With the explosive growth of information sources available under various information technology and business environment, it has become increasingly necessary for determining effective marketing strategies and optimizing the logical structure of the CRM data mining system. In this paper, we present an overview of the data mining for strategy focused CRM structure. This includes preprocessing, transaction identification and data integration components. We describe the main part of this paper to the discussion of processes and problems that characterize the mining tools and techniques, identify the CRM data mining, and provide a general architecture of a system to do focused CRM data mining that require further research and development.

본 연구는, 문헌조사를 바탕으로 대한민국의 업무참조모델(BRM)인 '정부기능분류체계'의 도입에서 개발 적용에 이르기까지의 행정연혁을 통하여, 정부기능분류체계의 본래 개발목적과 의도를 밝혀내고, 현재 정부기능분류체계에서 관찰되는 문제점과의 관계를 밝힘으로써 현행에서 드러나는 정부기능분류체계의 문제에 대한 원인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 정부기능분류체계의 현황조사는 정책영역 '문화재' 영역(대기능 9개, 중기능 59개, 소기능 297개와 단위과제 1,287개)을 대상으로 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능분류체계를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능 간에 분절된 현상과 그밖에 문제점들을 발견하였고, 이를 대표하는 '문화재 지정' 등의 4가지 사례를 통해 개선모형을 제안하였다. 또한, '정부기능분류체계'의 재정비를 위하여, 업무재현성을 갖춘 업무기능의 설계, 업무기능의 일관성유지를 위한 관리와 운영에 있어서의 제도마련, 이용자의 사용촉진을 위한 교육, 지속적인 유지관리와 개선이 필요함을 제안하였다.

최근 아키텍처 프레임워크가 정보관리 시스템 개발에 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 미국방 아키텍처 프레임워크를 사용하여 철도 안전성 평가에 대한 운용 아키텍처 개발 방법론에 대해 기술한다. 철도 시스템과 같이 안전에 민감한 시스템의 경우는 안전성 평가 업무를 효과적이고, 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 정보관리 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 운용 아키텍처를 기반으로 안전성 평가에 대한 정보관리 시스템의 요구사항을 생성하는 것은 필수적이다. 철도시스템에 적용 가능한 안전성 평가 운용 아키텍처를 개발하기 위해 ARP4761이 참고 되었다. 우선, 상용 시스템엔지니어링 도구인 CORE를 활용한 운용 아키텍처 개발 프로세스를 수행하기 위해 스키마 및 템플릿 개발하였다. 운용 아키텍처는 유연한 정보 관리 시스템 구축을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 업무 프로세스의 문제도 해결하는데 도움을 준다.

본 논문은 Seam 프레임워크과 연관된 객체지향 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 지침과 평가 지표를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 기존의 아키텍처가 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결하고 장점들을 지원하기 위하여 새롭게 등장한 표준화 아키텍처가 Seam 아키텍처이다. 현재까지 중량 및 경량 컨테이너 아키텍처의 표준화를 장점으로 제안된 잘 알려진 아키텍처로 Seam 프레임워크가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 중량과 경량 아키텍처가 가지고 있는 단점들을 해결하고 장점들을 지원하기 위하여 개발된 최신 경량 컨테이너 아키텍처인 Seam 프레임워크를 기반으로 JPetStore 주문시스템의 설계 및 구현을 통하여 이전의 사양과의 객관적인 소프트웨어 개발 생산성 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

As the amount of IT investment and the complexity of information systems in public agencies have been increased, efficient and structured management of IT systems is more emphasized. For the Korean government. ITA (Information Technology Architecture) is one of the core parts of the e-Government initiative. Also introducing and managing ITA in organizations is mandated by law in Korea. The objective of the paper is to study whether using ITA in public agencies is related with their IT capability and IT performance or not. A questionnaire had been designed for the purpose, and a survey had been performed on Korean public agencies. The survey results show that using ITA has influence on relation and technology capability. However, ITA does not influence on human capability and IT performance. The reason why using ITA is linked to relation and technology capability is that ITA includes relationship between both business and technology. Also ITA provides a technical reference model (TRM) and standard profile (SP), so it has influence on technology capability.

기업간 협업을 실현하기 위해서는 기업간 프로세스 상호연계 (B2Bi)와 기업 애플리케이션 통합(EAI)이 함께 고려되어야 한다. 이미 많은 영역에서 이에 대한 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있지만, 두 시스템이 각기 개별적인 플랫폼과 환경하에서 설계되고 운영됨으로써 이 둘을 다시 통합해야 하는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업간 협업을 위해, B2Bi 환경의 변화에 유연하게 대응하면서도 B2Bi와 EAI 시스템을 단일의 통합 구조로 구현한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 통합 플랫폼에서는 협업 프로세스가 비즈니스 통합의 주요 기술로 인식되고 있는 웹서비스(Web Services)를 이용하여 진행될 수 있도록 하였다. 특히, 다양한 비즈니스 통합 표준들이 수용될 수 있도록 이들 표준들을 비교 분석하여 기본적 인 실행 요소들을 정의하였으며, 이를 처리할 수 있으면서도 향후 확장성을 가지는 프로세스 엔진을 개발하였다. 또한 이러한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼의 검증을 위하여 웹수주 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업간 협업을 위한 비즈니스 통합의 수준을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

New trends such as electronic commerce, virtual organizations, e-business applications, etc. increase the dependence of production management on information software systems and contribute to the needs for global, distributed object systems. This paper presents a component based approach for production management systems under the multi-tier distributed information system architecture using UML(Unified Modeling Language), CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) and XML(eXtensible Markup Language) technologies, and propose rules for mapping a UML class diagram to a XML DTD (Document Type Definition). And we adapt it to the prototype system implementation. The components are implemented by CORBA and we use XML messages for the information exchange between components.

In traditional approach, enterprise-wide consistent security policy enforcement for applications is very difficult task. Therefore, industry is now moving towards new unified enterprise application security concept that consist of centralized authentication and authorization mechanism. The eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML); an XML-based standard defined by OASIS, is most suitable choice which can support centralized, role based, context aware access control mechanism. It is designed to provide universal standard for writing authorization policies and access control request/response language for managing access to the resources. This paper includes a brief overview on XACML and discusses its benefits, limitations and a data flow process. We propose a new generic access control architecture that supports enterprise wide centralized application level access control mechanism using XACML. The other benefits which can be achieved through this architecture are, reduce adnministration cost and complexity, support of heterogeneous computing platforms, centralized monitoring system, automatic fail over, scalability and availability, open standard based solution and secure communication.

A Systematic Wealth Management Framework (SWMF) was developed as a private banking management tool to enable more integrative personal finance management of personal wealth. It is a reference model that provides an unified framework for development, operation, and management and makes provision for personal financial services in today's complex financial environment. This study suggested some practical results from banks and insurance companies that have established SWMF as the differentiation business strategy for wealthy customers. The focus of this manuscript is on capturing the methodological approach most financial institutions in Korea adopted to execute new e-finance planning and implementation based on the SWMF. The alignment between the wealth management business goals and information system architecture at an organization constitutes the main theoretical basis of the study. Relevant discussions are made on the wealth management framework as a general business model for financial industry, on the functional relationship between new information systems and business organizations. Finally, lessons learned from the SWMF implementation are discussed.

현재 화차를 이용하여 화물을 운송하는 철도 물류는 국내 화물 물동량의 $10{\sim}20%$ 가량을 담당하고 있다. 철도물류 사용자인 운송사(화주 포함) 또는 내륙화물기지는 철도물류 업무를 처리하기 위해 EDI(XML)를 통해 문서를 전송하거나 WEB을 통해 데이터를 입력하고 있다. 그러나 점차 e-비즈니스 환경이 활성화됨에 따라 기존 철도물류 업무에 대한 개선이 요구되고 있다. 또한 확장성 있는 ebXML 기반의 스키마 형식의 사용이 확산되면서 DTD 구조의 전자문서를 XML 스키마 형태로 개선할 필요성도 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도물류업무 개선을 위한 철도물류 정보 표준을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존 비즈니스 프로세스를 재정의 하여 불필요한 업무를 개선하고, 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링으로 철도 물류 액티비티를 정의해서 최종 정보 모델을 도출한다. 또한 도출된 정보 모델에 따라 새로운 전자문서를 설계할 수 있도록 비즈니스 정보 개체를 정의하였으며, 철도물류 정보시스템의 개선된 구조도 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 철도물류 비즈니스에 효율적이고 확장성 있는 업무 절차를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
