항공기용 추적레이더 시험을 위한 시험장비의 설계 및 제작 (A Design and Fabrication of Test Equipment for Airborne Tracking Radar Test)

  • This paper proposes a design and fabrication of the test equipment that is implemented as a part of the airborne tracking radar inspection under the environment of indoor simulation. This test equipment provides controlling the operation status of airborne tracking radar and replicating the velocity and range information of target by generating a variety of target signal. This is mainly composed of radar operation controller, target signal generator, horn antenna driving devices. Radar operation controller is able to perform the controlling of radar operation mode and monitoring in real time by serial communication. Target signal generator is generated doppler signal and range delayed signal using virtual target of RF-band. Horn antenna driving devices perform a role of target simulating exercise. In the end, the performance is demonstrated using experiment results of test equipment for airborne tracking radar.

  • Low fertility rates and increased life expectancy further exacerbate the process of an aging society. This is also reflected in the gradual increase in the proportion of vulnerable groups in the social population. The demand for improved mobility among vulnerable groups such as the elderly or the disabled has greatly driven the growth of the electric-assisted mobility device market. However, such mobile devices generally require a certain operating capability, which limits the range of vulnerable groups who can use the device and increases the cost of learning. Therefore, autonomous driving technology needs to be introduced to make mobility easier for a wider range of vulnerable groups to meet their needs of work and leisure in different environments. This study uses mini PC Odyssey, Velodyne Lidar VLP-16, electronic device and Linux-based ROS program to realize the functions of working environment recognition, simultaneous localization, map generation and navigation of electric powered mobile devices for vulnerable groups. This autonomous driving mobility device is expected to be of great help to the vulnerable who lack the immediate response in dangerous situations.

  • 최근 자동차 업계는 무선 인터넷 기술의 발달과 응용의 확산으로 자율 주행의 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있으나 교통사고는 아직도 해결되지 않는 부분이다. 사고의 요인으로는 졸음운전, 운전자의 실수, 환경적인 요소, 잘못된 도로 구조 등이 있으며 사고 원인의 하나인 운전자의 운전 행태와 특성은 교통사고에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 자율 주행 및 자가 운전을 하는 경우에 발생 할 수 있는 교통사고에서 사고발생 전에 나타날 수 있는 사행운전의 특성을 판단하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존 연구에서는 영상기법이나 1,2차로의 운전행태로 횡방향 각속도 변화의 특성으로 사행 운전을 판단하였으나 본 논문은 센서의 값을 이용하여 횡방향의 이동거리와 임계 범위를 설정하여 사행 운전을 검출하는 연구를 진행하였다.

  • Driving generator of USMs(ultrasonic motors) with low noise, high efficiency was designed and fabricated. It was focused on merits such as size-reduction, thermal resistance, To control revolution speed, input frequency was varied. Output of generator had frequency range of 39.1 ∼ 43.5 MHz and voltage of 120 V. USM with resonant frequency 40.3 kHz exhibited a maximum torque of 2.5 kg $.$ cm and a maximum revolution speed of about 130 rpm.

유한요소해석을 이용한 전동식 지게차의 진동저감 (Vibration Structure of an Electronic Forklift by Using the Finite Element Analysis)

  • In this paper, vibration sources of an electric forklift are identified and the forklift vibrations are reduced by structural modification by using the finite element analysis. From some experiments, it is also found that resonances occur because the natural frequencies of the forklift exist in usual driving speed range. To vibration sources of the electric forklift, the modeling is designed by using a commercial 3D CAD program CATIA and the finite element model is designed by a using finite element analysis program ANSYS which can perform modal analysis of flexible mode. To shift the natural frequencies out side the driving speed range, the frame part, the connection parts between main body and loader are modified to increase stiffness. It is verified that considerable amount of vibration are reduced by the structural modification.

  • In order to use the high-speed range of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(same as IPMSM above), the motor should be at flux weakening control status. High-speed range is called field weakening control region or constant power region, and explain the basic theory of flux weakening control used in the constant power region. Back electromotive force of IPMSM is measured. and field weakening conrtrol driving characteristics is configurated verification test. Through experimentation speed-torque characteristic curve, the efficiency variation corresponding to the current phase angl,the efficiency map were produced.

  • In this paper, vibration sources of an electric forklift are identified and the forklift vibrations are reduced by structural modification. These signals are presented in a waterfall plot in order to find the dependency of frequency components on the forklift speed. It is found that main vibration source is tire pattern excitation. From some experiments and finite element analyses, it is also found that resonances occur because the natural frequencies of the forklift exist in usual driving speed range. To shift the natural frequencies outside the driving speed range, the connection parts between main body and loader are modified to increase stiffness. It is verified that considerable amount of vibration are reduced by the structural modification.

  • Adaptive cruise control Stop&Go system has been developed to reduce the driver's workload on highway or public road. This system is characterized by a moderate control of engine and brake actuator. A control system capable of modeling driver's driving characteristics has been constructed to provide natural vehicle behavior in full speed driving. But, ACC Stop&Go system has some limitations. One of the limitations is a detection limitation on near cut-in situation. This paper presents development of the near cut-in test procedure, finding of the limitation value on near cut-in scenario and performance comparisons on ACC Stop&Go system.

PZT를 이용한 Semi-inchworm구동기법의 초정밀 회전 스테이지 개발 (Development of ultra precision rotational stage using Semi-inchworm driving mechanism with PZT)

  • Recently PZT is used in ultra precision mechanism field. PZT has a small motion range although it has a high resolution. Many methods, such as inchworm, impact driving, etc., have been applied for the expansion of the motion range.? In this study, the new actuating mechanism for rotational motion with two PZT actuators is proposed. The ultra precision rotational actuator which is made by proposed mechanism is able to operate both coarse and fine motion. The design parameters of the proposed mechanism are considered to improve the performance of the system. The rotational stage which is applied by the proposed mechanism is fabricated. The resolution and velocity for fabricated rotational stage are measured by laser interferometer.
