This paper deals with noninformative priors for such as Jeffres' prior, reference prior and probability matching prior for scale parameter of exponential distribution when the data are collected in multiple step stress accelerated life tests. We find the noninformative priors for this model and show that the reference prior satisfies first order matching criterion. Using artificial data, we perform Bayesian analysis for proposed priors.

This paper deals with implementation of an expert system to obtain an optimal plan of load transfer for fault restoration with the capability of security monitoring and assessment in distribution systems. Based on the technique of load transfer tree analysis, the proposed expert system can afford to assist system operators in proposing an optimal plan of load transfer for fault restoration, In paticular, an application of the proposed ES to practical distribution systems yields an optimal load transfer plan which ensures system security by considering security assessment for contingency of feeders and main transformers in the knowledge based sense.

Kalman Filter model of demand for residental water and consumption pattern were tested for their ability to explain the hourly residental demand for water in metropolitan distribution system. The hourly residental demand for water is calculated from the daily residental demand and consumption pattern. The consumption pattern which has 24 time rates is characterized by data granulization in accordance with season kind, weather and holiday. The proposed approach is applied to water distribution system of metropolitan areas in Korea and its effectiveness is checked.

It is necessary to develop graphic MMI (Man-Machine Interface) for the maximum utilization of our installed ADS (Automated Distribution System) for which an operator types and executes string commands. Considering the restrictions and characteristics of the installed ADS and the data for modelled distribution lines, we calculated the time of periodic data acquisition for large number of points. And we presented the performance and characteristics of the graphic MMI system which will be developed and which will facilitate SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) functions.

Recently, Carlsson, Full\acute{e}$r and Majlender [1] presented the concept of possibilitic correlation representing an average degree of interaction between marginal distribution of a joint possibility distribution as compared to their respective dispersions. They also formulated the weak and strong forms of the possibilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality. In this paper, we define a new probability measure. Then the weak and strong forms of the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality are immediate consequence of probabilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality with respect to the new probability measure.

The method for evaluation of the particle size distribution of fine particles from hysteresis loop measurements is Presented. The method is illustrated on the SiO$_2$-based Co nanoparticle systems. The influence of technological conditions of sample preparation onto particle size distribution is investigated.

This paper presents a new operation method on power distribution system by automated distribution system (ADS). A performance of this automation is established to operate the distribution system faster than earlier. We reduced the period and region of power failure by ADS.

최근, 정부의 재생에너지 3020 정책에 따라 태양광전원 등의 신재생에너지전원을 확대하는 보급 사업이 적극적으로 시행되고 있다. 하지만, 대용량의 태양광전원이 배전계통에 연계되는 경우, 수용가전압이 규정전압 범위를 벗어나게 되는 현상이 발생될 수 있어, 태양광전원의 수용성이 저하되어 보급이 지연될 가능성이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 대용량의 태양광전원이 배전계통에 연계될 경우, 태양광전원의 수용성을 향상시키기 위하여, 선로전압조정장치(step voltage regulator, SVR)의 LDC(line drop compensation, LDC)방식에 의한 태양광전원의 수용성 향상 평가알고리즘을 제시한다. 또한, 배전계통 상용해석 프로그램인 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용하여, LDC방식의 SVR과 대용량의 태양광 전원 등으로 구성된 복합 배전계통의 모델링을 제시한다. 이를 바탕으로, SVR의 운용방식에 따른 태양광전원의 수용성을 비교·분석한 결과, LDC방식으로 운용하는 경우에는 태양광전원이 6.5[MW]까지 연계되어도 수용가전압이 규정전압 범위 이내로 유지되어, 본 논문에서 제안한 LDC 방식에 의한 태양광전원의 수용성 향상 평가알고리즘의 유용성을 확인하였다.

다엽의 생산은 기후나 지리적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 이같은 생산의 특징은 북차가 전라 남북도, 제주도, 경상남도의 농민에게는 유리한 소득작목으로 기회가 주어지고 있다. 다엽 의 생산을 통하여 생산자는 소득개발작목으로 생산시스템을 개발하고, 소비자는 문화적인 삶의 질을 향상시키는 효율적인 소비시스템을 모색하는 과점을 통하여 유통시스템의 변화 와 발전을 고찰하고자 한다. 생산과 소비의 시스템 변화에 대응하여 유통시스템은 단순히 생산된 것을 유통시키거나 구색을 변환하여 유통시키는 방법에 더하며, 소비자의 요구를 생산자측에 전달하여 신제품 의 개발을 촉진하는 매개로서의 역할을 수행해야한다. 또한 유통시스템은 공급이 수요를 창조하는 새로운 매커니즘으로의 역할이 강조되고 있다.
