  • 이 연구는 만화에서 장면전환 기법으로 사용되는 글이 없는 만화 연출의 활용을 고찰하고 분석한다. 소재와 장면, 주제와 내러티브 등에 따라 '글 없는 만화'가 어떻게 연출되는지 살펴보는 것이 연구의 대상이고, 이러한 '글 없는 만화의 활용'이 텍스트 즉 글자를 제거한 결과, 어떠한 연출 효과를 주는지 밝힌다.

  • 본 연구는 크리스토의 작업을 사례로 하여 환경디자인에 있어서 공간연출의 의미와 그 형태를 다루고 있다. 환경디자인에 있어서 공간연출의 역할은 매우 중요하지만 구체적으로 어떤 형식을 다루기는 힘들다. 특히 이러한 측면에서 발생하는 환경예술과 디자인의 영역의 구분 역시 매우 모호하다. 이에 여기에서는 크리스토의 작품을 사례로 하여 적용되는 공간연출의 형식을 살펴보고 환경디자인에 있어 필요한 방법으로 적용하고자 한다. 크리스토의 작업은 크게 3가지로 구분될 수 있는데, 환경포장, 환경설치, 환경분할이다. 여기에서 사용된 공간연출방식은 연극적이며, 과정-참여적이며, 장소성이 강조됨과 동시에 다양한 오브제를 활용방식으로 정리할 수 있다. 그의 작업에서 나타난 환경적 오브제연출, 상황으로서의 공간연출이나 공간연출을 구조화하는 방식은 환경디자인에 있어서 매우 유효하며 아울러 그에 대한 새로운 미학적 가치평가가 가능해진다. 이러한 크리스토의 작업을 통해서 유추해낼 수 있는 공간연출의 방식은 환경디자인의 작업과정에 있어서 매우 유효할 것으로 생각된다.

근대 시기 <심청전> 극적 변용의 두 양상 -잡극 <심청왕후전>과 시나리오 <효녀 심청전>을 중심으로- (Two aspects of transforming ShimChungJeon for modern times)

  • 이 연구는 잡극 <심청왕후전>과 시나리오 <효녀 심청전>을 대상으로 하여 근대 시기에 최초로 이루어진 <심청전>의 극적 변용 양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 두 작품에서 드러나는 개작 의식과 변용의 방향을 분석함으로써 1900년대 당시 <심청전> 향유의 기반을 알 수 있었다. 잡극과 영화시나리오로 만들어진 판소리문학 <심청전>은 근대라는 새로운 문화적 요구에 부응하면서 대중적 향유가 가능한 작품으로 만들고자 한 시도라 할 수 있다. 잡극 <심청왕후전>에서는 기존의 <심청전>에 대해 서사 전개의 논리적 인과성을 강화하고, 해학성은 약화하면서 초현실성은 부각하며, 노래를 통해 극적 표현을 시도하였다. 시나리오 <효녀 심청전>은 기존 <심청전>에는 없던 새로운 서사를 삽입하여 인물을 재창조하고, 이를 통해 해학성과 비극적 애상감이라는 양방향을 동시에 구현하고자 하였으며, 시간과 사건을 재배치하여 새로움을 추구하였다. 잡극 <심청왕후전>과 시나리오 <효녀 심청전>은 <심청전> 전승사에 있어서 최초의 극 양식으로의 변용과 시나리오로의 변용이라는 의의를 지니고 있다. 이들 작품은 판소리문학 <심청전>이 근대라는 새로운 문화에 적응한 모습을 보여주며, 시대를 달리하면서도 어떤 가치를 인정받고 지속적으로 향유되었는지를 말해준다.

정익과 동익의 상호작용을 고려한 익렬의 공력 형상 최적 설계 (Optimum Design of Aerodynamic Shape of Cascade with Rotor-Stator Interactions)

  • Since the previous cut-and-try design algorithm requires much cost and time, the automated design technique with the CFD and optimum design algorithm has recently been concerned. In this work, the Navier-Stokes equation was solved to gain more detailed viscous flow information of cascade with rotor-stator interactions. The H-grid embedded by O-grid was generated to obtain more accurate solution by eliminating the branch cut of H-grid near airfoil surface. To handle the relative motion of the rotor to the stationary stator, the sliding multiblock method was applied and the cubic-spline interpolation was used on the block interface boundary. To validate present procedure, the time-averaged aerodynamic loads were compared with experimeatal data. A good agreement was obtained. The Modified Method of Feasible Direction (MMFD) was used to carry out the sensitivity analysis of the change of aerodynamic performance by the changes of the cascade geometry. The present optimization of the cascade gave a dramatic reduction of the drag while the lift maintains at the value within the user-specified tolerance.

A MECHANISM OF DEEP WELD PENETRATION IN GAS TUNGSTEN ARC WELDGING WITH ACTIVATING FLUX

  • The dramatic increase in the depth of a weld bead penetration has been demonstrated by welding a stainless steel in GTA (Gas-Tungsten-Arc) process with activating flux which consists of oxides and halides. However, there is no commonly agreed mechanism fer the effect of flux on the process. In order to make clear the mechanism, each behavior of the arc md the weld pool in GTA process with activating flux is observed in comparison with a conventional GTA process. A constricted anode root is shown in GTA process with the activating flux, whereas a diffuse anode root is shown in the conventional process. These anode roots are related strongly to metal vapor from the weld pool and the metal vapor is also related to temperature distributions on the weld pool surface. Furthermore, it is suggested that a balance between the Marangoni force and the drag force of the cathode jet should dominate the direction of re-circulatory flow in the weld pool. The electromagnetic force encourages the inward re-circulatory flow due to the constricted anode root in the case with flux. The difference in flow direction in the weld pool changes the geometry or depth/width ratio of weld bead penetration.

만 3세 유아 동극 활동의 효과적 운영방안에 대한 실행연구 (Action Research on the Effective Direction of Three-year-old Children's Drama Activities)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate and conduct effective schemes to direct drama activities for three-year-old children and to examine its influence on them. This research subjects comprised 23 three-year-old children and 2 teachers attending classes at Gureum at SanDeul kindergarten in Seoul, Korea. The researcher first recognized that problems existed in the ways in which children's leading roles were limited by the actor's roles themselves and they therefore were constrained in their use of dramatic expressions while performing drama activities. The researcher also recognized that children's drama activities integrated with traditional culture were largely deficient. For more effectively direction of children's drama activities, action research method was conducted over two sessions. First, certain factors of plays and traditional culture were incorporated within children's drama activities. Second, certain factors of Madangguk and traditional culture were also incorporated within children's drama activities. Through undertaking this research project, children were given the opportunity to actively participated in drama activities, trained their range of imaginative expressions, improved their cooperation with peers and enhanced their interest in traditional culture. The research suggests that children's drama activities when integrated with plays and Madangguk could effectively enhance children's artistic and educational skill.

스펙트럴법을 이용한 원형주상체주위 층난류 유동해석 (Application of Spectral Method to Laminar and Turbulent Flow Analysis around a Circular Cylinder)

  • 본 연구에서는 원형주상체주위 층난류유동에 대한 수치해석을 수행하였다. 레이놀즈수 $10^4$에서 $10^6$까지 수치해석하였는데, 레이놀즈수 $4{\times}10^5$ 부근은 항력값의 급격한 변화가 발생하는 영역이다. 수치해석결과를 실험값과 비교하였는데, 비교적 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 물체법선방향으로 격자의 최소화와 물체표면방향으로의 격자수를 증가시키면, 난류모델링을 사용하지 않아도 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 앞으로 압력구배가 없는 2차원 평판 및 3차원 물체에 적용시에도 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있는가에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

유리-탄소 하이브리드 복합재료의 파괴인성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fracture Toughness of Glass-Carbon Hybrid Composites)

  • The critical strain energy release rate and the failure mechanisms of glass-carbon epoxy resin hybrid composites are investigated in the temperature range of the ambient temperature to 8$0^{\circ}C$. The direction of laminates and the volume fraction are [(+45, -45, 0, 0) sub(2) ] sub(s), 50%, respectively. The major failure mechanisms of these composites are studied using the scanning electron microscope for the fracture surface. Results are summarized as follows: 1) The critical strain energy release rate shows a maximum at ambient temperature and it tends to decrease as temperature goes up. 2) The critical strain energy release rate increases as the content of glass increases, and especially shows dramatic increase for the high glass fiber content specimens. 3) Major failure mechanisms can be classfied such as localized shear yielding, fiber-matrix debonding, matrix micro-cracking, and fiber pull-out and/or delamination.

중국위안화의 평가절상가능성과 대중수출기업의 대응방안 (Perspective on Revaluation of Chinese Yuan and Effects on the Korean Exports)

  • China has pegged its currency to the US dollar (at RMB 8.3 to the dollar) since 1994. The yuan's dollar peg has increased demand for chinese exports, which account for about a third of gross domestic product. The peg has also helped to attract $308 billion in foreign investment. But there has been criticism that China has over the past two years been engaging in protracted, large-scale intervention in one direction in exchange markets. According to many reports, RMB is undervalued by somewhere between 15 and 30% by manipulation. China may not want to float the currency at once, since doing so would have a dramatic and negative effect on the economy. However, there has so far been strong pressure from trading partners including the Unite States, Japan, EU. Considered all these things, China may eventually allow some changes in the Yuan's value. This may come in the form of widening a band of movement for the currency, rather than letting it float freely in the market.

정맥패턴인식을 위한 고속 원형정합 (Fast Template Matching for the Recognition of Hand Vascular Pattern)

  • In this paper, we propose a new algorithm that can enhance the speed of template matching of hand vascular pattern person verification or recognition system. Various template matching algorithms have advantages in the matching accuracy, but most of the algorithms suffer from computational burden. To reduce the computational amount, with accuracy maintained, we propose following template matching scenario as follows. firstly, original hand vascular image is re-sampled in order to reduce spatial resolution. Secondly, reconstructed image is projected to vertical and horizontal direction, being converted to two one dimensional (1D) data. Thirdly, converted data is used to estimate spatial discrepancy between stored template image and target image. Finally, matching begins from where the estimated order is highest, and finishes when matching decision function is computed to be over certain threshold. We've applied the proposed algorithm to hand vascular pattern identification application for biometrics, and observed dramatic matching speed enhancement. This paper presents detailed explanation of the proposed algorithm and evaluation results.
