빠른 기술 변화와 시장 불확실성으로 대표되는 동적 환경 하에서 시장 선도 기업들이 지속적인 경쟁 우위와 혁신에 성공하기 위한 요인은 산업계와 학계 공동의 중요한 관심사이다. 자원기반이론에서 발전한 동태적 역량관점이 이러한 경쟁 우위에 대한 설명으로 주목받고 있지만, 개념적 합의와 세부 구성요소들에 대한 체계화된 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 동태적 역량에 대한 포괄적인 개념 모델을 도출하기 위해, 체계적 문헌 분석을 실시했으며, 키워드 기반의 문헌 탐색을 통해 238개 관련 문헌을 수집하고, 본 연구의 목적에 적합한 59개의 문헌을 최종 선택해서 동태적 역량의 핵심 요소들을 분석했다. 각 문헌으로부터 도출된 동태적 역량의 세부 항목들은 sensing, seizing, reconfiguring 단계에서의 조직 학습 역량과 전략적 선택 역량으로 분류할 수 있었다. 또한, 탐색적 연구에서 도출한 개념 연구 프레임워크를 바탕으로 선도 기업들의 경쟁 우위 원천을 분석함으로써, 향후 실증 분석을 위한 토대를 마련할 수 있었다.

Colour tone, lustre, surface roughness of fabrics are very important factors in pursue of the beauty of external appearance, namely aesthetic appearance, and the dynamic functionality of fabric used to clothe the human body. Drape is one of many factors that influence the aesthetic appearance of fabric and has an outstanding effect on the formal beauty of fabric. For this reason, the measurement and understanding of drape is required to specify the performance of fabric used in clothing. (omitted)

Latticed domes take form a curved surface by arranged members with certain patterns. For this reason, it is possible for the characteristics of vibration to complicate by change of various parameters of dome; grid-pattern, boundary condition and ratio of radius-height etc. Therefore, it is important to clarify the effect by these parameters before generalized dynamic response analysis. So this study deals with free vibration analysis of latticed domes and makes clear an effect of shape coefficient, that is, geometrical characteristics of latticed domes, on the vibration characteristics.

Haze is an extreme reason of the reduction of contrast when capturing image in the outdoor. Recently, there are several single image dehazing techniques, but they are not robust in dynamic variations of natural environment caused by the thickness, coverage of haze and appearance of sunlight. In this paper, we propose an effective and robust method to restore degradation of hazy image. Compare with conventional methods, our proposal have better performance and computation time.

We, Human beings, use both powers of reason and emotion simultaneously, which surely help us to obtain flexible adaptability against the dynamic environment. We assert that this principle can be applied into the general system. That is, it would be possible to improve the adaptability by covering a digital oriented information processing system with analog oriented emotion layer. In this paper, we proposed a vertical slicing model with an emotion layer in it. And we showed that the emotion-based control allows us to improve the adaptability of a system at least under some conditions.

In this paper, while 2-or 3-phase induction motor is driven with balance and no noise driving at dynamic and steady state condition. Single-phase induction motor is driven with pulsating torque except specific driving point. So we analyze the reason of producing pulsating torque with the view of unsymmetring concept. These results are applied to the design of high efficincy, high quality single-phase induction motor.

In this paper we propose algorithms for high resolution image sequence interpolation. Image sequences, in general, are assumed to have greater amount of information than a still image. By this reason, image sequences can be used to improve the resolution of interpolated image sequences. Therefore the proposed algorithms can be the theoretical basis for interpolating dynamic image sequences. In order to demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithms, experimental results using both synthetic and real test images are presented.
