가전제품의 하역 중 낙하충격에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dropping Shock of Household Electric Appliances during Materials Handling)

  • This study was carried out to investigate dropping shock of household electric appliances during materials handling. Microwave oven($18{\ell}$), TV(16") and washing machine(6.2kg) were singled out as the study items. From the results of dropping test by KS A 1026(General Rules of Performance Testing for Packaged Freights), relative equations were gained as follow : y=0.0863x+10.032 for microwave oven, y=0.136x+7.85 for TV and y=0.214x+5.8 for washing machine (where y is G-factor and x is Dropping height). The maximum values of dropping shock during materials handling were measured to be $11{\sim}14G$ for microwave oven, $12{\sim}15G$ for TV and $10{\sim}12G$ for washing machine. The maximum shocks of microwave oven, TV and washing machine during materials handling were corresponding to dropping shocks of dropping height 45.98cm, 52.57cm and 28.97cm by KS A 1026.

냉장고의 유통 중 진동 및 낙하충격에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vibration and Dropping Shock of Refrigerator during Physical Distribution)

  • This study was carried out to investigate vibration shock and dropping shock of refrigerator during physical distribution. The values of vibration shock were measured to be ${\sim}3G$ for up and down direction, ${\sim}0.8G$ for right and left direction and ${\sim}0.5G$ for back and forth direction on the national road. There was no damage during transport. From the results of dropping test by KS A 1026(General Rules of Performance Testing for Packaged Freights), relative equations were gained as follow : y = 0.12x + 7.63(where y is G-factor and x is Dropping height). The maximum values of dropping shock during materials handling were measured to be 11G. This shock value was corresponding to dropping shocks of dropping height 28.3cm by KS A 1026.

  • Fault dropping is a very important part of test generation process. It is used to reduce test generation time. Test generation systems use fault simulation for the purpose of fault dropping by identifying detectable faults with generated test patterns. Two kinds of delay fault model is used in practice, path delay fault model and gate delay fault model. In this paper we propose an efficient method for gate delay test generation which shares second test vector.

  • 한 제품을 만들어 시장에 내놓는 데 걸리는 시간이 짧아짐에 따라 고속 고장 진단의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고속 고장 진단을 위하여 정렬된 고장 후보 목록과 정렬된 테스트 패턴을 사용하여 고장 점수를 기준으로 고장 탈락을 시키는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 고장 탈락 방법은 고장 시뮬레이션과 매칭 알고리듬을 기반으로 하는 모든 고장 진단에 적용할 수 있다. 완전 주사 ISCAS 89 벤치마크 회로를 이용한 실험 결과는 정렬된 고장 후보 목록 및 정렬된 테스트 패턴을 적용한 고장 탈락 방법의 효율성을 보여준다.

  • One of the most frequently used method for measurement of the degree of sizing (viz., hydrophobicity) is the Stockigt test. However, the Stockigt test was influenced by various factors such as dropping height, dropping amount, dropping speed and viewing angle. The resultant data of the sizing degree on the same specimen also varied according to different testers. Thus, the Stockigt test should be modified to be regarded as a highly reliable and reproducible standard method. For modifying the Stockigt test, it was required to quantify red coloration by reaction between 1% ferric chloride and 2% ammonium thiocyante during Stockigt testing. The cameras capturing the serial images during the red coloration process were the CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)-type and CCD (Charge Coupled Device)-type cameras. For measurement based on KS M 7025, the CCD-type camera must be used due to its high resolution, and on the other hand, for measurement based on Tappi Useful Method 429, the CMOS-type camera may be used owing to its low resolution. It was needed to covert the RGB values of a droplet image into HSV(Hue, Saturation, and Value) values because the human eyes are much closer to HSV than RGB. Among HSV values, the Hue value was accepted as the most reliable index consistent with the red coloration process by excluding the surrounding conditions such as light, tester's movement etc.

최적 베어링 윤활 그리이스의 합성과 특성연구 (A Study on Synthesis and Characteristics of The Optimum Rolling Bearing Greases)

  • Rolling bearings are classified one of the most important machine elements. The various function of bearings are greatly influenced by grease, and higher performance of rolling bearing greases is required in improve bearing lubrication. Three urea/ether oil greases with identical composition were synthesized to compare the performance of these greases according to the thickener content of grease. The typical grease physical properties were investigated. And life test of these greases was conducted by FE-9 grease life tester. The characteristics of the greases before and after life test were investigated using FT-IR, microscope, OIT and TAN meter. Large differences in the grease performance depending on the content of the thickener were observed. The grease with higher content of the hickener showed higher performance such as long life time and low TAN value. After preliminary test, twelve greases were synthesized and evaluated the performance of dropping point and OIT, then optimized two greases were selected by SSRED (Six Sigma Robust Engineering Design) using dropping point and OIT data. Characteristics of the optimized two greases were on the same level with estimated value. The optimized grease by means of OIT value showed longer grease life in comparison with optimized grease by dropping point. However two greases showed higher performance than typical urea/ether oil.

렌즈 보존액 ReNuTM에 대한 안점막자극시험 (Eye Irritation Test of Lens Washing Agents as ReNuTM)

  • 렌즈 세척제인 ReNu$^{TM}$의 안자극테스트를 한국식품의약품안전청의 고시에 따라서 Draize방법(1959)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 부가해서 검사 항목의 잠재성 독성테스트를 위해서 염증세포와 비염증세포의 비율에서 역시 눈 분비물에 대한 세포도말표본사용으로 관찰하였다. 검사에서 각막, 홍채, 망막, 그리고 공막에 대한 조직학적 변화들은 역시 모든 실험동물에서 관찰되었다. 각막과 결막의 약간 자극성은 벼비척그룹에서 점안후 1, 2, 3일에서 관찰되었다. 이러한 지점에서의 안점막자극지수(MIOI)는 각각 4.17, 3.00, 1.33으로 확인되었다. 세척군에서 각막과 결막의 약간의 자극은 각각 0.67과 1.33으로서 MIOI로서 점안후 1일과 2일에서 관찰되었다. 따라서 ReNu$^{TM}$은 비자극성 물질로 생각된다. 왜냐하면 MIOI는 세척군과 비세척군 모두에서 전체 실험기간을 통해서 5.00이하로 관찰되었다. 급성안자극계수(IAOI)는 역시 4.17로서 확인되었다(점안후 일일). 일부의 예외들은 비세척군의 점안후 1일에서 분비물에서 염증세포 비율의 경향이 증가되었다. 그러나 유의성은 없었다. 한편 안분비물의 도말세포관찰에서 의미있는 변화들은 본 연구에서 관찰되었다. 부가해서 각막, 홍채, 공막 위에서 비정상조직 변화는 역시 비처리된 대군군 눈과 비교해서 ReNu$^{TM}$, 점안군에서는 탐지되지 않았다.

정밀 파종용 롤러식 배종장치의 설계 (Design of Roller-Type Metering Device for Precision Planting)

  • Scattering of seeds is one of the problems in the hill- dropping planters with a roller-type metering device. For crops like rice, corns and beans, the hill-dropping is own better for a high yield than the drill planting. The roller type metering device has been used for the drill planters and has many advantages. However, it has a problem of scattering of seeds when they are placed on rows. In this study a method was developed to design the roller type metering device fir the precision hill-droppings. Design parameters were derived to configure completely the geometries of the roller and brush. The method was applied to the design of the metering device of the rice seeding machines. The field test showed that the metering device designed by the method made a better performance of seed placement than that made by the precvious one. The method also can be applied to the design of metering devices for the precise hill-droppings of other crops.

구름베어링용 우레아계 최적 그리이스의 합성과 특성평가 (A Study on Synthesis and Characteristics of the Optimum Urea Type Greaes for Rolling Bearings)

The typical grease physical properties were investigated, and life test of these greases was conducted by FE-9 grease life tester. The grease with higher content of the thickener showed higher performance. After these preliminary test, twelve greases were synthesized and evaluated the performance of dropping point and OIT value. And optimized conditions for grease synthesis were selected by SSRED (Six Sigma Robust Engineering Design) using dropping point and OIT value respectively. The optimized grease using OIT value showed longer grease life than that using dropping point. Two greases were synthesized following the optimum synthesis conditions by means of OIT value. Then grease life and other properties of these greases were investigated. These two greasaes showed longer grease life than typical urea/ether oil grease.
