Null designs on the poset of dual polar spaces are considered. A poset of dual polar spaces is the set of isotropic subspaces of a finite vector space equipped with a nondegenerate bilinear form, ordered by inclusion. We show that the minimum number of isotropic subspaces to construct a nonzero null t-design is ${\prod}^{t}_{i=0}(1+q^{i})$ for the types $B_N,\;D_N$, whereas for the case of type $C_N$, more isotropic subspaces are needed.

Recently, SRAO has upgraded from one-pole system software to dual-pole system software. We present the new dual-pole system software and how it works in detail. Dual-pole observation is enabled with just some commands. To do so, backend-system controls two different hardwares, proceeds two different data and make two files at one observation.

비정형격자 기반의 수치해석모형을 이용하여 지하공간침수해석모형을 개발하였다. 본 모형은 지하공간의 흐름 특성을 link-node 시스템에 의해 해석하고, 계단 및 벽구조물 등의 지하공간 구조물 배치 영향을 고려한 침수해석을 수행할 수 있다. 흐름은 두가지로 구분하며, 하나는 두 개의 인접한 격자가 지하공간에서의 지하철 노선에 해당되어 수로형 흐름을 나타내는 경우이고, 다른 하나는 지하공간에서의 지하철 노선 이외의 지점 및 지하상가 등으로 물이 확산되는 위어형 흐름인 경우이다. ArcGIS 시스템의 Visual Basic Application을 이용하여 Dual-Drainage 침수해석 모형과 지하공간침수해석 모형이 통합하였다. 개발된 통합모형은 홍수관계기관이 침수 발생이 예상되는 지점에서 홍수피해 방지를 위해 배수시스템의 용량에 대한 재설계 흑은 확장 등과 같은 대책을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있고, 침수위험지도작성 및 홍수경감대책을 수립하는데 이용될 수 있다.

This paper presents a systematic study for theoretical aspects of a unified approach to the abstract relative Fourier transforms over canonical homogeneous spaces of semi-direct product groups with Abelian normal factor. Let H be a locally compact group, K be a locally compact Abelian (LCA) group, and ${\theta}:H{\rightarrow}Aut(K)$ be a continuous homomorphism. Let $G_{\theta}=H{\ltimes}_{\theta}K$ be the semi-direct product of H and K with respect to ${\theta}$ and $G_{\theta}/H$ be the canonical homogeneous space (left coset space) of $G_{\theta}$. We introduce the notions of relative dual homogeneous space and also abstract relative Fourier transform over $G_{\theta}/H$. Then we study theoretical properties of this approach.

This paper proposes a space-polarization division multiple access (SPDMA) system that has limited feedback channels. The system simultaneously serves data streams to multiple mobile users through dual-polarized antenna arrays, by using pre-determined sets of precoding vectors that are orthogonal in both space and polarization domains. To this end, a codebook whose elements are sets of the precoding vectors is systematically designed based on the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) matrix and considering the power imbalance of polarized channels. Throughput of the SPDMA system is evaluated and compared to that of space division multiple access (SDMA) system, according to the various parameters including cross polarization discrimination (XPD). The results show that the throughput of SPDMA system outperforms that of SDMA in the environments of high XPD with many mobile users.

Conventional space vector pulse width modulation based asymmetrical dual inverter configuration produces high common mode voltage (CMV) variations. This CMV causes the flow of common mode current, which adversely affects the motor bearings and electromagnetic interference of nearby electronic systems. In this study, a simple and generalized carrier based pulse width modulation (PWM) technique is proposed for dual inverter configuration. This simple approach generates various continuous and discontinuous modulating signals based PWM algorithms. With the application of the discontinuous modulating signal based PWM algorithm to the asymmetrical dual inverter configuration, the CMV can be reduced with a slightly improved quality of output voltage. The performance of the continuous and discontinuous modulating signals based PWM algorithms is explored through both theoretical and experimental studies. Results show that the discontinuous modulating signal based PWM algorithm efficiently reduces the CMV and switching losses.

본 논문에서는 이중 로터 풍력 발전 시스템에 대한 모델링 및 성능 예측 결과를 제시하였다. 공력 모델은 블레이드 요소 및 모멘텀 이론에 근거하였으며, 시스템 동역학 모델은 다몸체 역학을 적용하였다. 이중 로터 풍력 발전 시스템의 정상 상태는 물론 이중 여자 유도 발전기를 탑재한 발전 시스템에 대하여 풍속 변화에 따른 과도 응답을 분석하였고, 로터 회전수 및 발전 출력 제어를 위하여 주 및 보조 로터의 피치각 제어 전략의 도출 및 비선형 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시하였다.

효율적인 추진기관 개발을 위해 여러 종류의 고도 보정 노즐에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 향후 듀얼 벨 노즐 연구를 위한 기초자료로서의 활용을 위해 독일 DLR에서 수행한 연구내용을 바탕으로 듀얼 벨 노즐의 주요 특성을 조사하고 핵심 변수를 도출하였다. DLR은 다양한 실험을 통해 변곡각과 천이 NPR은 비례한다는 것과 확장부 길이와 측하중은 비례하지만 천이 NPR과 천이 지속시간과는 반비례한다는 것을 밝혔다. 성능 예측 과정을 통해 노즐의 형상이 결정될 수 있고 요구 성능에 맞게 변수간의 최적화가 필요하다.

In this study, it is aimed to analyze how relationship among Blaschke vectors that the obtained formulae in [2, 3] change if parameter ruled surfaces of the spacelike line congruence are not choosed as principle ruled surfaces. Moreover, using the relation among Blaschke vectors, we obtain Manheim's and Liouville's formulae. This new method can be applied to congruences. Thus, we can obtain new formulae in lines space.
