  • e커머스 풀필먼트 비즈니스에서 수요예측은 매우 중요하다. 이는 고객의 온라인 주문정보를 바탕으로 풀필먼트 창고 내에서의 적정 피킹, 패킹 인력과 배송을 위한 차량의 적정규모도 산정하여 관련 비용 및 자원들 관리에 활용되기 때문이다. 특히 예측결과에 따라 인력 운영비용 및 배송에도 영향을 미치기 때문에 그 중요성이 날이 갈수록 커지고 있는 상황이다. 이런 이유로 e커머스 풀필먼트 비즈니스에 활용하기 위한 특화된 수요예측 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 멀티 조합 수요예측 기술은 풀필먼트 비즈니스에 가장 중요한 요소인 피킹과 패킹을 위한 적정 작업 인력 확보를 하고 이를 통해 안정적인 상품 출고가 가능해진다.

Development of e-Commerce System Based on Social Network Service (SNS 기반 e커머스 시스템 개발)

  • Fundamental problems of e-commerce are exaggerated advertising of products, lack of trust in products or suppliers, and false reviews. As a solution, I have merged the concept of trust service embedded in social network service(SNS) with commercial domain to develop a new type of service called "Reliable SNS Commerce Service". The contents developed in this paper are as follows: first, online community functions for users to provide services; second, commerce functions; and third, functions for linking SNS and commerce. Through the reliability information presented in this paper, the seller provides more reliable and objective purchase information to the buyer about the sales items, thereby contributing to the sales by increasing the probability of the actual purchase. The buyer can purchase the higher-quality products with confidence. The service providers can gain the reputation as a reliable site for purchasing members. In conclusion, this paper provides a positive effect to all the participants, which will contribute to the development of a new commerce market and activation of electronic commerce.

  • In this study, there are regional limitations for the fine dust data provided by public data to represent the wide area air quality. It is about a method that can provide detailed data in a specific area beyond location restrictions. The goal of this implementation is to mount the IoT-based fine dust sensor on a quadcopter that can fly autonomously beyond the positional limitations of the current measuring station, which is fixed, and quickly move the fire-generating area and the area of rapid fine dust to make detailed measurements. Through this, the system is designed and implemented to enable the fundamental analysis of the occurrence. We designed a QDMS system and proposed a method to measure detailed changes in fine dust at a specific location through manufacturing and experiments.

  • This study is a study on improving the pedestrian Care system, which delivers jaywalking events in real time to the autonomous driving control center and Autonomous driving vehicles in operation and issues warnings and announcements to pedestrians based on pedestrian signals. In order to secure reliability of object detection method of pedestrian Care system, the inspection method combined with camera sensor with Lidar sensor and the improved system algorithm were presented. In addition, for the occurrence events of Lidar sensors and intelligent CCTV received during the operation of autonomous driving vehicles, the system algorithm for the elimination of overlapping events and the improvement of accuracy of the same time, place, and object was presented.

Effect of Live Commerce Characteristics on Purchase Intention : Focusing on the Parallel Multiple Mediating Effect of Trust and Flow (라이브 커머스 특성이 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 : 신뢰와 몰입의 이중매개 효과를 중심으로)

  • Untact marketing is being activated due to COVID-19. As a result, live commerce, an untact seller, is also active in the e-commerce market. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find out what factors influence consumers when they purchase through live commerce. In particular, since consumers' trust and flow in live commerce platforms and products is important, their mediating effects were analyzed. The research model was established by deriving common variables among the characteristics of live commerce based on previous studies. An online survey was conducted for empirical analysis. 200 users who made at least one purchase in live commerce were analyzed. The study results are as follows. Among the characteristics of live commerce, entertainment, economics, professionality were found to have a positive (+) effect on purchase intention. On the other hand, ease of use did not significantly affect purchase intention. The influence was shown in the order of entertainment, professionality and economics. The mediating effect of trust was found to play a mediating role in that entertainment, economics, and professionality affect purchase intention. On the other hand, a significant mediating effect was not tested between ease of use and purchase intention. As for the mediating effect of flow, it was found that flow plays a mediating role in that entertainment and economics affect purchase intention. On the other hand, the mediating effect of flow in terms of ease of use and economics affecting purchase intention was not tested. As for the multiple mediating effect of flow and trust, the mediating effect of flow was stronger than the mediating effect of trust when entertainment had an effect on purchase intention. In terms of professionality affecting purchase intention, the mediating effect of flow was also stronger than the mediating effect of trust. On the other hand, it was analyzed that only trust had a mediating effect when economics had an effect on purchase intention. The results of this study empirically tested that entertainment, which is a fun and interesting factor of live commerce content, is the most important factor when consumers use live commerce. In addition, various results were derived, such as cases where trust and flow act as mediators at the same time or not at all. Practical implications can be found in that it provided a clue about what to prioritize in order to reach consumers for live commerce platform.

The Effect of Influencer Characteristics on Continuous Use Intention of Live Commerce : Focusing on the Dual Mediating Effect of Interaction and Trust (라이브 커머스 인플루언서 특성이 지속 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 상호작용성과 신뢰성의 이중매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to empirically analyze the factors influencing the intention to continue using live commerce, which was active as digital contacts become more prevailed due to the progress of the 4th industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic. A research model was established by paying attention to the characteristics of influencers among various influencing factors. Influencer characteristics were subdivided into attractiveness, professionality, awareness, and entertainment. In addition, the dual mediating effect of interaction and trust was also tested between influencer's characteristics and the intention to continue using of live commerce. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting people who have experience using live commerce, and 300 valid samples were analyzed. The empirical analysis utilized SPSS 25.0 and Process Macro 4.0. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that attractiveness, professionality, awareness, and entertainment derived from the characteristics of influencers all had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to continue using live commerce. The impact of the influence of variables that directly affect the intention to continue using was in the order of entertainment, awareness, professionality, and attractiveness. On the other hand, as a result of examining the dual mediating effect of interaction and trust, it was found that they all tested a mediating role between attractiveness, professionality, awareness, entertainment, and intention to continue using live commerce. Based on these research results, the academic and practical implications of this study were presented.
