다. BR은 업무 간의 관계성을 기술한다. XMDR 데이터 허브는 마스터 데이터의 관리를 지원하고, 프로세스 간의 상호작용을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있다.

위성영상 이미지를 활용한 연구 동향 및 데이터셋 리뷰 (Research Trends and Datasets Review using Satellite Image)

  • 기존 컴퓨터 비전의 연구 동향과 마찬가지로, 위성영상을 이용한 연구도 GPU 기반의 컴퓨터 연산능력과 이미지 처리와 관련된 딥러닝 방법론의 발전으로 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그로 인해 다양한 분야에 위성영상이 활용되고 있고, 위성 영상을 활용에 관한 연구도 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위성영상의 연구 활용 분야와 위성영상을 활용한 연구에 이용할 수 있는 데이터셋에 대해 소개하도록 한다. 먼저, 위성영상을 활용한 연구를 수집하여 연구 방법에 따라 분류하였다. 크게 분류 기반 연구와 회귀 기반 연구로 분류하였고, 그 이외의 방법으로 활용한 논문들을 정리하였다. 다음으로 위성영상을 활용한 연구들에서 이용한 데이터셋을 정리하였다. 본 연구에서는 데이터셋의 정보와 연구에서의 활용 방법에 대해 제안한다. 이와 함께 최근 AI hub에서 개방한 국내 위성영상 데이터셋의 정리와 활용 방안에 대해 소개한다. 마지막으로, 위성 이미지 관련 연구의 한계점과 앞으로의 동향을 간략하게 제시하였다.

전자무역의 활용수준과 성과 분석을 위한 통합 모형에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Analysis of Utilization and Performance of e-Trade with an Integrated Acceptance Model)

  • This study proposes and verifies an integrated model that reflects and helps to explain complexities and comprehensiveness of e-Trade in practice. The primary objective was to widen and deepen our understanding about the phenomena of paperless trading which will enable us to formulate an effective means to promote the adoption and utilization of e-Trade infrastructure. This investigation combined and extended the theories and models of TAM, TOE framework, and TTF in order to identify and hypothesize the causal relationships between factors of technology, organization and environment, and the usage level and performance of e-Trade. The previous research on e-Trade was reviewed and incorporated into the extended model. The integrated model was tested based on the survey data collected from a sample of 417 trading firms. Overall, the regression and path analysis demonstrated the usefulness of the proposed model as a conceptual framework for better understanding and explanation of e-Trade. The result of the analysis implies the relevancy of the factors of technology, organization and environment for facilitating usage of and increasing performance of e-Trade. However, rejection of a few hypothesized relationships implies the necessity of extensive promotion and education about the related laws and regulations, and education, supervision and incentives for e-Trade practitioners.

인천국제공항의 MCT 향상을 통한 환승율 제고의 탐색적 연구 (A study on the Enhancement for Minimum Connecting Time of Incheon International Airport)

  • Incheon International Airport has handled 3,054,485 transfer passengers (11.9% transfer rate) and 950,441 transfer cargo(44.2% transfer rate)recorded in 2005. Comparing to 30-40% transfer passenger rate which are competition hub airports in northeast Asia, transfer passenger rate of Incheon International Airport is lower. Above all, We think that Minimum Connecting Time(MCT) which is relating factors with transfer rate need to be monitored to make up for the weak points in the current Incheon internationalairport system. Minimum Connecting Time is defined the legally minimum time necessary to change planes at a given airport. and Transfers represent 35% of the total passenger volume at Vienna International Airport in Europe, which underscores our function as a major international hub. Vienna is rated priority in reservation systems because of our excellent minimum connecting time, and that increases the sale of tickets through our airport. In 2004 the total number of transfer passengers rose 18% to 5,089,624. Short routes, a one roof concept and an outstanding logistics system make Vienna an ideal airport for transfers. This transfer-friendly one roof concept will also form the basis for the new VlE-Skylink Terminal. In case of Japan, Star Alliance has also implemented its so called "Move under one roof"concept at the new Centrair airport. All member carriers are located in the same part of the termina1, sharing check-in counters and ticketing facilities. Star Alliance member carriers can now offer customersa reduced average minimum connecting time of one hour, for transfers between international and domestic. The research purpose of the Study on the Enhancement for Minimum Connecting Time of Incheon International Airport is to increase transfer rate of passenger and cargo of Incheon International Airport at Northeast Asia through this paper.

  • 본 논문에서는 외전형 영구자석 동기 전동기의 전기적 브레이크 동작 시에 발생하는 회생 에너지를 분석한다. 그리고 전류 정보 없이 전동기 속도 및 배터리의 전압만으로 회생 전력을 제어하는 방법을 제안한다. 후륜 허브 전동기를 가지는 자전거 프로토 타입을 제작하고, 제안하는 회생 제동 제어 기법을 적용한 실험을 통해 제안 기법을 검증한다.
