MIC-TFT의 Single, Dual Gate의 전기적 특성

  • In this work we compared the electrical characteristic of single gate and dual gate in MIC-TFT. We fabricated p-channel TFTs based on MIC structure. In mobility, dual gate ($61.35cm^2/Vsec$) got a higher value than single gate ($55.96cm^2/Vsec$). In $I_{on}/I_{off}$ dual gate ($6.94{\times}10^6$) got a higher value than single gate ($1.72{\times}10^6$) too. In $I_{off}$, dual gate got a lower value than single gate. Therefore, dual gate is good and less power consumption than single gate.

하이브리드 프로토타입 듀얼 로드 셀 구조 개발 (Development of Hybrid Prototype Dual Load Cell Structure)

  • We have developed the hybrid prototype load cell structures. These developed load cell structures may increase the reliability of the load sensing by deriving the load values through the double sensing method through the vertical maximum deflection and bending stress of the simple beams. For this purpose, the structure design was performed so that the load value, the deflection and stress value could be output to the same value through the optimal structure design. The structurally designed dimensions reaffirmed the accuracy of the design through the structural analysis program and the matching of the load value and the deflection value. Based on the designed structural dimension, the prototype form was constructed through laser cutting and production using hot rolled steel materials. The developed prototype load cell structure can be used as good educational material in various subjects such as material mechanics, steel structure design, measurement engineering, and mechatronics engineering. It is also believed that the measurement system ideas can inform the occurrence of errors in the event of a problem, and if a major accident caused by a sensing error is predicted, it will show good utilization to prevent accidents.

  • Synchronization phenomena of chaos observed in a dual-structured system is presented. The system is consisting of two identical piecewise-linear systems and the simple coupling between the two systems enables the synchronization of the chaotic behavior. An application of the proposed dual-structure to a real power system for the parameter value identification is also presented.

Compact Printed Monopole Antenna With Inverted L-shaped Slot for Dual-band Operations

  • In this paper, we proposed a compact printed monopole antenna with an inverted L-shaped slot for dual-band operations. Two operating frequency bands are achieved with the use of an inverted L-shaped slot etched on the radiating strip for bandwidth enhancement and a defected ground structure for return loss improvement in the higher frequency band. The measured results showthat the proposed antenna has impedance bandwidths (S11< -10 dB) of 270 MHz (1.81-2.08 GHz) and 340 MHz (2.36-2.70 GHz), covering the required bandwidths for PCS (1850.5-1989.5 MHz), CDMA 2000 (1850-1990 MHz), TD-SCDMA (1880-2025 MHz) and 2.4 GHz WLAN (2400-2484 MHz). The measured return loss of the proposed antenna has a good value of approximately 27.2 dB at 2.4 GHz WLAN. The antenna's peak gains also have a high value of 1.92 dBi at 2 GHz and 2.12 dBi at 2.45 GHz. The proposed antenna shows omnidirectional radiation patterns over the entire frequency range of interest.

상부와 하부 IrMn층을 갖는 단일구조 및 이중구조 거대자기저항-스핀밸브 다층박막의 자기적 특성 비교 분석 (Magnetoresistance of Single-type and Dual-type GMR-SV Multilayer Thin Films with Top and Bottom IrMn Layer)

  • 반강자성체인 IrMn 박막이 삽입된 4가지 다른 유형으로 GMR-SV 다층박막을 Corning glass 위에 이온빔 증착 시스템과 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 시스템으로 제조하였다. 모든 박막시료는 진공 열처리 후 측정한 major 및 minor 자기저항(MR) 곡선으로부터 자기적 특성을 조사하였다. IrMn 박막이 삽입된 상부층의 이중구조(dual-type structure) GMR-SV 다층박막에서 고정층의 교환결합력($H_{ex}$)과 보자력($H_c$), 자유층의 보자력과 상호교환결합력($H_{int}$)은 각각 410 Oe, 60 Oe, 1.6 Oe, 7.0 Oe이었다. 2개의 자유층에 의한 히스테리시스 곡선은 안정된 사각비를 형성하였으며, 자기저항비(MR(%))는 3.7 %와 5.0 %의 합으로 8.7 %이었다. 그리고 평균 자장민감도(MS)가 2.0 %/Oe을 유지하고 있었다. 반면에 IrMn 박막이 삽입된 하부층의 단일구조와 이중구조 GMR-SV 다층박막의 자기적 특성은 IrMn 박막이 삽입된 상부층의 단일구조와 이중구조 GMR-SV 다층박막보다 훨씬 저하하게 나타내었다. 이중구조 GMR-SV 다층박막의 강자성체인 고정층과 자유층의 자화 스핀배열을 서로 반평행 상태에서 독립적인 이중 스핀 의존산란(Spin-dependent Scattering) 효과에 의해 MR은 최대값을 나타내었다.

제한용량이 있는 설비입지결정 문제에 대한 적응형 평균치교차분할 알고리즘 (Adaptive Mean Value Cross Decomposition Algorithms for Capacitated Facility Location Problems)

  • In this research report, we propose a heuristic algorithm with some primal recovery strategies for capacitated facility location problems (CFLP), which is a well-known combinatorial optimization problem with applications in distribution, transportation and production planning. Many algorithms employ the branch-and-bound technique in order to solve the CFLP. There are also some different approaches which can recover primal solutions while exploiting the primal and dual structure simultaneously. One of them is a MVCD (Mean Value Cross Decomposition) ensuring convergence without solving a master problem. The MVCD was designed to handle LP-problems, but it was applied in mixed integer problems. However the MVCD has been applied to only uncapacitated facility location problems (UFLP), because it was very difficult to obtain "Integrality" property of Lagrangian dual subproblems sustaining the feasibility to primal problems. We present some heuristic strategies to recover primal feasible integer solutions, handling the accumulated primal solutions of the dual subproblem, which are used as input to the primal subproblem in the mean value cross decomposition technique, without requiring solutions to a master problem. Computational results for a set of various problem instances are reported.

한국인의 가치구조와 행동판단에서의 이중성: 대학생, 성인 및 탈북자를 중심으로 (Duality in Value Structure and Behavioral Judgment System: Comparisons Between Undergraduates, Adults and North Korean Defectors)

  • 본 연구는 한국인의 가치구조와 행동판단에서의 이중성을 대학생, 성인 및 탈북자를 중심으로 알아보고자 했다. 이를 위해 대학생 150명(남: 89명, 여: 61명)과 40세 이상 성인 155명(남: 80명, 여: 75명) 그리고 남한 사회에서의 직접적인 일상생활 경험이 없는 탈북자 80명(남: 39명, 여: 41명)에게 설문을 실시하였다. 참가자들은 한국의 전통적 특성 7개 차원 및 이에 대응하는 서구적 특성 7개 차원에서 자신의 가치관, 자신의 행동 및 타인의 행동(대학생과 성인은 남한사람의 행동 그리고 탈북자는 북한사람의 행동)을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 탈북자, 성인 그리고 대학생 순으로 전통적 가치를 더 많이 가지고 있었으며, 서구적 가치는 서로 차이가 없는 대학생과 탈북자집단보다 성인에게 더 적었다. 또한, 탈북자의 가치구조가 서로 차이가 없는 대학생과 성인집단보다 더 이중적이었다. 행동판단에서의 이중성과 관련해서, 개인주의-집단주의 차원에서 세 집단 모두 타인의 행동보다 자신의 행동을 더 높게 평가했는데, 이것은 수평적 집단주의와 수평적 개인주의에서 자신들을 더 높게 평가했기 때문이다. 또한, 나머지 평가차원에서 이 세 집단 모두 타인의 행동을 자신의 행동보다 훨씬 더 부정적으로 평가했다. 이러한 결과들을 한국사회의 문화적 변동과 관련해서 논의하였다.

전자결합 다이폴을 이용한 편파공용 안테나 소자의 설계 (Design for Dual Polarization Antenna Element using Electromagnetic-Coupled Dipole)

  • This paper describes design for dual-linear polarization antenna using EMC(electromagnetic-coupled) dipole. EMC dipole has a simple element structure and it is fed by microstrip line. Vortical and horizontal polarization are determined by structure of dipole fed by microstrip line. FDTD Method is used for an analysis of antenna element. Length, width, height and offset of dipole are designed for 1-element antenna. Resonant length of diploe differs from the calculated value by a formula because of coupling effect of dipole and feed line. Radiation Power is controlled by the offset of dipole. In prectical fabrication of antenna array, a constant height of dipoles is required. Therefore, the teflon plate with height of 0.8 mm is considered in antenna element design for the vertical polarization.

맞벌이 가계의 재무관리 행동에 대한 탐색적 연구 - 통합재무관리와 개별재무관리를 중심으로 - (An Exploratory Study on the Financial Management Practice of Dual-Income Families - Focusing on Integrated and Individual Financial Management -)

  • In this study, the various financial management systems practiced by modem dual-income families were assessed by in-depth interviews with 6 people, 3 practicing integrated financial management and 3 practicing individual financial management. The results indicated significant differences between the two financial management methods regarding family structure, individual values, and family finances. Families that practiced individual financial management consisted of weekend couples without children who showed an individual-centered value tendency and seemed to take a positive attitude towards their future economic situation due to possession of their on stabilized financial assets. Based on these results, we can expect more families to adopt methods of individual financial management and show a wider variety in their financial planning tools which will require adequate and efficient countermeasures and strategies suitable for each financial management practice.

Transmit Antenna Selection for Dual Polarized Channel Using Singular Value Decision

  • In this paper, we focus on the potential of dual polarized antennas in mobile system. thus, this paper designs exact dual polarized channel with Spatial Channel Model (SCM) and investigates the performance for certain environment. Using proposed the channel model; we know estimates of the channel capacity as a function of cross polarization discrimination (XPD) and spatial fading correlation. It is important that the MIMO channel matrix consists of Kronecker product dividable spatial and polarized channel. Through the channel characteristics, we propose an algorithm for the adaptation of transmit antenna configuration to time varying propagation environments. The optimal active transmit antenna subset is determined with equal power allocated to the active transmit antennas, assuming no feedback information on types of the selected antennas. We first consider a heuristic decision strategy in which the optimal active transmit antenna subset and its system capacity are determined such that the transmission data rate is maximized among all possible types. This paper then proposes singular values decision procedure consisting of Kronecker product with spatial and polarize channel. This method of singular value decision, which the first channel environments is determined using singular values of spatial channel part which is made of environment parameters and distance between antennas. level of correlation. Then we will select antenna which have various polarization type. After spatial channel structure is decided, we contact polarization types which have considerable cases It is note that the proposed algorithms and analysis of dual polarized channel using SCM (Spatial Channel Model) optimize channel capacity and reduce the number of transmit antenna selection compare to heuristic method which has considerable 100 cases.
