A Study on the Design and Evaluation of the Model of MyCyberLibrary for a Customized Information Service (맞춤정보서비스를 위한 MyCyberLibrary 모형 설계와 평가에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data for providing library information services of high quality with clients, by designing the model of MyCyberLibrary and evaluating it. The model of MyCyberLibrary was constructed based on the survey results on the information-seeking behavior of users and on the review of the existing mylibraries'functions. The model is implemented into the prototype system which consists of nine modules. Finally, we evaluated the proposed system via mail questionnaires, and proposed three suggestions to make this system a much more comprehensive and effective one.

Isolation of Enterobacteriaceae from bile, urine and intestine in slaughtered pigs and its susceptibility to antibiotics (도축돈의 담즙, 뇨 및 장관에서 장내세균의 분리 및 항생물질 감수성)

  • Seventy-nine strains of Enterobacteriaceae isolated from 117 slaughtered pigs (bile, urine, small intestine, cecum and rectum) in 1995 were examined for biotypes and susceptibility to 19 antibiotics with MicroScan WalkAway 40/96. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Among the twenty-two species isolated from the samples, Proteus mirabilis, E. coli and Enterobacter cloacae were commonly encountered. 2. The distribution frequency of isolates from cecum, small intestine, rectum, bile, and urine was 31(38.8%), 25(31.3%), 18(22.8%), 3(3.7% ), and 2(2.5% ), respectively. 3. A majority of isolates were sensitive to 16 antibiotics, singly or in combination. And these isolates were commonly susceptible to various antibiotics such as Cp, Ts, Azt, Caz, To, Gm, Cfz, Crm, Am and Cfx, in order. Whereas the Salmonella spp was susceptible to Cf, Ti and Pi, and Proteus mirabilis to Imp, Tim, Cft and Cz. Meanwhile, no effect was found to Cf, Ak and Cax. 4. Among the antibiotic resistant strains, a total of 17 reistant patterns was noted End of these Ak Tim 45(57.0%), Ak Am Cf Cfx Cfz Tim 8(10.1%) and Ak Ti Tim 6(7.6% ) were frequently encountered.

  • 전자상거래는 우리나라 뿐 아니라 여러 선진국에서 새로운 비즈니스 환경으로 급속히 개발 되고 있으며, 아울러 기업에게 위협 요인과 동시에 새로운 기회로 다가오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 전자상거래 모델에서 벗어나 쇼핑몰 관련 그룹을 제조. 유통. 생산업체인 공급자(B)그룹과 제품을 공급받아 소비자에게 직접 판매하는 도·소매(B)그룹 그리고 제품을 구매하는 소비자(C)그룹으로 나누고 서로 윈 윈(Win Win) 할 수 있는 효과적인 전자상거래 모델(B2B2C)의 사례를 연구하고자 한다. 이러한 기업 공동 B2B2C 전자상거래 모델을 웹 어플리케이션 전문제작회사인 D개발회사가 본 시스템 솔루션에 2개월을 소요·개발하여 적용한 결과 고객은 온라인-오프라인 상에서 상호적으로 대응 할 수 있었고, 제품에 대한 품질보증 역할을 더할 수 있어 기존 단골 고객을 중심으로 효율적인 수익을 창출 할 수 있는 전자 상거래 모델을 구축하였다. 즉, 기존의 오프라인의 점 조직 형태의 판매망을 통해 온라인 전자상거래와 상호 유기적으로 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이는 B2B2C의 새로운 전자상거래 모델 제시와 더불어 기존고객을 관리할 수 있는 CRM 도입 효과를 가져와 향후 전자상거래를 통한 온라인 유통망형성에 있어 새로운 솔루션 개발의 기반기술이 될 것이다.

  • At present, companies write daily work record or use bar-code in order to collect distribution flow data in real time. However, it needs additional works to check the record or read the bar-code with a scanner. In this case, human error could decrease accuracy of data and it would cause problems in reliability. To solve this problem, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is introduced in many automatic recognition sector recently. RFID is a technology that identification data is inserted into micro-mini IC chip and recognize, trace, and manage object, animal, or person using wireless frequency. This is being emerged as the core technology in future ubiquitous environment. This study is intended to suggest RFID application method in franchise business. Traceability and visibility of individual product are supplied based on EPCglobal network. It includes DW system which supplies various assessment data about product in supply chain, financial transaction system which is based on product transaction and position information, and RFID middleware which refines and divides product data from RFID tag. With the suggested application methods, individual product's profile data are supplied in real time and it would boost reliability to customer and make effective cooperation with existing operation systems (SCM, CRM, and e-Business) possible.

Determining the optimal number of cases to combine in a case-based reasoning system for eCRM

  • Case-based reasoning (CBR) often shows significant promise for improving effectiveness of complex and unstructured decision making. Consequently, it has been applied to various problem-solving areas including manufacturing, finance and marketing. However, the design of appropriate case indexing and retrieval mechanisms to improve the performance of CBR is still challenging issue. Most of previous studies to improve the effectiveness for CBR have focused on the similarity function or optimization of case features and their weights. However, according to some of prior researches, finding the optimal k parameter for k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) is also crucial to improve the performance of CBR system. Nonetheless, there have been few attempts which have tried to optimize the number of neighbors, especially using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. In this study, we introduce a genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize the number of neighbors to combine. This study applies the new model to the real-world case provided by an online shopping mall in Korea. Experimental results show that a GA-optimized k-NN approach outperforms other AI techniques for purchasing behavior forecasting.

Consumer confusion, shopping fatigue, and negative purchasing behavior in internet shopping environment (인터넷 쇼핑환경에서의 소비자 혼란과 쇼핑 피로감이 부정적 구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the effects of consumer confusion on shopping fatigue and negative purchasing behaviors in an internet shopping environment. Further, the effects of shopping fatigue on negative purchasing behaviors were analyzed. The survey was conducted among consumers in their 20s and 40s in the Seoul metropolitan area who had experience of purchasing fashion products through internet shopping. A total of 392 questionnaire were analysis, with frequency, reliability, factor, correlation, and regression analysis completed using the SPSS statistics program. The results of the study showed that consumer confusion and shopping fatigue in internet shopping environment affected negative purchasing behaviors. First, consumer confusion comprised overload confusion, similarity confusion, and ambiguity confusion. It was found that overload confusion and similarity confusion significantly affected shopping fatigue. Second, shopping fatigue significantly affected negative purchasing behaviors, and an increased level of shopping fatigue result in, increased purchase delay and non-purchase behavior. Third, consumer confusion (overload confusion, similarity confusion, ambiguity confusion) significantly affected purchase delay behavior, while similarity confusion and ambiguity confusion significantly affected non-purchasing behavior. These results will provide useful data for e-CRM and marketing directions of internet companies and will contribute to rational decision-making of internet consumers and improve the quality of consumer life.

  • The success of a product is only possible on the basis of user preference for products and the user preference for products is greatly influenced by the design. Designers have to understand user preference and convert it into the combination of specified design attribute, and after that they should design products which have the image that they want to get. Then the product will be sure to be a hit. Therefore, on the point of view of design, it is necessary to find oui definitely the consumer preference frame : the relationship among design preference - design images - design attribute. This study will give you guidelines on which designers can select and design some more objective and reliable design factors, finding out the relation of cause and effect by which they can know what kind of product designs their consumers like and how the popular image which that products offer is composed of. Therefore, in this study, after we developed the consumer response framework which is proposed by Bloch(1995) : distinct relationship model among preference - design image adjective - design factors, we analyzed the relationship among preference-design image adjective - design factors through the empirical researches. And then we give the way of design.

  • 근래 정보 시스템의 흐름은 생산 분야의 관리뿐만 아니라, 고객과의 관계를 중시하는 CRM(Costumer Relation Management)과 공급업체와의 협업 관계를 유지하는 eProcurement시스템에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 즉, 기존에는 단위 생산 시스템의 관리에 중점을 두었지만 최근에는 그 외부 요소들에 대한 관리의 중요성을 인식하게 되었고 이를 통징하여 공급망 관리(SCM Supply Chain Management)라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 공급망 관리에서 필요한 생산 계획수립 문제에 대해서 살펴본다. 특히 고객과의 관계에서 중요한 기능인 납기 회답을 지원하는 생산 계획 수립의 실행 주기에 대해서 살펴본다. 첫째, 단위 생산 시스템에서 사용하는 작업지시(Work Order)와 구매 지시(Purchase Order)를 생성하는 정규계획 모델에 대해서 설명한다. 정규계획 모델에서 필요로 하는 정적 정보와 동적 정보의 수집 및 계획의 실행을 담당하는 ERP 시스템과의 관계에 대해서 정의하고 정규계획 모델의 운영 주기를 정의한다. 둘째, 정규계획 모델과 상호 협조하면서 납기 회답을 지원하는 납기회답 모델의 설계에 대해서 살펴본다. 정규계획 모델과 달라지는 입력 부분의 정의와 정규계획 모델과의 상호 관계를 정의한다. 다음으로, 정해진 납기를 지키기 위해서 정규계획 모델에서 고려래야 하는 요소에 대해서 알아본다. 가장 중요한 것으로 작업 부하와 생산 용량을 고려한 계획 일자(PST)와 고객 납기와 제조 공정 LT를 고려한 계획 일자(LPST)중 최소값을 원자재의 납기 일자로 사용하는 것을 제안한다. 동시에 신규 구매 지시 계획을 생성하기보다는 기존에 발생된 구매 지시의 우선적 사용과 기존 구매 지시의 납기 일자를 고객 납기에 가장 잘 맞출 수 있도록 변경하는 방안을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다.

  • The rapid growth of e-commerce has made both companies and customers face a new situation. Whereas companies have become to be harder to survive due to more and more competitions, the opportunity for customers to choose among more and more products has increased. So, the recommender systems that recommend suitable products to the customer have an important position in E-commerce. This research introduces collaborative filtering based recommender system which helps customers find the products they would like to purchase by producing a list of top-N recommended products. The suggested methodology is based on decision tree, product taxonomy, and association rule mining. Decision tree is used to select target customers, who have high possibility of purchasing recommended products. We applied the recommender system to a Korean department store. The methodology is evaluated with the analysis of a real department store case and is compared with other methodologies.

A Study on Consumer Trust Building in an Internet Marketplace (인터넷 오픈마켓 거래안전 요인과 소비자신뢰의 관계 연구)

  • Internet B2C marketplace such as 'Auction', 'G Market', 'Daum onket' etc.(called open market) has grown sharply in sales about yearly 100% rate increase in recent 1-2 years in Korea. Although Open marketplace has much reputation and the customer loyalty, almost of merchants participated in open market, which size in sales are medium/small, has poor reputation and trust. Consumers, who have to get in touch with untrustworthy merchants for trade in openmarket, perceive high trade risk which undergo the monetary damages such as 'merchandise never received'. This examines what factors consumer trust develop in online marketplace. This study explores several perceived risk factors in an open market by factor analysis and multi-regression to prove the relationships between the degree of trust for the merchants and the perceived trade risk. 133 data collected from the open market user data in this survey. In this study, the consumer's trade satisfaction in open market is low by 4.2 point degree of 7 point likert scale. and perceives 4 trade risk factors such as (1) 'failure to honor warranty or guarantee' (2) 'defective/poor goods in quality' (3) 'merchandise never received or received late' (4) 'poor information'. the degree of merchant's trust has significant relationship with the degree of perceived risk(sig. = 0.0000, $R^2=.327$) We find that the open market has to enhance the relationship marketing of trust by developing the strategies.
