The production, processing, sale and service of food materials are not subject to attainment via a single country. In accordance with internationalization of the world, issues related to food safety have emerged as critical international concerns and they are closely associated with the health and interest of domestic consumers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors. As a third party certification standards, ISO 22000 is in progress International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and the Draft International Standard(DIS) has already been presented on December 2004. The purpose of this study is to analyze the international standards, guidelines and legislation in regard of Food Safety Management System(FSMS) including ISO 9001, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) and Product Liability(PL) so as to present Korean-model Food Safety Management System requirements and system establishment model.

The labeling for functionality of food or food components are recognized globally and are essential for the growth of dairy product industry. To expand the functional claims of dairy product especially fermented milk product, the regulations restricting the labeling of functionality should be amended as soon as possible. The labeling regulations of functionality and efficacy for processed and functional foods in related Acts and subordinated statues such as definition, scope of claims, etc. were reviewed and the problems existed in the system were identified. The definition and classification of efficacy for processed food in Food Sanitation Act were analyzed to revise the labeling regulation of dairy product. A draft of amended labeling regulation for the functionality of dairy product is proposed, which provides consumers with appropriate information of beneficial effects on health purpose for human body structure and function. In order to develop the dairy products and related industries, these contents should be considered when the annexed Table 14 in the Enforcement Rule of the Processing of Livestock Products Act is amended.

This paper presents a 3D-conferencing system as a prototype implementation of concurrent and distributed engineering environment using CORBA-Java and SDAI-Java. The system consists of some client and server objects that communicate with each other via ORB. The server objects use lightweight version of current working draft of SDAI-Java to access STEP product data models, and the client objects provide user-friendly graphical interface. The proposed system can be used for communicating with 3D CAD data between remote designers, manufactures and customers regardless of he H/W or S/W platforms they use.

On the base of IT growth, competition between countries for preoccupation of digital content market is keen. And it is prospected that the development of digital content industry will be more rapid with the base of telecommunication infra-structure(for example internet, digital broadcasting) which is the main channel for distribution of digital content. The bill of "Act for Development of Online Digital Content Industry", has passed the national assembly jan, 2002, and "Draft Blueprint for Developing Online Digital Content Industry(2003$\sim$2005)" was made on the base on that law feb, 2003. And we can find measures for protect the digital content manufacture in the laws such as "Literary Property Law", "Trademarks Law" and "law for prevention of unfair competition". On this study we suggested three measures to make digital content industry more profitable by the method of research of related law and industry survey.

스마트폰이 대중화되면서 이동통신 시장은 일대 혁신을 맞이했다. 최근 출시되는 스마트폰이 크고 선명한 화면과 빠른 프로세서를 잇따라 탑재하면서 고해상도 및 고품질 영상에 대한 사용자들의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 고해상도 및 고품질 영상은 데이터의 양이 방대하므로 실제 서비스 적용을 위해서는 데이터 통신 트래픽의 증가 및 저장 공간의 한계로 인한 문제를 해결해야 한다. 이에 따라 MPEG과 VCEG은 JCT-VC(joint collaborative team on video coding)를 설립하고 차세대 비디오 압축 표준인 HEVC(high efficiency video coding)의 국제 표준화 작업을 시작했다. 2010년 4월에 시작된 JCT-VC 회의는 최근 제 7차 회의까지 진행되었으며, 향후 2013년 1월까지 최종 국제 규격안(final draft international standard, FDIS)이 제정될 예정이다. 이 논문에서는 HEVC의 표준화 과정, 요구사항, 실험 영상 및 부호화 모드, 응용 분야, 최신 표준화 동향 등을 알아본다.

ISO TC 108/SC 2 산하에 이미 제정된 24 개의 관련 규격이 있으며, 그 중에 현재 4 개의 규격이 개정 심의 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 FDIS(Final Draft International Standard) 개정 단계에 있는 육상용 증기 터빈 발전기 세트의 회전축 진동 및 비회전부 진동에 관련한 두 규격(ISO 7919-2:1996, ISO 10816-2:1996) 과 2000년 12월 15일자로 개정 완료된 선박 거주구역 및 작업구역의 진동에 관한 규격(ISO 6954:2000)을 개정 전 규격과 비교 설명 하고자 한다. Fieldbus provides a real-time data communication among field devices in the process control and manufacturing automation systems. In this paper, a Petri Net model of the 1993 draft of IEC/ISA fieldbus which is proposed as an international standard of fieldbus network is developed. Based on the Petri Net model, discrete-event simulation model of IEC/ISA fieldbus network is developed. This paper evaluates the network induced delay in the data link layer of IEC/ISA fieldbus using the simulation model. In addition, an integrated discrete-event/continuous-time simulation model of fieldbus system and distributed control system is developed. This paper investigates the real-time data processing capability of IEC/ISA fieldbus and the effect of network-induced delay to the performance of control system.

정보격차 해소를 위한 정보접근의 평등권이 사회적으로 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으며, 특히 정보소외계층인 장애인의 삶의 질과 문화적 향수권에 대한 사회적 관심이 점차적으로 높아지고 있다. 도서관도 이러한 사회적 추세에서 예외일 수는 없으며, 장애인에 대한 도서관의 서비스는 그 지역사회의 공공 서비스에서 핵심이 되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국가적 차원에서 장애인을 위한 도서관 서비스의 표준화 정책을 개발하는데 있어서 참고하여야할 정책방향을 제시한다.

Franchising has proved over many years to be a successful commercial vehicle for the international distribution of products and services. However, there has long been missing a user-friendly model contract that would reflect the diversity of international franchising contracts. Because the ICC has drafted a model form of international franchising contracts, taking into account the most commonly encountered clauses in franchising agreements, their model could be used as a checklist of the core obligations of a cross-border franchise contract. Because there is no internationally agreed-upon uniform legislation on franchising, parties must rely on national laws and regulations applicable to the international franchise (when such laws and regulations exist) and should therefore very carefully draft stipulations for the legal status of the contract. This study has been intended to cite some provisions for striking a fair balance between the interests of the franchisor and those of the franchisee and for avoiding unfair trade acts in international franchising contracts.

The performance of Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA) protocol adopted as a draft standard of IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN, is analyzed by using mathematical method based on renewal theory. We introdude three kinds of CSMA/CA protocols basic, stop-and-wait and 4-Way handshake CSMA/CA with their mathematical analysis. First, a network of finite population is considered and then expand to infinite population. We model the CSMA/CA protocol as a hybrid protocol of 1-persistent CSMA and p-persistent CSMA protocol, and verify analaytical results by computer simulation. We have found that 4-Way Handshake CAMA/CA shows better performance than those of other two types of CSMA/CA in case of high traffic load.
