게임 환경에서의 지능형 다중 에이전트 개발 (Development of Intelligent Multi-Agent in the Game Environment)

  • 다중 에이전트 시스템에 대한 연구는 최근 다양한 분야에서 활성화 되고 있으며, 복잡한 시스템의 제어 및 최적화에 관한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 게임 환경에서의 NPC(Non-Player Character) 시뮬레이션을 위한 다중 에이전트 시스템을 개발한다. 시스템 개발의 목적은 동적 이산사건 영역의 상황을 추론하여 신속하고 정확한 판단을 제공하고 에이전트 시스템의 최적화 과정을 보다 손쉽게 도와주는데 있다. 이를 위한 에이전트 시스템의 기본 모델은 페트리넷을 활용하여 구조를 단순화 하고 퍼지 추론엔진을 사용하여 다양한 상황을 결정할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구 시스템의 실험은 NPC간의 가상 전장 상황을 묘사하며, 퍼지 규칙이 적용된 에이전트와 유한 상태 기계로 구현된 NPC를 시뮬레이션 하여 에이전트의 승률과 생존율을 산출하였다. 실험 결과 퍼지 규칙 기반 에이전트의 승률과 생존율이 유한 상태 기계로 구현된 NPC보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.

ALM-FNN을 이용한 IPMSM 드라이브의 HIPI 제어기 (HIPI Controller of IPMSM Drive using ALM-FNN)

  • 종래의 고정된 이득을 가진 PI 제어기는 지령속도, 부하변화 등과 같은 파라미터 변동에 대해서 매우 민감하다. IPMSM 드라이브의 정확한 속도제어는 비선형적인 전자기적 발생저항뿐만 아니라 회전자 속도와 권선저항사이의 비선형적 관계 때문에 복잡한 문제점이 있다. 따라서 광범위한 동작상태에서 최적 제어를 위해 PI 제어기의 이득값을 실시간으로 조절해야한다. 본 논문은 FNN과 ALM을 이용하여 IPMSM 드라이브의 HIPI 제어기를 제시한다. 제시된 제어기는 ANN을 이용하여 속도를 추정하고, 시스템 외란에 대해서 IPMSM 드라이브의 고성능 속도제어를 제시한다. PI 제어기의 이득값은 모든 동작상태에서 ALM-FNN에 의해 최적화 되어진다. 제시된 제어기는 다양한 동작상태에 대한 분석을 통해 타당성을 입증한다.

  • This paper proposes a confronting feedback control structure and controllers for positive output elementary super lift Luo converters (POESLLCs) working in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM). The POESLLC offers the merits like high voltage transfer gain, good efficiency, and minimized coil current and capacitor voltage ripples. The POESLLC working in DCM holds the value of not having right half pole zero (RHPZ) in their control to output transfer function unlike continuous conduction mode (CCM). Also the DCM bestows superlative dynamic response, eliminates the reverse recovery troubles of diode and retains the stability. The proposed control structure involves two controllers respectively to control the voltage (outer) loop and the current (inner) loop to confront the time-varying ON/OFF characteristics of variable structured systems (VSSs) like POESLLC. This study involves two different combination of feedback controllers viz. the proportional integral controller (PIC) plus sliding mode controller (SMC) and the fuzzy logic controller (FLC) plus SMC. The state space averaging modeling of POESLLC in DCM is reviewed first, then design of PIC, FLC and SMC are detailed. The performance of developed controller combinations is studied at different working states of the POESLLC system by MATLAB-Simulink implementation. Further the experimental corroboration is done through implementation of the developed controllers in PIC 16F877A processor. The prototype uses IRF250 MOSFET, IR2110 driver and UF5408 diodes. The results reassured the proficiency of designed FLC plus SMC combination over its counterpart PIC plus SMC.

  • This paper presents a new speed control scheme of the spindle induction motor (IM) using fuzzy-logic control in fold weakening region. The implementation of the proposed FLC-based spindle IM are investigated and compared to those obtained from the conventional PI controller based drive system, we have confirmed good simulation and experimental results at different dynamic operating conditions such as sudden change in command speed, step change, etc.

  • This paper is to establish an appropriate model for predicting the temperature decreases in the batch transferred from the refining process to the caster in steel-making companies. Mathematical modeling of the temperature decreases between the processes is difficult, since the reaction mechanism by which the temperature changes in a molten steel batch is dynamic, uncertain and complex. Three soft computing techniques are examined using the same data, namely the multiple regression, fuzzy regression, and neural net (NN) models. To compare the accuracy of these three models, a limited number of input variables are selected from those variables significantly affecting the temperature decrease. The results show that the difference in accuracy between the three models is not statistically significant. Nonetheless, the NN model is recommended because of its adaptive ability and robustness. The method presented in this paper allows the temperature decrease to be predicted without requiring any precise metallurgical knowledge.

  • In This paper proposes the control algorithm for quadruped robots on irregularly sloped uneven surface. Body balance is important in stable running locomotion. Since the body balance is determined by the forces applied at the feet during touchdown phase, the ground reaction force is controlled for stable running. To control the forces at each foot, the desired force is generated. The generated desired force is compared with actual contact force, then, the difference between them modifies the foot trajectory. The desired force is generated by combination of the rate change of the angular and linear momentum at flight. Then the rate change of momentum determines each force distribution. The distribution of the force is carried out by fuzzy logic. The computer simulation is carried out with the commercial software RecurDyn$^{(R)}$. Dynamic model simulation program show that the stable running on the irregularly sloped uneven surface are accomplished by the proposed method.

  • The tracking system on the moving vehicle is made up of two parts. One is a stabilizer which is flatting the system against the moving vehicle, the other is a tracker which is tracking the target. This makes use of the geometric information of the tracking target and that utilizes the dynamic information of the moving vehicle equipping the tracking system. Especially the stabilizer is very important for an ocean vehicle affected by wave, wind, and current. In this paper, the stabilizer of sun tracking system for a ship is developed.

  • The Ionic Polymer Metal Composite (IPMC) is one of the electroactive polymer (EAP) have potential application as micro actuators. In this study, IPMC is used as actuator to control of the direction for the endscopic microcapsule. Because it bends in water and wet conditions by applying a low voltage (1∼3 V) to its surfaces. The basic characteristics and the static modeling of IPMC are discussed. Also the dynamic modeling is performed using the Lagrange' equation. Computer simulation results show that the performed modeling guarantee similarity of actual system.

  • The problem of optimal stochastic GA control of the system with uncertain parameters and unsure noise covariates is studied. First, without knowing the explicit form of the dynamic system, the open-loop determinism problem with path optimization is solved. Next, Gaussian linear quadratic controllers (LQG) are designed for linear systems that depend on the nominal path. A robust genetic neural network (NN) fuzzy controller is synthesized, which consists of a Kalman filter and an optimal controller to assure the asymptotic stability of the discrete control system. A simulation is performed to prove the suitability and performance of the recommended algorithm. The results indicated that the recommended method is a feasible method to improve the performance of active tuned mass damper (ATMD) shear buildings under random earthquake disturbances.

퍼지 제어기를 이용한 병렬 PWM 컨버터의 과도응답특성 개선 (Improvement of Dynamic Response Characteristics of Parallel PWM Converters Using Fuzzy Logic Controller)

  • 본 논문에서는 병렬 운전 PWM 컨버터의 고성능 제어를 위하여 우수한 성능을 나타내는 퍼지 제어기를 제안하고 구현하였으며, 제안된 고성능 퍼지 제어기와 Pl 제어기와의 특성 비교를 위하여 PI 제어기도 구현하였다. 시뮬레이션과 실험 결과를 통하여, 특히 부하 급변시 병렬 PWM 컨버터의 U전압 과도응답 특성과 전류제어 과도응답 특성이 기존의 PI 제어기에 비해 제안된 퍼지 제어기가 우수한 특성을 나타내고 있음을 확인하였다. 제안된 퍼지 제어기의 우수한 특성을 입증하고 실제 제품에 적용하기 위하여 7.5kW PWM 컨버터 2대를 병렬 연결한 15kW PWM 컨버터를 구현하고 실험하였다.
