2000년 디지털 문화컨텐츠산업 현황은 게임과 영화부분에서 상당한 고부가가치 성장을 하였으나, 애니메이션 및 캐릭터, 음반 시장은 경기 침체로 둔화된 모습을 보였다. 디지털 문화컨텐츠산업 중에서도 애니메이션 산업은 영상과 캐릭터 관련 사업의 영역뿐만이 아니라 저작권 사업영역 까지도 확장성과 막대한 부가가치 증대 가능성이 높은 다중문화컨텐츠 사업으로 업계에서 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 2D애니메이션의 급격한 하향세와 해외 3D애니메이션의 강세로 소수의 성공적인 프로젝트를 제외하고는 아직 안정적인 시장구조가 연계되지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 국내 3D애니메이션 산업에 시장구조의 근본논리를 찾아내서 분석하고 조사하여 해외 벤치마킹을 통한 대안을 제시하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 디지털 문화컨텐츠 산업의 3D 애니메이션 분야의 발전 연구 방법의 모델로서 업계에 적용한다면 효과적인 제작이 이루어 질 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the specific characteristics of combustion and exhaust emissions on a 4-cylinder common rail diesel engine as EGR rate and the rate of blended bio-diesel was altered. Bio-diesel fuel which is a sort of alternative fuels can be adapted to diesel engine directly without modifying. This study was performed to 2000rpm of engine speed with torque 30Nm while EGR rate and the rate of blended bio-diesel was changed. Decreasing combustion pressure and increasing the rate of heat were occurred when we had changed the EGR rate on the 20% of bio-diesel blended diesel fuel. The maximum pressure of combustion and the IMEP became higher as the EGR rate and the rate of blended bio-diesel were changed. Exhaust gas temperature was increased the higher rate of the blended bio-diesel under the fixed EGR rate. However, it went down as the EGR rate increased. The amounts of CO and Soot were reduced with increasing the rate of the blended bio-diesel without changing EGR rate and raised with increasing of the EGR rate. On the fixed EGR rate, NOx was increased along with growing the rate of the bio-diesel. On the other hand, it was decreased while EGR rate were going up.

정보통신기술의 급격한 발전에 의해 교육은 스마트러닝으로 접어들고 있다. 학습자는 종이책을 내려놓고 다양한 스마트 디바이스를 활용한 학습을 하고 있으며, 이 순간에도 수없이 많은 플랫폼에 각각 들어맞는 학습 시스템이 등장하고 있다. 플랫폼 종속적인 시스템이 이기종 플랫폼에 적용되기 위해서는 많은 시간과 비용이 필요하며, 시스템이 보유하고 있는 학습 콘텐츠의 양이 많아질수록 이러한 현상은 더욱 심화된다. 불필요한 자원의 낭비를 줄이고 학습 콘텐츠를 효과적으로 제공하기 위해서 이기종 플랫폼을 지원하는 러닝 시스템의 연구가 필요하다. 이를 실현하기 위해서는 기존에 존재하는 수많은 학습 콘텐츠를 불필요한 중복 없이 통합할 수 있는 데이터베이스 모델의 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 학습 콘텐츠를 통합할 수 있는 데이터베이스의 대안으로 온톨로지 기반의 메타데이터 모델을 제안하고, 이를 활용해 이기종 플랫폼을 지원하는 스마트러닝 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

Since the 1970s, international construction employers have commonly requested first demand guarantees upon their contractors as a form of security for due performance of their works. Contractors prefer the greater protection offered by more traditional forms of security requiring presentation of an arbitral award or other evidence of the caller's entitlement to compensation. Many contractors nonetheless feel that they have no alternative but to provide these unconditional guarantees in order to compete. However, these unconditional first demand guarantees are controversial and have given rise to numerous disputes both in arbitration and litigation. Disputes arising from first demand guarantees can be broken down into a) applications to prevent a perceived fraudulent or otherwise unfair or improper calling of a guarantee, b) claims arising from such abusive calls and c) claims relating to the consequences of such calls even if the call itself may not be abusive as such. The contractors should carefully assess the risk of an abusive call being made bearing in mind the difficulties he may face in seeking to prevent such a call. He should also bear in mind the difficulties, delays and cost he is likely to encounter in seeking to recover any monies wrongfully called. One option would be to provide that the call can only be made once and to the extent that the employer's damages have been assessed or even incurred or even for the default to have been established by an arbitral tribunal or court. Another option would be to provide that any call be accompanied by a decision of a competent and impartial third party stating that the contractor is in breach. For example, such a requirement could be incorporated into a construction contract based on the FIDIC Conditions by submitting this decision to a Dispute Adjudication Board. Another option would be to provide for the "ICC Counter-Guarantee Scheme". In sum, there would appear to be room for compromise between the employer and the contractor in respect of first demand guarantees by conditioning the entitlement to call such guarantees to the determination of a competent and impartial third party.

스마트폰 어플리케이션은 UI(User Interface)로 구성되어 있다. 버튼 클릭, 화면 스크롤 등 사용자가 어플리케이션을 사용하는 과정 중 많은 UI의 변화가 발생하면서 UI 이벤트가 시스템에 전송된다. 이러한 UI 이벤트에는 다양한 정보가 포함되어 있는데, 사용자 입력과 관련된 정보도 함께 포함되어 있다. 안드로이드 환경에서 키로깅 등 기존의 알려진 입력정보 획득 기법은 루팅과 같은 제한적인 환경을 필요로 했으나, UI 이벤트는 일반권한만으로도 접근이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 입력정보 보호를 위해 많은 어플리케이션에서 보안키패드를 적용 중에 있으나, 이와는 관계없이 UI 이벤트를 활용한 기법을 통해 입력정보 획득이 가능하다는 것이 실험을 통해 조사되었다. 본 논문에서는 UI 이벤트를 활용한 사용자 입력정보 유출 위협을 증명하고, 이를 응용하여 시나리오를 기반으로 재생공격(Replay Attack)이 가능함을 보이면서 대응 방안을 제시하도록 한다.

현재 그린에너지로 부상하고 있는 태양광발전으로 인하여 많은 시설의 전력을 태양광으로 대체함으로 많은 에너지 및 공해 및 환경오염 요소를 줄여나가고 있다. 지금도 많은 연구가 되고 있으며 각종 응용분야에 접목을 시도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 태양광 패널을 간판과 융합하여 낮에는 에너지를 생성하고 밤에는 간판 역할을 함으로 간판에 사용되는 에너지를 보다 절약 할 수 있는 장점을 가진다 또한 낮 시간때에는 천막과 같은 역할을 함과 동시에 에너지를 발전함으로 사용 용도가 높을 것으로 예상된다.

정부의 신 재생에너지 분야 투자확대정책과는 달리 08년 발전차액지원 기준가격이 인하된 이후 태양광사업의 추진 건수가 대폭 감소되는 양상을 보이고 있다. 이는 전세계적 금융위기에 따른 재원조달의 어려움이 근본적 원인이기도 하지만, 현행 발전 차액지원 기준가격체계가 적정하지 못한데도 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 입지와 형식별로 여러 대안을 설정하고, 비용 및 수익의 변동 리스크를 반영하는 기준가격 산정모델(Cost & Benefit Risk Based Purchase Price Process Model : CBRP3 Model)을 제안한다. 발전설비 대안별로 투자비와 발전량의 변동데이터를 산출하여 재무템플릿에 입력한 후 시뮬레이션을 실행하여 대안별 발전원가의 확률분포를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 기준가격체계를 도출한다. 도출된 기준가격체계와 현행 발전차액지원 기준가격체계를 비교하고, 향후 연구과제를 제시한다.

이 논문에서는 현 수학교육의 문제점들을 살펴보고 교육현장을 개선할 수 있는 방법의 대안으로 개인차를 고려한 수준별 수업을 위한 포트폴리오를 활용한 수학수업을 고안하였다. 지식의 계층심화를 최소화시키기 위하여 교실 내 수준별 수업을 선택하고, 무엇보다 학습자 스스로 학습내용을 피드백 할 수 있는 방법을 찾는데 중점을 두었다. 또한 상동중학교 학생들을 대상으로 2002년부터 2005년까지 현장에서 직접 실시하였다. 따라서 학생들의 효과적인 학습참여를 위해 포트폴리오 활용한 수업을 점차적으로 발전시키는 과정을 통해 2005년에는 포트폴리오를 활용한 교실 내 수준별 수업을 정착시킬 수 있었고, 학습자의 수학의 인지적 정의적 영역의 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다는 결과를 얻었다.

본 연구는 디지털미디어 서비스 IPTV의 VOD 시청 행태 변화에 관한 연구이다. 2013년 지상파 VOD 서비스의 홀드백이 연장된 이후 시청자의 지상파 VOD시청은 급격히 감소하였다. 연구자는 지상파의 VOD 시청 감소의 원인이 영화, 키즈 등의 대체 상품의 시청에 의해 주도되었다고 보았다. 또한 지상파 VOD 시청의 감소는 전반적인 VOD 시청 감소로 이어지고 실시간 방송의 시청률에도 영향을 준 것으로 보인다. 본 연구를 위해 연구자는 기업의 실제 5년간 데이터를 확보하여 분석에 활용하였다. 연구자는 지상파 사업자가 VOD의 시청을 만회하기 위해서는 콘텐츠품질의 내용 측면 강화와 더불어 2013년 연장했던 VOD 홀드백을 단축하여 지상파로부터 멀어진 시청자를 다시 확보하는 것이 필요하다고 보았다. 또한 연구자는 본 연구를 통해 VOD 서비스를 비롯한 새로운 미디어 서비스의 양적, 질적 성장을 도모하고 미디어 산업이 건전하게 발전할 수 있는 데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Diabetes mellitus is a common heterogeneous metabolic disorder, characterized by deposition of extracellular matrix, oxidative stress, and vascular dysfunction, thereby leading to gradual loss of function in multiple organs. However, little attention has been paid to gene expression changes in the lung under hyperglycemic conditions. In this study, we found that diabetes inuced histological changes in the lung of streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. Global gene expression profiling revealed a set of genes that are up- and down-regulated in the lung of diabetic mice. Among these, expression of Amigo2, Adrb2, and Zbtb16 were confirmed at the transcript level to correlate significantly with hyperglycemia in the lung. We further evaluated the effect of human umbilical cord-derived perivascular stem cells (PVCs) on these gene expression in the lung of diabetic mice. Our results show that administration of PVC-conditioned medium significantly suppressed Amig2, Adrb2, and Zbtb16 upregulation in these mice, suggesting that these genes may be useful indicators of lung injury during hyperglycemia. Furthermore, PVCs offer a promising alternative cell therapy for treating diabetic complications via regulation of gene expression.
