현재 화차를 이용하여 화물을 운송하는 철도 물류는 국내 화물 물동량의 $10{\sim}20%$ 가량을 담당하고 있다. 철도물류 사용자인 운송사(화주 포함) 또는 내륙화물기지는 철도물류 업무를 처리하기 위해 EDI(XML)를 통해 문서를 전송하거나 WEB을 통해 데이터를 입력하고 있다. 그러나 점차 e-비즈니스 환경이 활성화됨에 따라 기존 철도물류 업무에 대한 개선이 요구되고 있다. 또한 확장성 있는 ebXML 기반의 스키마 형식의 사용이 확산되면서 DTD 구조의 전자문서를 XML 스키마 형태로 개선할 필요성도 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도물류업무 개선을 위한 철도물류 정보 표준을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존 비즈니스 프로세스를 재정의 하여 불필요한 업무를 개선하고, 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링으로 철도 물류 액티비티를 정의해서 최종 정보 모델을 도출한다. 또한 도출된 정보 모델에 따라 새로운 전자문서를 설계할 수 있도록 비즈니스 정보 개체를 정의하였으며, 철도물류 정보시스템의 개선된 구조도 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 철도물류 비즈니스에 효율적이고 확장성 있는 업무 절차를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to investigate the impact of wide use of digital technology, in particular, the Internet, on innovation process and corporate strategy in electronics industry. The introduction of digital technology has changed innovation process, business model and organizational structure of the electronics companies. With the introduction of digital technology, the entire value chain of electronics industry from procurement, sales, and marketing to R&D and manufacturing has been restructured. E-commerce has been a major agenda for e-business. Recently, collaboration among electronics companies through e-marketplace has emerged as an important issue. A web-based e-commerce standard, so called RosettaNet, has been developed for facilitating e-transactions of electronics firms. The development of digital technology has dramatically increased the processing speed and sophisticated the virtual reality technology. As simulation becomes easier and more effective, the uncertainty and risk involved in R&D has decreased significantly. Another positive impact is closer cooperation between R&D and manufacturing functions. Taking advantage of automated and flexible production technology, has a new type of firm, so called, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) emerged, whose strategic focus is on manufacturing only. The EMS can be seen as a kind of innovative organization, that is, a modular organization for production function. Digital technology has made convergence of computer and communication possible at early years but right now the convergence has been accelerated in extensive areas of communication, broadcasting, information appliances, software, contents, and services. Firms' effort for an innovative product and service has been intensified and the competition for a new standard product and service has become severe in electronics industry. Business activities are always realized in a specific organizational context. Accordingly building up innovation-friendly organization has emerged as a critical concern. Due to the striking decrease of transaction cost, a network type of organization has proliferated, and a business function turns into a modular organization. As a whole, digital technology has pushed electronics firms into developing their own business model, which takes consideration of standardization of business platform and their core competency.

비즈니스 인텔리젼스에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 핵심 기술로써 데이타마이닝의 적용이 증대되고 있다. e-Business에서의 비즈니스 인텔리젼스를 지원하기 위해 다양한 마이닝 연산을 통합적으로 제공하는 마이닝 시스템은 데이타베이스 시스템과 유연하게 통합될 수 있어야 하며, 또한 다양한 비즈니스 응용에서의 마케팅 프로세스를 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하여야 한다. 이 연구에서는 e-Business영역에서의 BI를 지원하기 위해 데이타마이닝 기법을 통합적으로 제공하는 시스템으로써 EC-DaMiner 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 데이타마이닝 시스템은 기존의 데이타베이스 시스템과의 표준적인 인터페이스를 통하여 연동될 수 있도록 하였다. 아울러 비즈니스 어플리케이션들은 마이닝 질의어인 MQL을 통하여 규칙을 탐사하고 탐사된 규칙을 기존의 마케팅 데이타베이스에 모델화하여 반영함으로써 마케팅 전략의 구현을 용이하게 하였다.

Using an exchange standard, we can design an open architecture for the interchange of decision models and data. XML (eXtensible Markup Language) provides a general framework for creating such a standard. Although XML -based model representation languages such as OOSML were proposed, they are partly limited in expression capability, flexibility, generality, etc. This paper proposes a new method for expressing and sharing decision models and data based on XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), which is a XML language specialized in business reporting. We have developed a XBRL taxonomy for decision models with the concepts and relationships of a representative modeling framework, SM (Structured Modeling). The method allows for expressing data as well as decision models in a consistent and flexible manner. Diverse dependencies between components of SM models can also be affluently expressed.

전자상거래 규모가 시간이 지날 수록 매우 빠른 속도로 확산되어 그 활용영역이 광범위해지고 보편화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회의 최근 동향을 반영하여 4년제 대학의 전자상거래학과에 적용할 수 있는 교과과정을 제안한다. 컴퓨터학, 경영학 그리고 산업공학 등 다양한 영 역에 관련되어 있는 전자상거래학의 교과과정을 제안하기 위해 현재 국내 고등교육기관에 개설된 학과를 분석하고 전자상거래학의 새로운 학문적 분류기준을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 분류기준에 따라 전자상거래학의 전공별 교과과정을 제시하며 각 과목별 개요를 기술한다.

For the B2B e-commerce and SCM (Supply Chain Management), standardization of electronic catalogue that contains product and business data is important. Especially, standardization of hierarchies that is required for categorization, and standardization of product properties are difficult and costly to maintain. The ability of searching for items and data in databases is critical for successful e-commerce system. This paper introduces the data dictionary of PUB (ISO 13584) part 42 which can establish the standard of product data. The method is applied to develop the data dictionary of automotive parts.

The purpose of this study was to examine the self-regulation in E-commerce business and review the major issues of self-regulation in several countries. This paper reviewed the legislation for the self regulation of APEC, OECD and EC, and introduced the regulation system for several countries, such as U.S. U.K and Japan. Also, we analyzed the current issues and problems of self-regulation in Korea and tried to suggest the future direction. There were three different regulations such as market forces, government regulation and self-regulation and the model of self-regulations were shaped in various types. Even though the government made the standard regulations for business sector but it was impossible to direct individual firms and their compliance of those regulations. To compensate the government regulation, the self regulation with low cost is needed and also two kinds of regulations has to be unified to enhance the regulation system in E-commerce. Industries should participate for the regulation voluntarily and consumers must give an award of legislation for self-regulation to motivate the self-regulations of industries.

지금까지 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발의 대가 기준은 실제 이러닝 산업의 특성을 반영하지 않은 채 기존의 유사한 산업의 산정표나 가이드라인에 따라 산정되어 왔다. IT와 교육이 융합된 이러닝 산업에서 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준의 부재는 이러닝 산업을 이끌어 가는 기업들에게 큰 애로사항으로 인식되어 왔다. 이러닝 산업의 특성을 반영하지 못한 개발 대가의 산정은 콘텐츠의 품질에 큰 영향을 끼치고 있으며, 이는 이러닝 산업의 성장과 발전을 저해하는 요인이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 이러닝 산업의 특성을 고려한 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발에 적합한 대가 기준을 제시하였다. 본문에서는 이러닝 산업의 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준 책정에 대한 문제점과 그 특성을 분석하고, 기존의 대가 기준 산정 방식을 응용하여 이러닝 산업을 위한 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준을 분류하고 정의하였다. 발주기관의 설문조사를 통해 이러닝 산업의 특성을 반영한 개발 대가 기준의 산정과 콘텐츠 개발 대가 기준 산정에 필요한 연구 방법론을 제시하여 이러닝 산업의 발전과 콘텐츠의 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 정책을 마련하고, 실질적으로 반영하여 사용함으로써 이러닝 산업이 보다 발전할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

SDAI (Standard Data Access Interface) is an interface specification of accessing various storage systems such as file systems and database management systems for STEP data. Using SDAI, both application program developers and CAD/CAM system developers can be relieved from dealing with STEP physical file or system dependent DBMS operations. In this paper, we present implementations of SDAI on different data models, i.e., relational, extended relational, and object-oriented. In order to implement SDAI, we need to translate the EXPRESS information model into target data models. The schema translation process for three different data models are compared and other implementation issues are discussed.

최근 급격한 기업 환경 변화에 따라 워크플로우가 각광을 받고 있으며, 워크플로우 관리시스템을 적용하는 기업들이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 위험부담의 최소화를 원하는 기업의 요구에 따라 프로세스를 분석, 정의하고, 이를 실제 환경에 적용하기 전에 검증하는 기능이 매우 중요한 부분으로 자리잡으면서, 프로세스 정의에 대한 검증에 관심을 기울이게 되었다. 이런 요구에 의해 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스를 표현할 수 있는 ICN모델과 GUI, MVC를 이용하여 프로세스의 액티비티 진행과정을 보여주고, 액티비티의 흐름에 따라 참여자의 전이과정을 기술하는 참여자 흐름을 통해 조직간의 상호관계를 면밀히 보여주며, XML기반하의 XPDL, XLANG과 같은 프로세스 정의(Process Define)언어를 모두 수용하는 비즈니스 프로세스 애니메이터를 구현한다.
