The purpose of this study is to analyze sexual images in the 21th century men's fashion, including phenomenal formative changes and characteristics. Theoretical framework was developed based on literature reviews. Photo images were collected from collections presented in 2001 to 2008 on the internet sites. By focusing on sexual image. men's fashion design was analyzed. Since 21th century, men have expressed their own fashion sense and sexual image quite freely. Men's fashion has expanded its scope into region which are not exclusively of men's traditional fashion identity realm. The result of this study is as follows: First, Noble Dandyism is common among noble dandies whose desired image is luxurious, soft, and sophisticated. Second, Bisexual Caportism is another appealing 'Youth is beautiful' trend of our modern age. Beyond age and gender, modern people pay a special attention to the Caports look which aims to project an image of healthiness, dynamism, youth, and pure balanced beauty combined with fashion. Third, Macho Narcissism enjoys showing and exposing well-trained and beautiful bodies, compared to the old masculine image which was more known for expressing an authoritative and dominant strength. Fourth, Homme Fatale Vampicism seeks to accentuate deconstructed femininity and bare legs, matted make-up, long and curly hair, especially aims to emphasize sexual charms, which naturally makes its image more fascinating.

본 연구의 목적은 실내조경공간에서의 수경시설의 도입이 이용자의 심리 및 생리에 미치는 효과를 정량적으로 분석하는 것이었다. 실험을 위해 실내에 식물로 구성된 조경공간과 수경시설이 추가된 조경공간을 조성하였다. 피험자에게 스트레스를 부여하고, 각각의 공간에서 휴식을 취하게 한 뒤 생리 및 심리적 변화를 비교한 결과, 수경시설이 설치된 조경공간에서 휴식을 취했을 때가 수축기 확장기 혈압이 유의하게 낮아졌다. SD법에 의한 의미평가에서도 수경시설이 설치된 공간이 '활기'와 '동적임', '생명력'과 '유쾌함' 등과 같은 긍정적인 의미를 주는 것으로 나타났으며, POMS(Profile of Mood States)에서는 수경요소가 심리적으로 피로 감소 및 활력 증강에 기여하였다. 이를 통해 실내조경에서 수경시설의 도입은 혈압 감소라는 생리적 변화에 기여하며, 심리 및 기분변화에도 긍정적인 효과를 보임으로써 건강에 편익을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

산업생태론과 생태론적 정책적 접근이 지역경제에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있지만, 지역 벤처생태계의 역동성과 제약점은 아직 제대로 검토되지 못하고 있다. 특히, 지역 벤처생태계의 내외적 상호작용과 협력적 메커니즘의 형성 내지 확보와 관련하여 전략적 중개활동에 대한 부가적인 연구가 필요한 상태에 있다. 본 연구는, 대구 경북지역의 벤처실태 분석을 토대로, 지역 벤처생태계의 내재적 제약으로서의 네트워크 현황, 산업기술상의 외재적 변화흐름과 지역적 현황으로서의 혁신 방향 방식 결과, 그리고 관련 지역적 수요 측면 등에서 지역 벤처생태계에서 전략적 중개활동의 필요성을 밝힌다. 특히, 지역 벤처생태계에서 네트워크 인프라 취약성 보완측면, 산업기술의 외재적 변화흐름과의 미스매치 현상 대처측면, 그리고 내생적 역량강화 추세 부응측면 등에서 전략적 중개활동의 역할 내용 및 범위 등을 탐색한다.

Architecture and Fashion mutually affects the shape and appearance of the other as an art of space according to the hybrid trends. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find the correlations between the characteristics of traditional architecture types in Southeast Asia and modern fashion. Firstly, characteristics of the types obtained through the theoretical consideration of Southeast Asian architectural tradition include vertical, symmetrical, geometrical, epeated and continual structure. On the basis of these characteristics analyzed from 2013's S/S to 2015's F/W collection of Alexander McQueen, Gareth Pugh, Victor & Rolf, designers with strong creative and experimental minds who juxtaposed designs of two opposing points as well as hybrids since 2000, the following formativeness exists. First, the vertical structure of high floor is represented as a straight silhouette, a color contrast, vertical cut or wrinkle. Hence, it impresses verticality, rhythm, etc. Second, symmetrical structure of the gable roof is represented as a trapezoidal shape starting from the shoulder line or neck line widened into sleeves, impressing symmetry, dynamism, etc. Third, the geometry of the assembled is represented as vertical and horizontal bands or pattern pieces like puzzle, impressing geometry, three-dimensional, etc. Fourth, repeated structure of the weaving pattern is represented as repetitive patterns of woven fabric or printing techniques. Thus, it impresses repeatability, harmony, etc. And lastly, continuous group structure is represented as a connection of collars or hem-lines, as well as a crossing of fabric that impresses continuity, liquidity, etc.

The purpose of this study is to review the innovation of Vidal Sassoon's hair design. His hair styling was created in 1950-60, and it was related to the Zeitgeist, 'Convulsion'. It was aesthetic reform that eliminated artificially of headdress through new design concept and high technique. It was social renovation that changed women's life through freedom, ease and mobility of hair form. Also, it was scientific innovation that emphasized improvement of hair care. Therefore this researcher set a high value on his contribution in beauty industry, and studied the formative characteristics of his hair styling. The results are as follows: The formative characteristics are classified into the simplicity of form, the mobility of construction, and the variety of color and texture. 1. The simplicity of form showed through geometric form. Vidal Sassoon's hair design had the overthrow traditional concept of femininity and beauty; in addition, it conferred freedom on not only hair itself but also women's action. 2. The naturalism and mobility of construction was found in layered and softly swinging hair made up by skillful cutting technique. It was developed by studying on the dynamism of sports in 1984 LA Olympic games. 3. The variety of color and texture showed conspicuously its visual evidence because of the simplicity of form. Especially, he borrowed factors of fine art, that is to say, form, space, texture, line, color and light, and created a performance art. His work is analyzed into an art, and he is one of the best artists.

본 연구는 역동성, 우호성, 및 복잡성을 포함하는 외식환경이 고객지향성, ‘지속적인 개선’, 및 팀웍으로 구성되는 호텔기업 조리부서의 6시그마 품질경영활동에 미치는 영향과, 이 6시그마 품질경영활동이 호텔기업 조리부서 종사원의 업무몰입에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 외식환경의 역동성, 우호성, 및 복잡성은 조리부서의 고객지향성, ‘지속적인 개선’, 및 팀웍의 6시그마 품질경영활동에 영향을 미쳤고, 둘째, 이 6시그마 품질경영활동 중 ‘지속적인 개선’과 팀웍은 호텔기업 조리부서 종사원의 업무몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 이상과 같은 실증분석의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 6시그마는 호텔기업의 조리부서에 도입될 필요성이 있으며, 조리부서의 종사원의 업무몰입에 도움이 되는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 조리 상품의 특성을 고려하여 사전에 충분한 준비과정을 거쳐서 6시그마기법을 조리부서 경영에 도입한다면 프로세스 개선, 결함제거, 종사원의 업무몰입이 실현되어 경영성과를 높이는 계기가 될 것이다.

엽록체는 숙주세포에 잡아먹힌 (식균작용) 남세균이 숙주세포와 공생관계를 형성하여 온 것으로 간주된다. 엽록체 게놈은 정적이라고 이해하고 있지만 형질전환을 통하여 상동염기가 도입되면 이와는 반대로 intramolecular homologous recombination에 의해 subgenomic circle을 만드는 등 매우 다이나믹하다는 것이 최근에 증명되고 있다. 고등식물의 엽록체 형질전환은 핵 형질전환에서 기대할 수 없는 여러 이점을 제공한다. 예컨대, transgene의 발현율을 높일 수 있고, transgene들을 polycistronic하게 발현할 수 있으며, 도입된 transgene이 모계유전을 하게 된다는 것 등이다. 담배는 엽록체 형질전환의 모델 식물로 사용되어 왔으나 최근에는 벼, 대두, 면화 등 다른 주요 작물의 형질전환도 가능하게 되었다. 엽록체 형질전환된 작물은 미생물을 이용하여 고부가가치 단백질을 생산하는 생물반응기를 향후 대체할 수 있게 될 것이다.

본 연구는 사회적 담론의 형성, 발전, 변화 과정을 공간적 모델의 관점에서 분석함으로써 상이한 담론들 간 상호적으로 작용하는 권력관계의 복합성과 유연성, 역동성을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사회적 담론 공간은 내부/외부라는 차별구조를 갖는다. 그리고 개별담론이 사회적으로 지각, 인지, 통용되기 위해 공간 내부에 진입해야 하며, 권력 획득 정도에 따라 사회적 담론공간 내에 중심부/주변부라는 불균등한 위치성을 갖는다. 따라서 사회적 담론공간 에서는 다차원적인 권력관계가 다방향적으로 작용한다. 하지만 후기 자본주의의 실제 정치과정에서 신자유주의적 정치권력과 신보수주의적 문화권력이 대두하면서, 사회적 담론공간이 개인주의적 소비주의나 획일적인 집단주의로 동질화되고 양분되는 경향을 보여왔다. 더불어 선택적이고 차별적인 문화적 시민권이 사회적 담론공간을 규제하는 기능을 담당하게 되었다. 이러한 맥락에서 미시권력과 거대권력 혹은 보수주의와 자유주의가 충돌하는 권력의 중첩지점, 즉 지배권력 대한 타자적 위치가 저항적인 개별담론들이 성장할 수 있는 대안적 공간으로서 고려되어야 한다. 나아가 타자의 담론이 사회적으로 생산되고 전달될 수 있는 민주적인 담론공간을 구성하는 것이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is the image of clothing according to the change of the dots' interval was analyzed and its influence on the formation of the image of polka dots clothing was investigated. White waterdrop patterns were designed on the 12 kinds of black texture using Photoshop and CAD program in regular arrangement of diamond figure, composed of white waterdrop(0.5 cm, 1.0 cm, 1.5 cm and 2 cm in diameter) and interval(diameter : interval - 1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 4). Applying above specification, the photograph stimulus of 12 kinds of X-line one-piece dress with wide square neckline and without sleeve or detailed ornament was presented on a screen in the same size as when putting it on. The image of polka dots clothes was investigated by questionnaire survey. The object of the study was 320 females aged between 16 and 29. Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ verication and two-way ANOVA using SPSS 10.0 were carried out for data analysis. The research finding are as follows. First, the image of polka dots clothing consists of 4 factors as aesthetics, brevity, dynamism and lightweight. Secondly, the interval of the dot has a great influence on the formation of the image of polka dots clothing. Lastly, the evaluations of the image of polka dots clothing were different depending on the age and physical image, the personal characteristics of the object of investigation.

Background: Ginsenosides accumulation responses to temperature are critical to quality formation in cold-dependent American ginseng. However, the studies on cold requirement mechanism relevant to ginsenosides have been limited in this species. Methods: Two experiments were carried out: one was a multivariate linear regression analysis between the ginsenosides accumulation and the environmental conditions of American ginseng from different sites of China and the other was a synchronous determination of ginsenosides accumulation, overall DNA methylation, and relative gene expression in different tissues during different developmental stages of American ginseng after experiencing different cold exposure duration treatments. Results: Results showed that the variation of the contents as well as the yields of total and individual ginsenosides Rg1, Re, and Rb1 in the roots were closely associated with environmental temperature conditions which implied that the cold environment plays a decisive role in the ginsenoside accumulation of American ginseng. Further results showed that there is a cyclically reversible dynamism between methylation and demethylation of DNA in the perennial American ginseng in response to temperature seasonality. And sufficient cold exposure duration in winter caused sufficient DNA demethylation in tender leaves in early spring and then accompanied the high expression of flowering gene PqFT in flowering stages and ginsenosides biosynthesis gene PqDDS in green berry stages successively, and finally, maximum ginsenosides accumulation occurred in the roots of American ginseng. Conclusion: We, therefore, hypothesized that cold-induced DNA methylation changes might regulate relative gene expression involving both plant development and plant secondary metabolites in such cold-dependent perennial plant species.
